Objective To explore the nursing cooperation process of robot-assisted laparoscopic oral mucosa repair and reconstruction of the ureter. Methods The nursing cooperation of 30 cases of robot-assisted laparoscopic oral mucosa repair and reconstruction of ureter in the Urology Department from December 2020 to December 2021 were analyzed. Intraoperative precision nursing cooperation and postoperative follow-up visits were carried outto ensure the success of surgery and safety of patients during perioperative period. Results The operation was successfully completed in 30 patients, and the overall average success rate was 95. 6%. The effect of medical and nursing cooperation was satisfactory, and no postoperative complications occurred during the short and medium-term follow-up. Conclusion Adequate preoperative preparation, reasonable operating room layout, and skilled intraoperative cooperation are considerable issues of improving the efficiency of the surgeon's operation and are an important part of the successful completion of the operation. (目的 探讨机器人辅助腹腔镜下口腔黏膜修复重建输尿管术的护理配合流程。方法 收集2020年12月—2021年12月行机器人辅助腹腔镜下口腔黏膜修复重建输尿管术治疗的30例患者的临床资料, 总结护理经验, 分析护理要点。结果 30例患者顺利完成手术, 总体平均成功率为 95. 6%。医护配合效果满意, 中短期随访无术后并发症发生。结论 充分的术前准备, 合理的手术间布局, 熟练的术中配合, 有助于能提高术者手术效率, 是确保手术顺利完成的重要环节。)

In order to improve the ability of the emergency department of high-speed railway to make emergency decisions in response to sudden accidents, an intuitionistic fuzzy Bayesian network (IFBN) was established to assess the situation of sudden accidents and provide a basis for emergency decision-making. Firstly, the inducement, accident classification and emergency decision-making characteristics and process of high-speed railway emergency were analyzed. Secondly, the intuitionistic fuzzy number was used to represent the evidence information of Bayesian network nodes, and a situation assessment method based on IFBN was given. Finally, taking the sudden fire accident of electric multiple units(EMU) in viaduct as an example, Bayesian network(BN) and IFBN were used to reason. Through the comparison of several groups of reasoning, the results show that when the information hesitation is large, BN reasoning will produce the opposite conclusion to the actual situation, but IFBN overcomes this shortcoming, and the reasoning result is still accurate, so it can be seen that the situation assessment using IFBN reasoning model is more accurate and reliable than the classical Bayesian method. The shear dilatancy characteristics of cemented sand and gravel materials and their relationship with confining pressure and cement content are analyzed. On this basis, a new shear dilatation model for cemented sand-gravel material is proposed. The research shows that the dilatancy equation of the modified Cambridge model cannot reflect the dilatancy of cemented sand-gravel materials; the Rowe dilatancy equation can reflect the dilatancy of coarse-grained soil to a certain extent, but under high confining pressure in the compression stage, it underestimates its compression. However, the dilatancy is overestimated in the dilatancy stage. The proposed new dilatation equation is a quadratic function with simple parameters, which can be determined only by the triaxial shear test of cemented sand-gravel materials. To investigate the effect of risedronate sodium on FAK protein expression in osteoclasts during orthodontic tooth movement in ovariectomized rats. 30 female rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sham operation group, VOX group (oophorectomy+equal injection of saline) and risedronate sodium treatment group (oophorectomy+Risedronate sodium was injected intraperitoneally every three days), 10 each. The tooth movement distance was measured by a digital caliper. The expression levels of FAK, type I collagen and integrin-β1 protein were detected by Western blot. Use EXA-3000 dual-energy X-ray BMD measuring instrument to measure the BMD of the left femur. The expression levels of TRACP, RANKL and BMP-2 mRNA were detected by RT-qPCR. From 1 to 3 months, compared with the sham operation group, the weight and tooth movement distance of rats in the VOX group increased (P<0.05). Compared with the VOX group, the weight and tooth movement distance of the rats in the risedronate sodium treatment group were reduce (P<0.05). Compared with the sham operation group, the VOX group FAK, type I collagen and integrin-茁1 protein expression levels, tBMD, pBMD, mBMD and dBMD values, and TRACP, RANKL and BMP-2 mRNA levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05), while compared with the sham operation group and the VOX group, the above indicators in the risedronate sodium treatment group were significantly increased (P<0.05). Risedronate has an effective inhibitory effect on bone resorption, bone loss and bone strength reduction in ovariectomized rats by regulating the integrin-β1/FAK signaling pathway, and can prevent and inhibit the bone quality caused by ovariectomy.
