A female with four juveniles and seven female-type birds of unknown age of the Harlequin Duck Histrionicus histrionicus were observed during the breeding seasons of 2015 and 2016, respectively in the Zakko River, northeastern Nagano Prefecture. During the breeding season from 2017 to 202〇, the present and breeding status of the Harlequin Duck population was investigated. In all the years surveyed, several Harlequin Ducks were ob・ served, and flightless chicks with natal down were found in 2019 and 202〇. Dam-Break flood occurs frequently in the 'Veining Reach of the Yd.low River and the damage of backward flrrning in dike-through drainage ditches is very serious. In order to strengthen flood prevention and response measures, a refined simulation model for the risk ~malysis of the breakwater considering the influence of the drainage ditch hm~kflow was established, which was based on l D and 2D hydrodynamic numerical simulation method m1d influence evaluation method for backward flowing in dike-through drainage ditches. The complex boundary and linem· features blocking water effect were reasonably optimized by using unstructured grid and internal boundary processing technology and the study was applied to the sinnJation of the flooding evolution of the V?eining Hemm protection area in the Ningxia reach of the Yellow River. TI1e impact characteristics of the dike-through drainage ditches were evaluated. The res1Jt shows that the model can accurately simulate the flooding risk caused by the dam-break flood with frequency of l 00-year in 'Veining Hemm protection area and evaluate the influence characteristics of backward flowing in dike-through drainage ditches. Objective To explore the internal molecular mechanism of Bushen Huoxue Decoction " from deficiency to stasis" in the treatment of osteoporosis ( OP ) by network pharmacology and molecular docking technology. Methods The related chemical components and targets of Bushenhuoxue Decoction were collected from tcmsp, Batman TCM, chemical database, tcmid database and How Net, and then the target was annotated with gene; the disease-related targets were retrieved from geencards and OMIM databases to obtain the corresponding targets; and then, used Cytoscape 3. 7. 2 software to visualize the corresponding relationship between drug components, diseases and targets to construct a " traditional Chinese medicine component target disease" network, and obtained the intersection target data from string database to construct protein interaction network; useed R language software to analyze gene enrichment of go and KEGG; finally, molecular docking was carried out for core compounds and targets. Results A total of 171 active compounds of Bushen Huoxue Decoction were obtained, 11 core components were screened out, 166 corresponding targets were predicted; 1335 OP related targets, 54 genes were intersected; 13 core target proteins were screened by PP! protein network; 279 and 63 enrichment result were obtained by go and KEGG enrichment analysis; molecular docking result showed that the core compounds stigmasterol and mapkl, PPARG and !3-sitosterol had good binding properties with PPARG in the treatment of osteoporosis. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction plays an important role in nutritional support, immune regulation, anti-inflammatory, damage repair and other aspects. Based on the actual topography, physiognomy and river course evolution, this paper carried out a typical groin-stack model test for Qingshi section of the Yellow River in Ningxia. Comparing and analyzing the parameters of the collapsed body, the results show that when we consider the necessary safety redundancy, the width of the prepared body should be 9 m and the width of the spare body of the lower span and back surface should be 5 m ； under the conditions of the same discharge, the ratio of gabion and loose aggregate is the most suitable for 7 ： 3, the impact stability of the dam body is more ideal,construction technology combined with the actual proposal of the site by using the throwing method of combination of "silver wrapped in gold " partition drop and "hamburger-type" stacking throw for foundation stones and the construction of the body width of the proposed width is 6 m.
