This paper summarized the practice of emotional nursing by syndrome differentiation combined with narrative nursing for a patient with blood stasis and qi stagnation type lumbar disc herniation accompanied by emotional distress. Based on the analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation and concept of emotional nursing by syndrome differentiation, the technique of clearing tendons and moving cupping along the bladder meridian on the back, the six character formula breathing method, dietary regulation, and daily life maintenance were carried out to relieve the emotional distress symptoms. Individualized nursing interventions by using narrative nursing skills were carried out to relieve the negative emotions of the patient. (本文总结1例采用中医辨证施志联合叙事护理方法调解腰椎间盘突出症患者情志不畅的护理经验。基于腰椎间盘突出症中医病机以及中医辨证施志理论, 给予背部足太阳膀胱经循筋解结走罐技术、六字诀吐纳法、饮食调护、日常生活养护等护理措施调节患者情志不畅的护理问题, 并运用叙事护理的沟通技巧, 为患者情志不畅症状提供了个性化护理, 有效缓解了患者的负性情绪。)

To select suitable materials for remediation of heavy metal pollution in karst areas of Guizhou Province and ecological reclamation of mining area. A total of 30 dominant plants and their root soils were collected in Niujiaotang lead-zinc mining area of Guizhou Province for testing of the contents of Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and Zn in aboveground, underground and root soils. The enrichment and transport coefficients of heavy metals by plants were calculated, and the application potential of plants was comprehensively evaluated by cluster analysis. The results were as follows:(1)Cd contents in the aerial part of Senecio scandens and Bidens Pilosa were respetively 40.33 mg·kg-1and 43.26 mg·kg-1, the enrichment coefficients(aboveground part)were respectively 0.20 and 0.37, and the transport coefficients were respectively 1.35 and 1.16, and they had strong ability to enrich Cd and had certain remediation potential for Cd contaminated soil.(2)The contents of Cd and Zn in aboveground of Polygonum capitatum were 77.49 mg·kg-1 and 3 557.96 mg·kg-1 respectively, which were the maximum values among the 30 plants investigated in this survey. It is a potential plant material for remediation of Cd and Zn contaminated soil.(3)The content of Ni in aboveground of Buddleja lindleyana was 0.62 mg·kg-1, and the enrichment coefficient(aerial part)and transport coefficient were 6.16 and 1.37 respectively. However, a further study need to be done to test whether the plant for Ni enrichment.(4)The contents of Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn in the roots of Mirabilis jalapa and Equisetum ramosissimum were much higher than those in aboveground, which were root-hoarding plants. The contents of Cd, Cu, Zn and other heavy metals in aboveground and underground parts of Indigofera bungeana were relatively low, which belonged to evading plant. Therefore, Senecio scandens, Bidens pilosa, and Polygonum capitatum can be used to remediate heavy metal pollution in soil, and Mirabilis jalapa, Equisetum ramosissimum, and Indigofera bungeana can be used for reclamation of mining area. BACKGROUND: Alzheimer’s disease is a degenerative brain disease, and there are no known drugs for curing Alzheimer’s disease. Stem cell transplantation provides a new therapeutic method for Alzheimer’s disease. OBJECTIVE: To reveal the theme, evolutionary path and research progress of stem cell therapy for Alzheimer’s disease, in a bid to provide reference for the research and clinical treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. METHODS: A computer search of CNKI, CBM, ISI Web of knowledge, and Embace was performed with the keywords of “Alzheimer’s disease” and “stem cells” + “Alzheimer’s disease,” in Chinese and English, respectively. We conducted a visualized knowledge mapping and literature review of stem cell therapy for Alzheimer’s disease using CiteSpace software. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The evolutionary path of research on stem cell therapy for Alzheimer’s disease is closely related to stem cell transplantation research. The main line of this research is single and prominent, which is developed and implemented based on the keywords of “Alzheimer’s disease - stem cells, neural stem cells - transplantation - bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells, beta-amyloid - tissue engineering,” and the core domains composed by these keywords. Human stem cell clinical trials are ongoing in the early stage. The safety, efficacy and ethical issues of stem cells should be emphasized. The regulation of stem cell differentiation should become an issue of concern, and individualized stem cell treatment should be implemented as soon as possible. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

25. 白皮杉醇对DN大鼠肾小球内皮细胞损伤的保护作用及其机制.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of piceatannol( PIC) on endothelial cell injury rats with diabetic nephropathy( DN). Methods Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into the control group,model group,and low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose PIC groups,with 10 in each group. Rats in the model group and PIC groups were fed with high-glucose and high-fat diet for 4 weeks. The DN models were established by intraperitoneal injection of 30 mg/kg STZ. On the next day after intraperitoneal injection,PIC 50,100,and 200 mg/( kg·d) was given to the rats of the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose PIC groups,and the same amount of saline was given to the rats of the model group for 12 weeks. The rats in the control group were fed with normal diet,and the same amount of saline was intragastrically perfused without STZ injection. Fasting blood glucose( FPG),serum creatinine( Scr),cystatin C( Cys-C) and24 h urinary albumin( U-Alb) were measured in each group after 12 weeks of perfusion; 10% tissue homogenate was made from renal tissue. The supernatant was collected after centrifugation for the detection of endothelin-1( ET-1),vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF),NO,the activity of SOD and MDA; glomeruli,renal tubules,mesangial matrix and the infiltration of inflammatory cells was observed by PAS staining; the expression of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase( p38 MAPK),TNF-α mRNA and protein in the renal tissues was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry,respectively.Results FPG,Scr,Cys-C,U-Alb,ET-1,VEGF level and MDA content in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while NO level and SOD activity in the renal tissues were significantly lower than those in the control group( all P < 0. 05); the model group showed significant renal injury,while the control group showed no obvious abnormality. The above indexes in all PIC groups were obviously improved except for Scr,and with the increase of PIC concentration,the effect was more and more obvious( all P < 0. 05). The expression of p38 MAPK and TNF-α in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The expression of p38 MAPK and TNF-α in the renal tissues of the PIC groups was significantly lower than that of the model group,and with the increase of PIC concentration,the effect was more and more obvious( all P < 0. 05). Conclusions PIC can attenuate the injury of glomerular endothelial cells,protect the renal function and delay the progress of DN in a dose-dependent manner. The mechanism may be related to the inhibition of p38 MAPK pathway,the reduction of inflammation and the alleviation of oxidative stress. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Tree, filler, membrane material were used to build planting hole control body (PHCB) for the "desalinized fertile layers" in saline soil. The effects of structure factors of the PHCB on soil organic matter were studied to optimize the PHCB and provide theory basis for improving saline soil. The experimental schemes were designed by homogeneous array of U12 (2 × 35) to investigate the influence of the structure factors on soil organic matter content inside or outside of planting hole. Regression analysis showed with PASW statistics 18 that the correlation was obvious between soil organic matter content and structure factors of PHCB (R2 = 0. 991) . The factors having significant influence on soil organic matter content inside PHCB were in the following order: tree species > pectin concentration > filler > filling thickness > mass ratio of PVA/PAM > filling position. The significant ordering of the effects on soil organic matter outside PHCB is as following: pectin concentration > filling position > filler > tree species > mass ratio of PVA/PAM. The tree species and pectin concentration played more important role in reducing soil organic matter content both inside and outside PHCB. It is obvious that employing biological-organic fertilizers could keep on soil organic matter increasing. However, the choice of membrane material and its better addition still needs further verification. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
