Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient clinic is an advanced nursing practice model characterized by the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) culture. Adhering to the principles of holistic view of TCM and nursing by syndrome differentiation, it aims to meet diversified health needs of patients by providing TCM nursing techniques, and plays a unique role in disease prevention and healthcare. It is a continuation of high-quality nursing and embodiment of patient-centered nursing service. The establishment of TCM nursing outpatient clinic is helpful to promote the psychical and mental health of patients, maintain harmonious nurse-patient relationship, promote the specialization and precision in nursing and better meet the health needs of population. This paper summarized the establishment and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient clinic, and provided reference for future improvement of TCM nursing outpatient clinic. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing clinic is an advanced nursing practice with Chinese characteristics. It takes the overall view of TCM and the principle, uses the characteristics of TCM nursing technology to meet the diversified health needs of patients, and plays a unique advantage in disease prevention and health care. TCM nursing clinic is able to improve patient satisfaction, broaden the scope of nursing services and enhance the professional level nursing. However, in the process of its development, there are also bottlenecks such as prescription right, inability to follow, and weak discipline development. The construction of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Inheritance Studio is effective to drive the development of disciplines, develop the inheritance of TCM nursing, and realize mutual promotion and mutual development. Objective: To observe the effect of sour jujube kernel decoction combined with lily dihuang decoction plus minus combined with acupuncture on sleep quality and serum neurotransmitter levels in patients with yin deficiency insomnia after stroke.Methods: The selected cases were all from patients with insomnia after stroke admitted to our hospital during March 2018 to February2023, a total of 126 cases. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into control group (conventional Western medicine treatment + acupuncture treatment, 63 cases) and observation group (63 cases received plus and minus treatment on the basis of sour jujube kernel soup and lily dihuang decoction, 63 cases) . The efficacy, TCM syndrome scores, and scale scores [Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale (PSQI), Sleep Status Self-rating Scale (SRSS) ], and serum neurotransmitters [serotonin (5-HT) and dopamine (DA) were compared between the two groups. Results: The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, which showed statistical difference (P＜0.05) . After the treatment, the scores of the two groups were lower than those in the control group, which showed statistical difference (P＜0.05) . After treatment, PSQI score and SRSS score decreased in the two groups, and the observation group was lower than that in the control group, which showed statistical difference (P＜0.05) . After the treatment of the two groups, DA decreased and 5-HT increased, and the improvement in the observation group was greater than that in the control group, which showed statistical difference (P＜0.05) . Conclusion: The combination of sour jujube kernel decoction and lily dihuang decoction plus minus combined with acupuncture in the treatment of yin deficiency and fire type insomnia after stroke can effectively improve insomnia symptoms and regulate serum 5-HT and DA levels. To study the constituents of Isodon macrocalyx, thirteen diterpenoids were isolated and purified from the aerial parts of I. macrocalyx by means of various column chromatographic techniques, including silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-C18 pre-HPLC. The structures of the isolated diterpenoids were determined on the basis of analyses of spectroscopic methods(1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy), high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (HR-ESI-MS), and comparison of their spectroscopic data with previously reported data. The results showed that the diterpenoids were identified as 19-hydroxytotarol (1), macrophynin E(2), inumakoic acid(3), inumakiol D(4), 4β-carboxy-19-nortotarol (5), (-)-lambertic acid (6), 2-oxo-5-fagonene (7), isodoterniofiln B(8), longikaurin E(9), longikaurin A(10), rabdotemin H(11), 16S-dihydrolongikaurin A (12), and ent-3S,16S,17-trihydroxy-kauran-2-one (13). Objective: To explore the efficacy of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope combined with in the treatment of salpingemphraxis infertility and differences in efficacy of different ages and types of obstruction. Methods: A total of 70 patients with salpingemphraxis infertility, who were admitted to Dazhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Sichuan Province from February 2013 to February 2015, were randomly divided into control group (n=35) and observation group (n=35). The control group (n=35) underwent dredge tubal operation guided by hysteroscope, while the observation group was received laparoscopic treatment on the treatment plan of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared, at the same time, the clinical effects of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy on different age groups and different types of obstruction were compared. Results: The patency of fallopian tube in the observation group was better than that in the control group (Z= -2.207, P=0.027). The fallopian tube recanalization rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [82.86%vs60.00%], the difference was statistically significant (x2=4.480, P=0.034). There was no difference in the incidence of complications after treatment between the two groups (P>0. 05). The overall pregnancy rate in the observation group 1 year after treatment was higher than that in the control group [82.86%vs57. 14%], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The intrauterine pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group [80.00%vs51.43%], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no statistical differences in tubal recanalization rate, overall pregnancy rate, intrauterine pregnancy rate of patients between ≤ 30 years and >30 years (P>0.05). The fallopian tube recanalization rate, total pregnancy rate and uterine pregnancy rate in the patients with ampulla or umbrella obstruction were higher than those in interstitial obstructive patients and isthmus obstructive patients,the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in the treatment of salpingemphraxis infertility has better clinical efficacy, and the recanalization rate and pregnancy rate of fallopian tube are obviously improved,with less postoperative complications and the highest recanalization rate of fallopian tube, ampulla or umbrella block. Objective: To investigate the effect of Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with Guizhi Fuling Wan on serum nitric oxide (NO), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and sex hormone levels in patients with senile ovarian cyst. Methods: 107 cases of patients with senile ovarian cyst treated in our hospital fromJanuary 2015 to October 2016 were divided into observation group (54 cases) and control group (53 cases) according to the randomnumber table method. The control group was treated with oral Fuke Qianjin capsules, while the observation group was treated with oral Fuke Qianjin capsules and Guizhi Fuling Wan. The serum NO, TNF-αand sex hormone levels were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%, significantly higher than 81.13%of the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment there was no significant difference between the two groups in serum NO, TNF-α, estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) levels of the patients (P>0.05). After treatment,the serum NO, TNF-α, E2 levels of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05); while the levels of LH and FSH in the two groups were significantly increased, and the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Fuke Qianjin capsule combined with Guizhi Fuling Wan has significant clinical efficacy on patients with senile ovarian cyst, which can regulate the serumlevels of NO, TNF-α and sex hormone, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
