影像组学利用人工智能将传统影像学图像进行数据化处理, 以此获得更深层次的信息. 影像组学在肿瘤 的诊断, 治疗及预后方面发挥了较大优势, 促进了精准医疗的发展. 影像组学可用于肾肿瘤良恶性的鉴别, 预测病 理分级和预测肾恶性肿瘤药物治疗效果. 影像组学不仅在肾嗜酸细胞瘤和乏脂肪血管平滑肌脂肪瘤与肾细胞癌的 鉴别有很好的区分准确度, 而且能利用术前图像预测肾恶性肿瘤病理分级, 以及利用影像组学评估对药物的治疗反 应, 这些对疾病的诊疗有重要意义. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
