Feeding antimicrobial peptides have a special physical membrane breaking bactericidal mechanism and are not easy to produce drug resistance. However, naturally occurring or self-designed antimicrobial peptides are faced with the problem of low environmental stability in vivo. Therefore, it is of great significance to optimize the related properties of antimicrobial peptides by adopting various strategies to alleviate the above problems. The paper reviews various strategies to improve the stability of antimicrobial peptides salts and proteases by molecular genetic methods in recent years, analyzes the advantages and limitations of molecular genetic methods in improving the stability of antimicrobial peptides, to provide ideas for the design of antimicrobial peptides in the future.
