Promoting the integrated development of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain is of great significance to the high-quality development of the economy, and its essence is to reduce the various barriers faced by the flow of innovation elements across organizational boundaries, improve the allocation efficiency, better stimulate the main role of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation, and enhance the overall efficiency of the national innovation system. This study analyzes "four chain" integration and puts forward the following suggestions. First, promote the systematic layout and systematic implementation of scientific and technological innovation policies. Energy pile not only bears the upper building load, but also plays the role of ground source heat pump heat exchanger. The influence of thermal-mechanical coupling on its bearing performance is different from that of conventional piles. Based on indoor model test method,a new type of energy pile in saturated sand foundation (with 0. 6% steel fiber and 4% graphite) in thermal-mechanical coupling was used to measure the temperature distribution around the pile, the thermal stress of pile body, the earth pressure at pile end, the shaft friction of pile body, the vertical displacement of pile top and soil around pile. The results show that the earth pressure at pile tip increases gradually at heating up and decreases gradually at cooling down. The thermal stress of the pile increases first and then decreases with the increase of the depth,the higher the temperature is at the same depth, the greater the thermal stress will be generated in the pile. With or without working load, the shaft friction of pile increases with the increase of temperature. Under working load, the settlement displacement of pile top accumulates with the increase of the number of cycles, which has a negative impact on the safety, durability and normal use of the structure. The three-dimensional numerical model of energy piles in saturated clay was established by COMSOL Multiphysics software. The numerical simulation of bearing capacity characteristics of energy piles during temperature cycle was studied, and the change rules of pile-soil temperature field, displacement of pile top, compressive stress of pile tip and shaft friction of the pile were analyzed. The numerical simulation results show that the rising displacement of the pile top was larger when it could expand freely without restraint in the heating stage, while the working load limited the expansion displacement of pile top. In the cooling stage, the working load caused a small amount of settlement of pile top. With the increase of the number of cycles, the maximum compressive stress of pile tip decreased gradually, and shaft friction of the pile increased gradually. The energy pile is a building energy-saving technology which integrates ground source heat pump and building pile foundation. It has the advantages of economy, environmental protection and saving underground space resources, and its load transfer behavior is different from that of ordinary engineering piles due to thermal-mechanical coupling. Based on the laboratory model test, the thermal-mechanical response of the energy pile in saturated clay foundation under multiple temperature cycles was studied. The temperature field around the pile, the settlement of pile and soil, the additional heating stress of pile and the shaft friction were analyzed. The results show that the temperature of pile and soil decreases along the depth and radial direction respectively, when the temperature rises. The settlement of pile top caused by cooling is greater than the expansion caused by heating. The irreversible accumulated settlement of pile top caused by multiple temperature cycles may affect the safety of superstructure. The settlement of soil around pile in different degrees occurs due to the thermal consolidation. The settlement decreases with the distance from the pile, and the sedimentation rate of the soil decreases with the increase of the number of cycles. After three cycles, settlement at B4 reaches 1. 42% D (D is the diameter of pile). The additional stress and the shaft friction of pile caused by temperature load increase gradually with the increase of temperature and number of cycles. When heating, the negative shaft friction occurs in the upper part of the pile and the positive shaft friction occurs in the lower part. When cooling, it is just the opposite. Under the action of the working load, the negative shaft friction area of the pile becomes smaller and the zero-displacement point moves upward gradually. The three-dimensional numerical model established by COMSOL Multiphysics software can better simulate the bearing capacity characteristics of the energy pile under thermalmechanical coupling. To provide scientific support for the planning and management of land resources in the farming pastoral ecotone, land-use change and ecosystem services evaluation should be carried out. In this study, the land-use transfer matrix and change dynamic degree of Damao Banner from 2000 to 2015 were measured, and the evolution characteristics of ecosystem services soil conservation and carbon sequestration were analyzed for the same period. The results showed that grassland, unused land, and cropland were the main types of land-use. In the past 16 years, grassland, building land, unused land, and forest areas had increased significantly, whereas cropland areas had decreased significantly. Land-use types had mainly changed from cropland to grassland and from grassland to building land. From 2000 to 2015, carbon sequestration throughout the banner decreased from 1 832 500 t to 1 816 500 t, and soil conservation decreased from 1 705 800 t to 1 073 200 t. These changes were mainly due to the decrease in grassland quality in the study area, which resulted in a decrease in ecosystem services provided per unit area. The services of carbon sequestration and soil conservation provided by various land-use types were grassland > cropland > unused land > building land > shrub > forest > saline alkali land > water > sand. In future ecological management, grassland and cropland areas should be used moderately to protect and expand production land. Objective: To investigate the effects of compound trabeculectomy and panretinal photocoagulation combined with ranibizumab on visual function and aqueous inflammatory factors in patients with neovascular glaucoma (NVG). Methods: A total of 156 NVG patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to September 2019 were selected. The above patients were divided into a control group (n=78) and a study group (n=78) according to the random number table method. The control group patients Combined trabeculectomy and panretinal photocoagulation were given, and the study group was combined with ranibizumab on the basis of the control group. The two groups were compared with the efficacy, best corrected visual acuity, intraocular pressure and aqueous inflammatory factors. The incidence of postoperative complications was recorded in the two groups. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the study group 6 months after surgery was 88.46% (69/78), which was higher than the control group's 67.95% (53/78) (P<0.05). The best corrected visual acuity of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after surgery, and the intraocular pressure was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) decreased in the two groups of patients at 6 months after surgery, and the study group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was 8.97% (7/78) lower than 21.79% (17/78) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of ranibizumab combined with combined trabeculectomy and panretinal photocoagulation for the treatment of NVG has a significant effect. Women's poverty alleviation is an indispensable part of poverty alleviation, and it plays a vital role in blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty, improving women's well-being, and building a harmonious and happy family. 2020 is the key node for poverty alleviation to rejuvenation in poverty-stricken areas across the country. In this context, it is of great significance to in-depth study of women's poverty alleviation in the new era. This article first points out the 4 problems that women face in poverty alleviation: gender bias in the countryside, the digital divide, the absence of non-governmental organizations, and the lack of gender awareness in poverty alleviation practices. Next, it introduces the theoretical foundation, international women's poverty alleviation experience and typical scenarios of Chinese women's poverty alleviation. On the basis of these, four suggestions are put forward: one is to internalize gender equality as a rural social code of conduct; the second is to increase training to eliminate the digital divide; the third is to increase the level of socialization of family labor; the fourth is to build an inclusive, flexible and sustainable mechanism for women's poverty alleviation.
