Continuous nursing has a high research value in postoperative rehabilitation nursing, and has a certain effect on improving the postoperative prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease. Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is a non-surgical, invasive procedure with advantages of minimal incision and fast recovery in the treatment of coronary heart disease. The secondary prevention after PCI is of great significance for prevention of disease recurrence and adverse prognosis. This study reviewed the research status of continuous nursing of patients after PCI, with a view to improving the quality of life and self-management ability of patients (延续性护理在术后患者康复护理中展现了良好的应用价值。经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术(PCI)具有创伤小、恢复快等优势, 是临床治疗冠心病(CHD)患者的常用方案。PCI术后二级预防对避免CHD复发和不良预后有着重要意义。本研究就PCI术后患者的延续性护理应用现状进行综述, 旨在为进一步提高PCI术后患者疾病自我管理能力、改善生活质量提供参考。)

Humanistic care is issuing a nurse's love and affection to a human being, and this type of care is formed based on nurse’s patience, compassionate love, responsibility, professional theory knowledge and standard nursing practice. There is an overlap between people with anxiety and people who have high blood pressure, and they can contribute to and exacerbate the other. This paper summarized the research status of humanistic care nursing interventions for patients with hypertension complicated with anxiety, and provided reference for decision making of clinical nursing practice of hypertension and improvement of prognosis. The extended care service plays an important role in improving the condition and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases. This paper introduced the concept of extended care, and summarized the ways of extended care service for elderly patients with chronic diseases in China. This paper also concluded the nursing quality assessment and limits in research of extended care for chronic diseases in the elderly, and provided reference for the future research direction and establishment of extended care program for elderly patients with chronic diseases in China. To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on EMS [environment management (E), medicine direction (M) and self monitoring (5)] management mode on the preschool children with asthmatic diseases. Methods A total of 67 children aged 0 to 6 years with asthmatic diseases admitted to the Department of Respiratory Medicine, Shanghai Children's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from December 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into observation group (33 cases) and control group (34 cases) according to the random number table method, with 3 cases lost, and finally 32 cases in each group. The observation group received continuoon nursing care based on EMS management mode, while the control group received routine care and discharge follow-up through the telephone. The children in the two groups were followed up at 1, 3, and 6 months after discharge to evaluate the results of Test for Respiratory and Asthma Control in Kids (TRACK) and wheezing recurrence, Medication Adherence Report Scale for Asthma (MARS-A) and Nursing Job Satisfaction Questionnaire were used to evaluate medication adherence and nursing job satisfaction 6 months after discharge. Results There was no significant difference in demographic characteristics and clinical baseline characteristics between the two groups. Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that effects of time, groups and the interaction of groups time on the total score of TRACK were statistically significant. The total scores of TRACK in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1, 3, and 6 months after discharge (P=0.000). The total scores of TRACK in the two groups gradually increased with time (P=0.000). The recurrence rates of wheezing in the observation group were 25.0%, 18.7%, and 9.4% at 1, 3, and 6 months after discharge, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (50.0%, 43.7%, and 31.3%, respectively, P<0.05). Generalized estimating equation analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P=0.013), and the intervention effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (OR-0.292). The MARS-A score of the observation group was 4.519±0.395 at 6 months after discharge, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (3.994±0.739, P=0.001). The nursing job satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P=0.000). There was a moderate positive correlation between the MARS-A score and the nursing job satisfaction (r=0.389, P=0.001). Conclusion. Continuous nursing based on EMS management mode can significantly improve the medication compliance and wheezing control level of the preschool children with asthmatic diseases, significantly reduce the recurrence rate of wheezing, and improve the nursing satisfaction. This paper summarized the nursing management of allergic dermatitis after peripherally inserted central catheter placement in a patient with Hodgkin's lymphoma. Key points of nursing included catheter maintenance, risk assessment, self-management, health education and extended nursing. 探讨中医药治疗联合延续性护理应用于小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的效果。方法 选取2020 年7月至2022年7月该院儿科收治的88例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿作为研究对象,将其分为对照组和观察组,各 44例。对照组患儿给予常规治疗及护理;观察组在常规治疗及护理的基础上采用延续性护理模式,中药穴位贴 敷联合激光治疗。对比2组患儿发热时间、疼痛缓解、疼痛消失时间、3个月后腹痛再发生率及患儿家属护理满 意度。结果 观察组疼痛缓解时间、疼痛消失时间、3个月后腹痛再发生率、发热时间均明显优于对照组,差异 有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 延 续性护理应用于中药穴位贴敷联合激光治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿能够有效缓解腹痛症状,降低腹痛再发 生率,提高患儿家属满意度。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the demand of the continuous health management network platform for patients after endoscopic treatment of colorectal polyps, and to provide theoretical basis for the building of a continuous health management network platform for patients after endoscopic treatment of colorectal polyps in the future. Methods Objective sampling method was used to select 168 patients who underwent endoscopic treatment for colorectal polyps in the Department of Gastroenterology of a third-class A hospital in Luzhou City as the research objects. General data questionnaire and the network platform continuous nursing knowledge demand questionnaire were used to investigate them, and descriptive statistics were carried out. Results Among the patients surveyed, 158 cases (94.05%) thought that postoperative network platform was needed. More inclined to establish WeChat group in 52 cases (30.95%), WeChat public official account in 79 cases (47.02%) were, APP in 23 cases (13.69%), applet in 9 cases (5.36%) and health website in 5 cases (3.00%). Patients with different characteristics of rectal polyps after operation have the lowest demand for continuous nursing knowledge on network platform (33.60±0.89) and the highest demand for continuous nursing knowledge (35.80±1.62), both of which are at a high level. Conclusion Patients after endoscopic treatment of colorectal polyps have a high demand for continuous health management network platform. Relevant departments should build a comprehensive and systematic continuous health management network platform based on patients′ needs to reduce postoperative complications and improve patients′ satisfaction. To summarize and analyze the nursing care of a patient with lumbar disc herniation after operation. Targeted integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing program was developed for the patient. Key issues of nursing included diet management, psychological management, pain management, prevention of potential complications and so on. Individualized nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the pain and negative emotions, improve the quality of life and accelerate recovery after surgery. This paper summarized the nursing of a patient with lumbar compression fracture after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) operation. The nursing measures included: pain management, psychological care, safety management, prevention of potential complications, implementation of individualized rapid rehabilitation plan and continuous nursing. The step-by-step rehabilitation plan of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was designed to relieve the pain, shorten the recovery period, and improve the rehabilitation of spinal function and quality of life after operation. Starting from the concept and practice of continuity nursing, this paper focuses on the development of long-term care insurance that is conducive to the popularization and application of continuity nursing. Objective To investigate the application of nurse-led chain management in extended care of children undergoing surgical treatment for Hirschsprung’s disease. Methods Totally 60 children with Hirschsprung’s disease were divided into control group and observation group according to the sequence of hospital admission, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing management, and a nurse-led chain management model was adopted in perioperative nursing management and extended care of children in the observation group. Intervention efficacy was evaluated via incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction of children’s parents. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0. 05). Parents of children in the observation group were more satisfied with nursing service compared with those in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The nurse-led chain management in extended care is potentially effective to reduce the risk of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of children with Hirschsprung’s disease. This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing experience of a centenarian patient with intertrochanteric fracture of femur undergoing Proximal Femoral Bionic Nail(PFBN) internal fixation. The mind mapping mission mode was adopted, and patient was given comfortable nursing intervention. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy, tapping therapy and massage were carried out to ensure patient comfort. Moreover, standardized thrombotic prevention measures, enhanced recovery after surgery, personalized functional exercise path, and progressive rehabilitation training were carried out to reduce the risk of perioperative deep vein thrombosis free and improve the early functional recovery. This paper summarized the nursing measures for a peritoneal dialysis patient with severe edema complicated with heart failure. The integrated treatment of nephropathy was used to relieve the fluid overload. Comprehensive nursing interventions such as dietary guidance, enhancing the patient’s awareness and practice of peritoneal dialysis were carried out. In addition, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing technology including TCM enema, Chinese herbal medicine penetration, five-element music therapy were performed to improve the recovery of the patient. 目的 探讨基于多学科协作的延续性护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (简称“慢阻肺”) 患者肺功能和生活质量的影 响。 方法 以 2021 年 12 月至 2022 年 12 月珠海市第五人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的 150 例慢阻肺患者为 研究对象,按照不同的护理方法分为观察组和对照组,各 75 例。 对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于多学科协作 的延续性护理。 比较 2 组患者的肺功能指标[第 1 秒用力呼气容积 (FEV1 ), 用力肺活量 (FVC), FEV1 / FVC) ], 运动 功能指标, 生活质量[圣乔治呼吸问卷 (SGRQ) 评分]和并发症。 结果 出院时, 出院 1 个月后,2 组的 FEV1, FVC, FEV1 / FVC, 6 min 步行试验距离及 SGRQ 评分均优于同组入院前 (P 均 < 0. 05),且观察组均优于同期对照组 (P 均 < 0. 05). 护理期间,观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组 (P < 0. 05). 结论 基于多学科协作的延续性护理可有 效改善慢阻肺患者的肺功能和运动功能,提高其生活质量,降低并发症发生率。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the effect of continuity of care based on enhanced self-management for patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Totally 54 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 27 cases in each group. All patients received integrated traditional Chinese and western treatment at outpatient visit. Patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions after discharge from the hospital, and those in the observation group were given continuity of care interventions based on enhanced self-management. The clinical outcome indexes were measured before and 6 months after intervention. Results Better clinical outcomes were observed at 6 months after intervention, and systolic pressure, urinary albumin creatinine ratio(UCAR), uric acid, fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients in the observation were significantly lower than those in the control group, respectively(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Continuity of care based on enhanced self-management is potentially effective to reduce the systolic pressure, UCAR), uric acid, fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. (目的 探讨强化自我管理的延续性护理模式在早期糖尿病肾病患者中的应用效果。方法 采用简单随机数字表法将符合纳入标准的54例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和观察组, 各27例。两组患者均接受中西医结合门诊治疗, 对照组采用常规院外护理措施, 观察组在入组当日即采用强化自我管理的延续性护理模式。分别在干预前和干预6月时收集两组患者生化指标并进行比较。结果 干预6个月时, 两组患者各项指标较干预前有下降趋势, 与对照组比较, 观察组较收缩压、尿微量白蛋白与尿肌酐比值(UACR)、血尿酸、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标更低, 改善更明显, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 强化自我管理的延续性护理模式能有效降低早期糖尿病肾病患者收缩压、UACR, 血尿酸、空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白, 值得借鉴。)

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing intervention on medication safety in elderly patients with chronic diseases. Methods Totally 100 elderly patients with chronic diseases were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. Patient in the control group received routine discharge guidance and follow-up, and those in the observation group were given continuous nursing intervention. The medication safety and rehospitalization situation were analyzed at 6 month after discharge form hospital. A questionnaire survey was conducted to measure the compliance and satisfaction of patients after discharge form hospital. Results The rates of unauthorized increase, decrease, withdrawal and missing of medication in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0. 05, respectively). The re-hospitalization rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (4. 00% vs. 18. 00%, P＜0. 05). The scores of satisfaction evaluation about dietary, rehabilitation exercise, hospital reexamination and hygiene in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 01). The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The continuous nursing intervention is potentially effective to improve the medication safety and treatment compliance after discharge from hospital in elderly patients with chronic diseases. (目的 探讨延续性护理对老年慢性病患者用药安全的影响。方法 选取2019年8月—2020年2月治疗后出院的100例老年慢性病患者为研究对象, 采用数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组, 各50例。对照组出院时给予常规出院指导, 观察组实施延续性护理干预。对两组患者出院后6个月的用药安全情况和再住院情况进行统计分析, 运用调查问卷的形式评估两组患者出院后依从性和满意度情况。结果 观察组患者出院后擅自增减药、漏服药、停药的比例低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。观察组患者的再住院率为4. 00%(2/50), 低于对照组的18. 00%(9/50), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。观察组患者出院后在合理饮食、康复锻炼、按时复查、卫生清洁方面的依从性评分高于对照组 (P＜0. 01)。观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P＜0. 05)。结论 延续性护理可提高老年慢性病患者出院后用药安全性和依从性, 降低再住院率, 提高护理满意度。)

目的 探讨肺康复训练联合延续性护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病 (COPD) 患者缓解期中的应 用效果。方法 将该院 50 例 COPD 患者随机分为观察组和对照组各 25 例。入院后两组均予常规内科治疗, 对照组采用肺康复训练,观察组在肺康复训练的基础上联合延续性护理模式。比较两组患者治疗后临床疗效、 肺功能检测、血气指标、凝血指数及炎性因子水平。结果 经治疗后观察组临床有效率明显高于对照组,观察 组肺功能检测指标、凝血因子指标、血气分析指标、炎性细胞因子水平均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义 (P <0.05)。结论 肺康复训联合延续性护理模式练可明显改善 COPD 患者的肺功能水平,提高恢复效果。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者实施专业化、个性化、有效的延续性护理干预,满足患者出院后的医 疗护理需要,降低UC复发的再住院率,对提高患者的生活质量及满意度有深远影响。该文综述了延续性护理 的概念,我国UC延续性护理开展的方式、干预内容及干预意义,并分析了我国开展UC延续性护理存在的问 题,旨在为我国开展UC延续性护理工作提供经验和启示,以尽快探索建立系统的、规范的、个性化的具有中国 特色的UC延续性护理干预模式,促进我国UC延续性护理的发展。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the practice effect of continuing care with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing for patients after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in the specialized outpatient clinic. Methods Totally 80 patients undergoing surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids of Damp-Heat type were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received routine perioperative nursing during hospitalization. Patients in the control group received routing telephone follow-up and health education after discharged form hospital, and those in the observation group were given continuing care with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the specialized outpatient clinic, and a three-step integrated management of follow-up was carried out. The occurrence of postoperative complications was assessed, and patient satisfaction was evaluated by using a self-made questionnaire. Results The score of postoperative complication evaluation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). The patient satisfaction rate was 97. 50%(39/40), which was higher than 82. 50%(33/40) in the control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The practice of continuing care with Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing in the specialized outpatient clinic is potentially effective to reduce the risk of postoperative complications after surgical treatment of mixed hemorrhoids and improve the patient satisfaction. (目的 探讨基于专病门诊的延续性中医护理在混合痔(湿热下注型)术后出院患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年4月—12月科室收治的80例混合痔(湿热下注型)术后出院患者为研究对象, 随机分为观察组和对照组, 各40例。两组患者住院期间均接受常规围手术期护理。对照组患者出院后给予电话回访、健康宣教; 观察组患者出院后, 实施基于专病门诊的延续性中医护理方案, 采取“三步护理一体化”的管理模式进行随访管理。对术后两周内并发症情况进行评分, 采用自制问卷调查患者满意度。结果 观察组患者并发症评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组患者满意率97. 50%(39/40), 高于对照组的82. 50%(33/40), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 基于专病门诊的延续性中医护理方案能降低混合痔术后患者并发症发生风险, 提高患者满意度。)

Sleep disorder is a severe and frequent complication in patients after stroke. It is characterized by the high morbidity, poor prognosis and reduced quality of life. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM )extended care has unique advantages in preventing sleep disorders after stroke. This paper summarized the research status of sleep disorder after stroke in perspectives of TCM theory application, TCM preventive treatment and TCM extended care technology, and put forward some thoughts to provide reference for research and clinical nursing practice in the future. (睡眠障碍是脑卒中常见并发症之一, 发病率较高, 且会加重病情, 影响预后, 降低患者生活质量。中医延续性医疗护理在预防中风后睡眠障碍方面具有独特优势。本文综述了脑卒中后睡眠障碍中医理论应用、中医预防和中医延续性医疗护理技术的研究现状, 并提出一些思考, 以期为后续研究和临床护理工作提供参考。)

Objective To investigate the whole-process comprehensive case-management in continuing nursing care of discharged patients after radical surgery for cervical cancer. Methods Totally 102 patients undergoing radical surgery for cervical cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 51 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine continuous nursing, and the observation group was given case manager-led whole-process comprehensive case-management in continuing nursing. The Short Form-36 questionnaire (SF-36) was used to evaluate patient quality of life after discharge form hospital. The patient satisfaction was measured and complications during follow-up were recorded. Results Subcategories scores of SF-36 including general health, physical function, role emotion, vitality, social function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Lower incidences of urinary retention, lymphocele, urinary tract infection and lower limb vein thrombosis were found in the observation, and there was a significant difference in the incidence of lower limb vein thrombosis between two groups (P＜0. 05). The patient satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Conclusion In continuing nursing of discharged patients after radical surgery for cervical cancer, case manager-led whole-process comprehensive case-management is effective to improve patient quality of life and satisfaction degree, and reduce the risk of complications. (目的 探讨全程综合个案管理在宫颈癌患者出院延续护理中的应用效果。方法 宫颈癌根治术患者102例随机分为观察组和对照组, 各51例。对照组实施常规出院延续性护理模式, 观察组实施以个案管理师为主导的全程综合个案管理模式的延续性护理。采用SF-36生活量表对2组患者生活质量进行评价, 评估2组患者满意度, 记录并发症发生情况。结果 观察组SF-36生活量表总体健康、生理职能、情感职能、精力、社会功能和精神健康维度得分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。观察组尿潴留、淋巴囊肿、尿道感染和下肢静脉血栓发生率低于对照组, 其中下肢静脉血栓发生率2组比较, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。观察组满意度高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 为宫颈癌根治术患者提供以个案管理师为主导的全程综合个案管理模式的延续性护理, 能有效提升患者生活质量及满意度, 降低并发症的发生风险。)

Objective To investigate the effect of specialist nurse-led continuing care on self-management skills and blood-glucose control in elderly diabetic patients. Methods Totally 80 elderly patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus were randomly divided into the study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received community-based chronic disease management during follow-up, and those in the study group received the specialist nurse-led continuing care. The levels of HbA1c, Fasting Plasma Glucose (FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG), and scores of the Self-efficacy for Diabetes(SED) and Summary of Diabetes Self-Care Activities Questionnaire (SDSCA) were compared between two groups after a 6-month follow-up. Results At 6-month follow-up, a better improvement in HbA1c, FPG and 2hPG were found in the study group compared with those in the control group (P＜0. 05). Scores of SED and SDSCA in study group were higher than those of control group at 6-month follow-up (P＜0. 01). Conclusion Specialist nurse-led continuing care is effective to enhance the self-management skills and blood-glucose control efficacy in elderly diabetic patients. (目的 探讨专科护士主导的延续性护理对老年糖尿病患者血糖控制和自我管理能力的影响。方法 将80例老年2型糖尿病患者按随机数字表分为干预组和对照组, 各40例。对照组按照社区医院对慢病患者相关随访要求进行随访; 干预组在对照组的基础上开展以糖尿病专科护士、中医专科护士主导的延续护理。随访6个月, 比较2组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖尿病患者自我效能问卷(SED)、自我管理活动问卷(SDSCA)分值。结果 6个月后, 干预组FPG、2hPG、HbA1c指标水平改善优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。干预6个月后, 干预组SED和SDSCA量表评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 专科护士主导的延续性护理有利于强化老年糖尿病患者自我管理行为, 改善血糖控制效果。)

The transitional care is mainly used in the care of chronic diseases management, but in recent years, transitional care has also been extended to postoperative surgery, PICC tube placement, puerperium care and other aspects. There is no specific requirement for nursing staff, and most of them have not received professional training. Transitional care in China is rapidly popularizing and developing, but there are also problems that cannot be ignored in the development process. When the hospital vigorously promotes transitional care, it should focus on solving the existing problems in order to better implement transitional care, and then provide better medical care services for the current situation of China's aging population. Objective To explore the effect of transitional care based on time-sensitive incentive theory on self-efficacy and self-management ability of women with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods A total of 112 pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage who gave birth in the hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method, each with 56 cases. The control group implemented routine postpartum care, and the observation group implemented transitional care based on time-sensitive incentive theory. The self-efficacy before and after nursing, changes in self-management ability and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The general self-efficacy score of the observation group after 3 months of nursing was higher than that of the control group (P＜0. 05). The scores of self-concept, self-care skills, self-care consciousness of responsibility, health knowledge level and total score of exercise of self-care agency scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0. 01). There was no significant difference in complication rate between two groups(P＞0. 05). Conclusion Transitional care based on the time-sensitive incentive theory can enhance self-efficacy and self-management ability of women with postpartum hemorrhage. (目的 探讨基于时效性激励理论的延续性护理对产后出血产妇自我效能及自我管理能力的影响。方法 选择2018年2月—2019年5月医院分娩产后出血的产妇112例, 按随机数字表法分为2组, 各56例。对照组实施常规产后护理, 观察组实施基于时效性激励理论的延续性护理。对比2组护理前后自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、自我管理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组护理3个月后 GSES评分高于对照组(P＜0. 05)。观察组护理3个月后自我概念、自我护理技能、自护责任感、健康知识水平及ESCA总分均高于对照组(P＜0. 01)。2组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05)。结论 基于时效性激励理论的延续性护理能升产后出血产妇自我效能及自我管理能力, 减少并发症发生风险。)
