- Abstract
Using the daily temperature, sunshine, precipitation and other meteorological element data from the Wuhai Meteorological Bureau from 2009 to 2018, as well as the Hansen wine grape experiment data, the correlation between the sugar-acid ratio of wine grapes and the meteorological factors in each growth period was analyzed, and a fitting model between the meteorological factors and the sugar-acid ratio was established. The results showed that the meteorological conditions during the growth of wine grapes had certain effects on the sugar-acid ratio after grapes matured, and the meteorological conditions from fruit formation to picking were most significant. The average minimum temperature in September,≥10 ℃ accumulated temperature from the entire flowering period to the picking period, sunshine hours from the color transition period to the maturity period, and hydrothermal coefficient from late July to early August had a significant impact on the sugar-acid ratio, with correlation coefficients ranging from 0. 6 to 0. 8, and all had passed the test α = 0. 05 significance test. A statistical model for meteorological factors and sugar-acid ratio was established by comprehensively considering factors such as temperature, water and heat, and sunlight.
