To reduce environmental pollution in aquaculture, ensure the safety of the aquaculture ecosystem, and improve the quality of the ecological environment, this article uses Internet of Things technology to design and implement an intelligent monitoring system for aquaculture. The system achieves real-time collection, remote display, and automatic control of dissolved oxygen, pH value, water temperature, light intensity, environmental temperature, and humidity parameters in the aquaculture area through intelligent sensor terminals, achieving remote intelligent aquaculture of aquatic products. At the same time, the system uses Raspberry Pie as the edge computing device to explain the system from four main aspects: the perception layer, the transport layer, the edge computing layer, and the application layer. Through intelligent algorithms, the system realizes real-time fine management of resources, making data visible and credible, and further explores the feasibility of intelligent and collaborative aquaculture. The practice has shown that the system has advantages such as stable operation, accurate perception, timely control, and strong scalability on physical models, and can be promoted and applied in aquaculture. Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is an effective method for the growth of large scale two-dimensional materials. However, high density of vacancy defects are inevitably generated in the CVD process, which affects the photoelectric properties of the materials. In this work, millimeter-scale and atomic-thick WS2 membranes were directly grown on p-type Si (111) substrates using an alkali metal halide-assisted CVD method. Er-doped WS2 films ( WS2 ( Er)) were achieved by adding saturated ErCl 3 powders in the tungsten sources. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, photoluminescence and Raman spectroscopy techniques were used to characterize the materials systematically. The results show that the fluorescence intensity of WS2 (Er) films increase by an order of magnitude compared to pristine WS2, and the central wavelength is significantly redshifted. Fluorescence tests show that the fluorescence characteristics of WS2 grown on Si substrates show a significant charge transfer effect compared to that of WS2 on SiO2 substrates. The photoelectric test results of WS2 and WS2 (Er) field effect transistors based on SiO2 substrate show that the optical responsiveness of WS2 (Er) field effect transistors is 4. 015 A/ W, and the external quantum efficiency is 784%, both of which are more than 2 000 times that of pristine WS2 devices under the same conditions. As the first line of defense to protect the human body, skin is susceptible to varying degrees of injury from external forces, heat, disease, and chemical corrosion. Wound dressings constructed based on tissue engineering principles can effectively improve clinical tissue repair, accelerate the wound repair process, relieve patient pain, and reduce scar formation. Silk fibroin, a natural polymer with the advantages of abundant sources, excellent mechanical properties, degradability, and good biocompatibility, is especially favored by researchers in the field of wound repair. In recent years, based on the extensive research on the application of silk fibroin in skin wound repair, the biological properties of silk fibroin for wound repair have been gradually elucidated and become an important reference to guide the design and construction of wound repair materials. Through the design of structure and properties, drug and biological factor loading, and stem cell compounding of silk fibroin dressings, the functions of silk fibroin dressings to prevent wound infection, promote wound healing, and reduce scar regeneration have been realized. Wound healing is a continuous and slow process that is divided into four main stages: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation and remodeling. Silk fibroin is involved in almost every step of wound healing. Silk fibroin can achieve hemostasis by dissolution or adhesion to the wound and cause a mild inflammatory response during the initial phase of implantation, which facilitates the destruction of pathogens present at the site of injury and accelerates wound repair. Silk fibroin can also promote the expression of fibroblast fibronectin and vascular endothelial growth factor, activate NF-κB signaling pathway, promote vascular neovascularization, develop granulation tissue, and epithelization. With the further development and research on silk fibroin, the functional properties of silk fibroin materials related to wound repair have been gradually elucidated, which has become an important clue for the design and construction of silk fibroin biomaterials and accelerated the application of silk fibroin in wound repair. Silk fibroin has good plasticity and can be processed into films, porous sponges, hydrogels and nanofibers to better meet the needs of various wound repairs. In recent years, silk fibroin dressings have been successfully developed and approved for clinical wound repair in China. In order to accelerate wound healing and enhance the effect of wound repair, important progress has been made in the research of designing and optimizing the structural properties of silk protein materials, or combining them with active factors for wound repair. The lack of bioactivity of pure silk fibroin limits its application in biomedical fields, and better repair results can be achieved through designing and constructing specific structure. For example, the anisotropic structures of scaffolds can improve cell migration efficiency, promote inward tissue growth, epidermal renewal, and faster wound closure. Compounding with natural or synthetic polymers can give silk fibroin materials more potential. Keratin, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium alginate, aloe vera gel, collagen, and hyaluronic acid would all promote wound healing when compounded with silk. Wound healing is a complex and dynamic process involving the participation and regulation of multiple growth factors. The silk fibroin material loaded with growth factors can endow it with more biological activity like promoting cell proliferation and migration, and protein and fiber deposition in the extracellular matrix, thus achieving a better wound repair effect. In addition, silk fibroin is also an excellent drug carrier, and can maintain drug activity and achieve precise drug delivery. The better wound healing can be achieved by loading drugs. For instance, silk fibroin hydrogels loaded with deferoxamine (DFO) can promote cell migration and tissue inward growth, and reduce the cytotoxicity of drugs to accelerate the process of wound healing. To promote better wound healing, silk protein is also usually combined with stem cells to regulate the immune response and cellular microenvironment, so as to promote the expression of wound healing-related genes, and accelerate wound healing and regeneration. With the advancement of science and technology, the development of silk fibroin dressings has become more diversified. The emergence of 3D bioprinting technology, food-breeding method and microneedle dressing technology is bound to bring new insights to the development of new dressings and provide new ideas for the development of functional and active silk protein dressings. With the continuous progress of science and technology, people have deepened their research on the biological properties of silk fibroin, which can promote cell adhesion, re-epithelialization and hemostasis, reduce the immune response, accelerate the process of wound repair, and play an important role in promoting wound healing. As a biomaterial, silk fibroin has been widely researched and applied. Further functionalization of silk fibroin materials through the structural design and performance optimization of silk fibroin itself and the combined use of other bioactive molecules such as growth factors, drugs and stem cells will enhance the efficacy of silk protein dressings and open up more possibilities for their application in skin wound repair, accelerating the research process of silk protein biomaterials in clinical application. Using malonyl chloride, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ( AEO ) and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid sodium as raw materials, an efficient imbibition detergent was synthesized. The results of IR and ¹HNMR structural characterization were consistent with the pre-designed structure. The critical micelle CMC, interfacial tension, morphology, particle size, contact angle, capillary force and imbibition efficiency of the synthesized high-efficiency imbibition detergent were evaluated. The test results showed that the synthesized absorbent CMC=0.0412 g/L, γCMC = 21.23 mN/m;the particle size distribution of 0.3% nano-absorbent was between 10 nm and 80 nm, and the average particle size was 28.21 nm, with uniform microstructure. the interfacial tension with kerosene is 3.5×10 - 4 mN/m, and the interfacial tension with crude oil is 8.3 ×10 - 3mN/m ; the contact angle changed from 121.3° to 57.2°, the capillary rise height was 2.9cm,and the oil washing efficiency increased by 42.05 %. In view of the packet loss problem of data burst transmission in FPGA multi-application tasks, this study proposes a RFCF algorithm for FPGA traffic management. Based on the rate-based traffic management strategy, the receiver feeds back the remaining resources to the sender by controlling the characters. The sender adopts different data priority transmission strategies according to the resource margin, so as to ensure that the burst data can be processed in time under multi-application tasks. The algorithm is implemented and verified in FPGA board. The results show that the RFCF algorithm can effectively improve the data transmission capability of FPGA in multi-application task scenarios. - Abstract
Chiral nematic mesoporous carbon was prepared by evaporation induced self-assembly and high temperature carbonization of nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) template with te-tramethoxysilane precursor. The SEM and BET specific surface area and porosity analysis indicated that the m esoporous carbon material had retained left-handed chiralnematic structures of NCC. The maximum BET surface area of the mesoporous carbon material was 449 m²g-1. The total pore volume and average pore diameter were 0. 51 cm³g-1 and 5. 43nm, respectively. On this basis, a novel enzyme electrode was fabricated vialaccase immobilized on as-prepared mesoporous carbon material, the electrochemical behavior and performance of electro-catalytic oxidation-reduction for pyrocatechol w ere investigated. And the immobilized laccase electrode biosensor was successfully used for determination of pyrocatechol. The results suggest that the direct electrochemical reaction of pyrocatechol take place at the surface of enzyme electrode. The enzyme electrode biosensor had good and stable current response on pyrocatechol, and the linear detection for pyrocatechol ranged from 1.1 to 22.8 µmol/ L with a selective sensitivity of 0. 016 A/ (mol/ L) and a detect limit of 0. 217 µmol/ L. The biosensor exhibited excellent selectivity, stability and reproducibility, as well as better sensitivity and a low limit of detection. Therefore, it has great potential for determination of pyrocatechol in industrial wastewater. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
