- Abstract
By studying the effects of sludge hydrolysis acidification, particle size reduction and fatty acid production under the combined pretreatment of APG06 and CTAB, combined w让h the analysis of microorganism diversity and population structure, the mechanism of combined pre treatment to improve sludge hydrolysis and acidification was preliminarily clarified・ The results showed that combined pretreatment of APG06 and CTAB can effectively improve the hydrolysis and acidification efficiency, shorten the production time of short-chain fatty acids, and improve the effect of small particle size. The SCOD, protein and polysaccharide of sludge in each experimental group all reached the decrease peak within 1 h, and TB-EPS could be degraded into smaller dissolved organic matter and converted into S・ EPS ・ The pre treatment of sludge can effectively reduce the size of sludge, and increase the yield of acetic acid, propionic acid and n<-valerate acid・ With the addition of APG06 dosage, the reaction system was not conducive to the growth of Bacteroidetes, but was conducive to the growth of Firmicutes, which provided the environmental basis for the synthesis of medium chain fatty acids and promoted the generation of SCFA.
