ソースターム評価手法の高度化及び福島第一原子力発電所廃止措置に係る研究開発として、シビアアクシデント時に溶融燃料から放出される核分裂生成物(FP)の移行モデルの改良・高度化への適用に向けて、FPの化学挙動解明に向けた基礎基盤研究が実施されている。本研究では、FP移行モデルの改良に向けて必要となる、(1)放出直後からエアロゾル化するまでのFPの化学的な挙動や、(2)その後の化学挙動に影響を与えうるエアロゾル形状等の物理的パラメータの評価に適用可能な測定技術について調査するとともに、有望と考えられた分析手法については試計測により適用可能性を調べた。その結果、FP蒸気種及びエアロゾルの化学形の評価については、ラマン分光法が有望であり、室温同様、500circCに加熱した状態でも化学形の識別が可能であることが確認された。また、エアロゾルの化学形については、高温X線回折法も活用可能であることが確認された。一方、エアロゾルの物理的パラメータの評価については、カスケードインパクタで採取した試料を、透過型電子顕微鏡、エネルギー分散型X線分光法を用いて、観察・分析することが有望であることが確認された。, Fundamental research on FP-chemistry for fission product release behaviors under severe accident was carried out for reinforcement of source term evaluation, and implementation of the 1F decommissioning R&D project. There were subjects to clarified (1) FP chemistry behavior between vapor species release and aerosol formation and (2) physical parameters which would be affect subsequent aerosol's chemical behavior, for improvement of FP transport model. Applicability of measuring/analyzing techniques presently used was studied for evaluating foregoing properties. And the validity was verified by trial measurements. In conclusion, Raman spectrometry and high temperature X-ray diffraction were hopeful to determine FP-chemical form against vapor/aerosol species and aerosol species, respectively. 東京電力福島第一原子力発電所(1F)の事故では、原子炉の冷却機能維持のために建屋の外部から注水が行われた。その際、緊急措置として一時的に海水が使われ、燃料と海水が有意な時間直接的に接触する状態が生じた。この状態においては燃料から核分裂生成物(FP)等が海水中に溶出することが想定されることから、その溶出・浸出挙動を把握しておくことは、圧力容器,格納容器等構造物の健全性に与える影響を評価する上での基礎的な情報として有用である。そこで、本研究においては、FP等の海水への浸出挙動に係る基礎的な知見を得ることを目的として、照射済燃料を人工海水中で浸漬させて得られた溶液の組成を分析する試験を行った。その結果、海水成分は浸漬試験の前後で大きな変動は確認されなかった。また、浸漬試験後の溶液中における被覆管成分は検出されず、これらの元素の溶出は確認されなかった。FP成分についてはCs, Cd, Mo等が、燃料由来成分についてはU, Pu及びAmがそれぞれ検出された。溶液中で検出された核種において溶出率を評価した結果、地下水を想定した溶液に照射済燃料を浸漬させた試験結果と類似する傾向にあることがわかった。, In the accident of Fukushima Daiichi NPPs, the water ingress was performed in order to decrease the reactor temperature. At that time, sea water was temporarily used as a coolant and the water contacted with nuclear fuel directly. It can be supposed that fission products (FP) were easily migrated from the fuel to sea water in this situation and that affect the water quality. The knowledge of leaching behavior, therefore, is necessary for evaluating the integrity of reactor component materials such as steels for pressure containment vessel and for reactor vessel. In order to obtain the fundamental knowledge for leaching behavior of FP in the hot sea water, the leaching tests of irradiated fuel were performed and the leachates were subjected to chemical analysis. 安全性並びに経済性に優れた高速増殖炉を実現させるためには、燃料の高性能化が不可欠であり、そのためには高温・高燃焼度条件での使用に耐えうる炉心材料の開発と照射挙動(=照射健全性)の把握が重要な課題である。このため、耐スエリング性能に優れるフェライト鋼を炉心材料に選定し、被覆管材料としてはODSフェライト鋼、ラッパ管材料としては11Cr-フェライト/マルテンサイト鋼(PNC-FMS)を第一候補材料として開発を実施している。そこで、照射挙動評価に資するために、「常陽」MK-III炉心材料照射用CMIR-6で照射したODSフェライト鋼の照射後強度特性並びに組織観察を行い、挙動評価を行った。, It is necessary to develop the fast reactor core materials, which can achieve high-burnup operation improving safety and economical performance. Ferritic steels are expected to be good candidate core materials to achieve this objective because of their excellent void swelling resistance. Therefore, oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) ferritic steel and 11Cr-ferritic/martensitic steel (PNC-FMS) have been respectively developed for cladding and wrapper tube materials in Japan Atomic Energy Agency. In this study, the effects of fast neutron irradiation on mechanical properties and microstructure of 9Cr-and 12Cr-ODS steel claddings for fast reactor were investigated. Specimens were irradiated in the experimental fast reactor Joyo using the CMIR-6 at temperatures between 420 and 835circC to fast neutron doses ranging from 16 to 33 dpa. 東日本大震災に伴う東京電力福島第一原子力発電所の事故において、使用済燃料プールに保管されていた使用済燃料は、瓦礫の落下・混入や海水注入等、通常の運転時ではあり得ない環境に晒された。使用済燃料プール中の燃料集合体の健全性や、共用プール移送後の長期間保管における健全性の評価に資するため、新型転換炉「ふげん」にて使用されたジルカロイ-2燃料被覆管を用い、使用済燃料プールの模擬水として2倍に希釈した人工海水を用いた、液温80circC、浸漬時間約336時間の浸漬試験を実施した。得られた主な結果は以下の通りであり、本試験条件において照射済みジルカロイ-2燃料被覆管への人工海水浸漬による機械的特性への影響はなく、顕著な腐食も生じないことを確認した。(1)浸漬前後の試料表面の外観に明確な変化は見られず、試料外表面近傍の酸化層等においても明確な変化は見られず、浸漬試験による顕著な表面腐食の進行はない。(2)引張強さ及び破断伸びは浸漬前後で有意な変化はなく、浸漬試験による機械的特性へ有意な影響はない。(3)照射済み試料を遠隔操作で浸漬試験及び引張試験を行うための手法を確立した。, In the accident of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant of Tokyo Electric Power Co. accompanying the Great East Japan Earthquake, fuel assemblies kept in the spent fuel pool of reactor units 1-4, were exposed to the inconceivable environment such as falling and mixing of rubble, especially seawater were injected into unit 2-4. In order to evaluate the integrity of the fuel assemblies in spent fuel pools, and in the long-term storage after transported to the common storage pool, the immersion tests were performed using zircaloy-2 fuel cladding tubes irradiated in the advanced thermal reactor Fugen. The immersion liquid was prepared with doubling dilution of artificial seawater, which temperature was 80 circC and immersion time was about 336 hours, as assuming the situation of the pool.
