In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing and strengthened the construction of TCM nursing talents cultivation. Innovating the training model of TCM nursing talents, accelerating the training speed of TCM nursing talents, and improving the quality of TCM nursing talents are important contents to promote the development of TCM nursing. The Inheritance Studio of Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Experts is an important platform and carrier for learning, inheriting, researching and popularizing famous experts, academic ideas and clinical experience, and cultivating TCM talents with characteristic expertise. Combined with its own characteristics, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine has carried out a series of TCM inheritance talents around the construction and innovation of Feng Yunhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Inheritance Studio, actively explored and summarized experience, and achieved good results. Objective To explore the construction and implementation effect of humanistic care with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing interventions in orthopedic wards. Methods Totally 120 hospitalized patients with orthopedic diseases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. All patients receive routine nursing during hospital stay, and those in the observation group were given humanistic care with TCM nursing interventions including TCM techniques, emotional care and dietary guidance. A self-made humanistic care needs questionnaire was used to investigate the patient satisfaction with nursing service. Results Nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The establishment of TCM humanistic care and nursing model in the orthopedic ward can improve patient satisfaction by identifying the needs of patients for humanistic care, taking advantages of TCM nursing and providing targeted and individualized humanistic care. Objective To observe the effect of modified Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hot compress technique in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods Totally 60 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional TCM hot compress technique, and the observation group received the modified hot compress technique by optimizing the size of Chinese herbal medicine package, regulating duration of treatment, and monitoring the temperature with electric temperature controller. Visual Analogue Scale was used to measure the pain, and Lysholm knee scale was used to measure the function of affected knee joint. The clinical effective rate and incidence of nursing adverse events were compared between two groups. Results The VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 01), The incidence of scalds in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0. 05). There was no significant difference in Lysholm knee scale and treatment efficacy between two groups (P＞0. 05). Conclusion Modified TCM hot compress technique has a remarkable curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, which can relieve pain and improve the function of knee joint, and it is a safe technique in clinical practice . (目的 观察改良式中药热敷技术治疗膝骨关节炎的效果。方法 选取科室所收治的膝骨关节患者60例为研究对象, 采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组, 各30例。对照组采用常规中药热敷治疗, 观察组在常规热敷治疗基础上, 改良中药药包的外形尺寸、治疗时间, 并应用电子温控仪进行恒定温度控制药包温度。采用VAS评分评估疼痛程度, 采用 Lysholm 膝关节功能评分评估患膝功能, 对比两组干预效果, 记录不良事件发生情况。结果 干预后观察组VAS评分改善优于对照组(P＜0. 01), 烫伤发生率低于对照组(P＜0. 05); 两组Lysholm 膝关节功能评分和临床疗效评价差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05)。结论 改良式中药热敷技术治疗膝骨关节炎疗效明确, 能有效缓解疼痛, 改善膝关节功能, 提升中医治疗和护理安全性。)

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care with characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in conservative treatment of cervical spondylosis. Methods A total of 42 patients with cervical spondylosis treated conservatively were were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 21 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing interventions during hospital stay, and study group received humanistic care with characteristics of TCM on the basis of the routine care. The scores of Northwick Park Neck Pain Questionnaire(NPQ), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) , length of hospital stay and patients satisfaction with nursing service of two groups were compared. Results Scores of NPQ and PSQI in the study group were lower than those in the control group after nursing interventions(P＜0. 01). Scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower than those in the control group after nursing interventions(P＜0. 01). The length of stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group (P＜0. 01). Score of satisfaction assessment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Humanistic care with TCM nursing interventions is effective to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients receiving conservative treatment of cervical spondylosis, and it may help relieve negative mood, improve the sleep quality, shorten the length of stay and improve the satisfaction degree of patients. (目的 探讨中医特色人文关怀在颈椎病患者保守治疗中的护理效果。方法 选取医院收治的42例颈椎病保守治疗的患者为研究对象, 随机分为研究组和对照组, 各21例。对照组接受常规护理干预模式, 研究组在对照组的基础上运用中医特色人文关怀护理模式进行干预。采用Northwick Park 颈痛量表(NPQ)评估颈痛程度, 采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估睡眠质量, 采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者负性情绪, 记录两组住院时间, 评价护理满意度。结果 护理干预后, 研究组NPQ量表评分和PSQI量表评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01); 研究组SAS和SDS量表评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01); 研究组总住院时长较对照组缩短(P＜0. 01); 研究组患者满意度评分高于对照组(P＜0. 01)。结论 中医特色人文关怀护理干预可有效缓解颈椎病患者保守治疗期间的临床症状, 有利于减轻其疼痛程度, 提高睡眠质量, 缓解负面情绪, 缩短其住院时长, 提升住院患者对护理的满意度。)

Objective To investigate the effect of Bian-stone and warm-ironing therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)in the treatment of joint pain induced by knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods Totally KOA patients with joint pain were treated with Bian-stone and TCM warm-ironing therapy. The pain degree was measured by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Results In the degree of pain measured with VAS, there was significantly decreased after nursing intervention (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Bian-stone and warm-ironing therapy with TCM is effective to relieve the joint pain induced by KOA. In order to further improve the quality of nursing service and raise the level of nursing service, the Orthopedics and Traumatology Center of hospital has implemented the "one syndrome and one product" nursing model, carried out new explorations and practices on improving the management model of orthopedic specialist nursing quality. Objective To investigate the effect of integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot gangrene. Methods Totally 60 patients with diabetic foot gangrene were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by western medicine and nursing, and those in the observation group were given integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine, which included Chinese herbal medicine internal and external application by syndrome differentiation. The treatment efficacy was evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The effective rate in observation group was higher than that in the control group (93. 33% vs. 70. 00%, P＜0. 05). Conclusion The integrated Traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective to relieve clinical symptom of patients with diabetic foot gangrene. Objective To observe the practice effect of non-drug pain management in nursing care of critically ill orthopedic patients. Methods Totally 68 critically ill orthopedic patients were included as research objects. The non-drug pain management was carried out on the basis of routine nursing for pain control. The pain relief and adverse reactions were observed after intervention, and patient’s satisfaction with nursing was measured. Results All patients recovered well, and there was no case of insomnia, constipation, headache reported. The score of pain assessment scale and frequency of acute pain were decreased after intervention. The overall rate of satisfaction was 94. 12%(64/68). Conclusion On the basis of routine pain control, the non-drug pain management is potentially effective to relieve the pain intensity of critically ill orthopedic patients. (目的 探讨骨科危重患者非药物疼痛护理管理实践效果。方法 选取科室收治的68例骨科危重患者为研究对象, 在常规护理基础上增加非药物疼痛护理干预。评估患者疼痛缓解情况, 记录不良反应发生情况, 评价患者对护理的满意度。结果 患者术后恢复良好, 未出现失眠、便秘、头痛等并发症或不良反应。患者疼痛评分降低, 急性疼痛发生次数减少。满意度评价结果显示, 患者总满意度为94. 12%(64/68)。结论 在常规护理的基础上, 非药物疼痛护理干预能进一步改善骨科危重患者疼痛程度, 促进患者康复。)

Soybean is widely cultivated in farmlands with irregular terrain in the northeast China. In this study, the influence of terrain on crop yield was investigated. Dongxing Cooperative of Hailun city in Heilongjiang Province was selected as the area of research. The study area was 10.20 hm2. The iRTK data were measured and utilized to produce the Digital Elevation Model (DEM) used for division of the sampling points’ slope position. The soil data and daily meteorological data were obtained. The soybean yield data along with the field management data at every sampling point during the growing season of soybean were also determined. The decision support system for agrotechnology transfer (DSSAT) model was used to simulate the soybean growth and development process. Seven sampling points with distinct terrain features were randomly selected from sixteen sampling points, and the data from the other sampling points were used for verification of the DSSAT model. Then the adjusted DSSAT model was used to simulate the development of soybean at each sampling point and its yield. In regards to temperature, slope, solar radiation, soil nutrients, etc., DSSAT model was put into use for yield results simulation under the condition of single factor discrepancy, and then the contribution degree of individual factor to the yield difference was examined. Data such as biomass, soil water content and soil alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content of each sampling point were collected during the soybean growth period, and the total solar radiation data of the study area was generated by DEM combined with the Angstrom equation. The results showed that the normalized root mean square error(nRMSE) for the simulated yield of the DSSAT model and the measured yield was 7.9%, indicating an excellent simulation. The nRMSE for leaf area index (LAI) and above-ground biomass simulation were 16.2% and 18.7%, respectively. It indicated that the DSSAT model was reliable for simulation of soybean yield, biomass and growth. The growing environment of soybean was affected by the terrain, which determined the spatial change of soybean yield. In comparison with the initial soil condition, the difference of soybean yield was more affected by temperature and slope. Compared with the other positions of slope, the soybean yield at the top and bottom of slope was higher and the yield variability was smaller. The water requirement for soybean increased during the pod-filling period of soybean and the soil water content was low in the sunny slope, which resulted in the decrease of yield. The high amount of alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen content and soil water content were found at the bottom of the slope that could meet the needs of crop growth. Therefore, the appropriate irrigation measures should be taken to improve the soybean yield during this period. The analysis for crop yield gap could reveal the factors that restrict crop production. The outcomes of the research are conducive to the farmland’s fine operation during the precise management and can provide valuable information for field management. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
