In the molten Na2CO3-K2CO3, NaVO3 can catalyze the in ‐ situ electroreduction of CO2 to prepare high value ‐ added carbon ‐ based products. Studying the molten salt structure of Na2CO3-K2CO3 ‐ NaVO3 system contributes to understand the electrode process mechanism and optimize the reaction conditions. The ionic structure of Na2CO3-K2CO3‐NaVO3 molten salt system at 1 073 K was investigated by a combination of Raman spectroscopy and quantum chemistry calculation using Gaussian and Molclus programs. The results show that VO43- generated by the reaction of CO32- and VO3- exists in the melts, apart from the presence of CO32-, but VO3- doesn’t exist. VO43- belongs to C1 point group symmetry, and the band located at 802 cm-1 in the Raman spectrum is caused by the symmetrical stretching vibration of the V—O bond in VO43- . As the mass fraction of NaVO3 in the system increases from 5% to 15%, the relative content of VO43- increases dramatically, while that of CO32- decreases accordingly in the molten salts. Flower organ is an important product organ of Hemerocallis citrina, in this study, research on the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes during flower organ development was conducted to provide basis for the selection of harvesting time of Hemerocallis citrina. The flower organs(including outer petal, inner petal, and perianth tube) of a Hemerocallis citrina variety named 'Datong Huanghua' were used as experimental materials to measure the physiological indexes and carbohydrate content of flower organs in 13 designated development stages, SPSS was used to conduct correlation analysis and comprehensive evaluation of membership function. The results showed that the flower organs grew rapidly from 6 to 0 hours before the petals open. During the flower organ blooming and senescence, the flower width decreased significantly, and the flower length remained unchanged. In the process of flower organ development, the changes of physiological indexes and carbohydrate content in all parts were basically the same, showing a unimodal trend of rising first and then declining. Correlation analysis showed that bud length was extremely significantly positively correlated with water content and reducing sugar content, flower width was significantly positively correlated with soluble sugar content, water content, soluble sugar content, and reducing sugar content were significantly positively correlated for each other, starch content was negatively correlated with other indexes. The comprehensive analysis using the method of membership function showed that Hemerocallis citrina could obtain higher quality when petals open. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to study the formation and maintenance mechanism of forest landscape structure in Daxing’an Mountains, this paper studied the main forest landscape types（Larix gmelinii-Betula platyphylla mixed forest, Natural Larix gmelinii forest, Natural Betula platyphylla forest and Natural coniferous-broadleaved mixed forest） and their spatial distribution by using the first-order conditional intensity kernel density function and second-order conditional intensity O-ring statistic method based on Landsat TM remote sensing images in 2010 and a type of investigation data. The results showed that:（1） The main landscape types in Daxing’an Mountains were natural Larix gmelinii-Betula platyphylla mixed forest, natural Larix gmelinii forest, natural Betula platyphylla forest and natural coniferous-broadleaved mixed forest, accounting for 72.44% of the total area.（2） The results of kernel density analysis showed that spatial distribution of the four main landscape types had obvious aggressive characteristics. The mean patch density was 2.33-6.0 patch/km², and the coefficient of spatial variation was 39.7%-49.5%.（3） The four landscape types showed aggregative distribution on small scale（0-20 km）, and with the increase of scales, they showed random distribution or even distribution. （4） The landscape types showed significant positive or negative correlation on a small scale, but on a large scale they were mostly negative or no correlation. As a substitute of suture, bioadhesive attracts much attention in clinical application. However, the development of bioadhesive with excellent bonding performance for underwater usage remains a challenge. Herein, a non-aqueous bioadhesive with underwater bonding properties was manufactured based on hydrophobic hyperbranched polythioether (HBP). HBP with the surface containing abundant thiol groups was synthesized through a simple thiol-(meth)acrylate Michael addition polymerization of 2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl methacrylate (AA' monomer) and trimethylolpropane tris(3- mercaptopropionate) (B3 monomer). HBP was a liquid material under room temperature, thus enabling the manufacturing of non-aqueous adhesives (HBP-x) by the direct addition of poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate. The properties of HBP-x were studied using vial-tilt method, rheological test, lap-shear adhesion test, swelling test, degradation test and in vitro cytotoxicity test. Results showed that the HBP-adhesive could bond porcine skin with an underwater adhesive strength of up to 43 kPa. Moreover, the HBP-adhesive minimally swelled (7.2%—17.3%) and was degradable. In vitro cell experiments showed that the HBP-adhesive showed very low cytotoxicity to L929 cells, and allowed the proliferation of L929 cells on the surface of the adhesive. This non-aqueous HBP-adhesive based on thiol-acrylate Michael addition reaction displayed an underwater bonding ability and excellent cytocompatibility, holding great potential for clinical applications. 目的 探讨腹部压块限制呼吸对不同分段食管癌放疗患者呼吸动度的影响。方法 选取2019年6月至2020年 2月该院行放疗的21例支架置入后食管癌患者,利用平面千伏级CT图像,以金属支架为观测点,采集自由呼吸状态下的支架位 移,然后利用腹部压块限制呼吸幅度,采集腹部压块状态下的支架位移,对2组数据进行比较。结果 在自由呼吸的状态下,胸下 段食管癌患者支架随呼吸运动的位移大于胸上段及胸中段食管癌患者,尤其在头脚方向上更为明显。在腹部压块状态下,胸上段 食管癌患者在左右、前后、头脚3个方向的支架位移与自由呼吸状态下比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05);胸中段食管癌患者在 左右、头脚方向的支架位移与自由呼吸状态下比较,差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),而在前后方向的支架位移与自由呼吸状态下 比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);胸下段食管癌患者在左右方向的支架位移与自由呼吸状态下比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05),而在前后、头脚方向的支架位移与自由呼吸状态下比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 腹部压块能减少下段食管 肿瘤呼吸运动幅度,尤其是在前后及头脚方向上。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: Cells cannot survive in the ares 200 μm away from nutrients in vitro. Vascular network construction is crucial for thick tissue and organ regeneration in tissue engineering. Coxial cell printing provides a new wsy to construct vascular-like channels in vitro. OBJECTIVE: To optimize the coaxial cell printing performance of bioink and to build the tissue-engineered scaffolds with vascular-like structure. METHODS: The aseptic sodium alginate solution was prepared by intennittent pasteurization and then frozen. Freeze-dried powder of aseptic silk fibroin was prepared from degummed silk and sealed. The thawed sodium alginate solution was added to the silk fibroin protein freeze-dried powder and human umbilical vein endothelial cells were added to prepare the bioink. The outer axis of the biological three-dimensional printer was connected with the bioink, and the inner axis was connected with the crosslinking agent. The scaffolds were prepared by coaxial printing, and perfomed by optical coherence tomography, scanning electron microscopy observation and tensile test. Coaxial scaffolds were made by freeze-preserved sodium alginate solution for 7 days with human umbilical vein endothelial cells. coxial scaffolds were also made by freeze-dried sodium alginate solution for 7 days with human umbilical vein endothelial cells and silk fibroin protein sealed for 6 months. The cell survival rate was detected by dead and alive staining after 24 hours of culture in vitro. Vascular-like scaffolds with series and parallel structures were designed and printed. The cell proliferation was detected after 1, 3, 7, 10, and 14 days of culture. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: (1) The optical coherence tomography showed that the maximum printing height of the bioink was 9 layers and the overall thickness was about 4.4 mm. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the outer wall of hollow fiber-filament of vascular-like scaffolds presented irregular strip-shaped crimp with micron-scale internal connected pore structure, while the inner wall of hollow fiber-filament had denser pore structure. (2) The elastic modulus of silk protein freeze-dried scaffold was higher than that of sodium alginate solution (P < 0.05). (3) The cell survival rate of scaffolds treated with sodium alginate solution for 7 days wss (86.7士3.4)%,and that of scaffolds treated with silk protein freeze-dried powder for 7 days was (98.1士1.2)%, indicating that the sodium alginate solution freeze-­preserved for 7 days was free of bscteria and the shelf-life of silk protein could be up to 6 months. (4) The proliferation activity of cells cultured with parallel structure for 7, 10, and 14 days was higher than that with series structure (P < 0.05).
