[Objective J The present paper aimed to explore the diversity and distribution rules of soil microbial community of Annona squamosa Lour. after the infection of root rot, and provide a reference basis for the screening and identification with A. squamosa pathogens of root rot. [Method J Samples of A. squamosa rhizosphere soil infected with root rot (infected rhizosphere soil) and healthy rhizosphere soil (healthy rhizosphere soil) were collected. Using high throughput sequencing technology and designing primers of ITSl and 1154,sequenced the fungal ITSl and bacterial V3 + V4 regions, and analyzed the structure and diversity of the phylum, class, order, genus, and species level. [Result] After infection with root rot, the number of fungi in its rhizosphere soil increased greatly, and the number of bacteria decreased. The classification of fungi in rhizosphere soil belonged to 2 kingdoms,5 phylum, 16 classes,36 orders,48 families,81 genera and 96 species. The classification of fungi of healthy rhizome soil belonged to 3 kingdoms, 7 phylum, 17 classes, 43 orders, 73 families, 113 genera and 160 species. The community richness and diversity index of the rhizosphere soil microorganisms decreased compared with healthy rhizosphere soil, along with fewer types of soil fungi, and uniform distribution of soil fungi. After 4 days, medium and radioactive strains were formed on PDA medium; the strains formed medium, radioactive gas bacteria; colony diameter 4. 5 cm, bacteria flat spread, full edge, round, white, gas bacteria velvet. Rhizosphere soil pathogen strains were amplified using trial primers, the results showed that the displayed strain ITS sequence and Fusarium acutatum (accession number: AY569567. 1) had 99. 45% homology, indicating the amplified ITS segment sequence (RRD- 1) was parts of F. acutatum sequences. [Conclusion] The community richness and diversity index of root soil microorganisms decreased greatly compared with that of healthy soil, and the types of soil fungi in pathogenic plants were less, and the uniformity increased. After pathogen morphological observation and biological comparison, the pathogen that caused root rot of A. squanwsa in Guangxi might be F. acutatum. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[Objective] The present paper aimed to understand flowering habit and pollen fertility of wax apple to provide evidence for hybrid pollination of wax apple. [Method] At 7:00, 12:00, and 18:00 on each day during the period when the perianth of wax apple began to be loosely separated to perianth, filaments, anthers, pollen and stigma were recorded and their pollen viability was analyzed. The activity of stigma receiving pollen was analyzed from 2 days before flower opening to 2 days after flower opening, and the quality of artificial cross-pollination and natural-pollination fiuits was analyzed. [Result]One day before the wax apple blooms, the tightly closed perianth gradually loosens and separates, the flowering flower opens from 6:00 to 7:00, and pollen completely disperses anthers from 11:00 to 12:00;the inflorescence starts to open from the outermost layer, gradually unfolds to the inner upper layer in turn;the pollen morphology is mainly triangular, has 3 germination holes;the pollen germination rate is the highest in the medium containing 10 % sucrose at 30°C. The seed rate of artificial pollination was the highest on the day of flower opening, and the single fruit weight, fruit size and soluble solids content of artificial pollination fruit were significantly higher than those of natural pollination fruit(P <0.05).[Conclsion] The success rate of wax apple cross-pollination affected by three factors:pollen viability, effective atate of stigma and temperature. The optimum pollination temperature is 25-30°C. The best time of pollen collection was 7:00-11:00 on the day of flower blooming. The best pollination time of pollination was blooming day. [Objective]To provide scientific references for the screening of suitable Annona atemoya Hort. cv. ’ Gefner’ in central and southern Guangxi, the effects of different rootstocks on the growth, development and fruit quality of Atemoya were studied. [Methods] Bullock’ s heart, Thin scale, TD No. 2, Cherimolia and’African Pride’ were selected as rootstocks to study the effects of different rootstocks on the survival rate of seedling grafting, field growth potential, fruit yield and quality. [Result] The results showed that the survival rates of seeding grafted with different rootstock panicle combinations were above 80 % and had strong grafting affinity, the rate of growth potential, fruit yield and quality of the grafting plants were different according to the stock. The comprehensive performance of Bullock’s heart, Cherymoya, ’African Pride’ were better than those of Thin scale and TD No. 2. [Conclusion] According to the comprehensive evaluation, Bullock’ s heart, Cherymoya and ’ African Pride’were suitable to be used as the grafted rootstock varieties of Atemoya in the central and southern Guangxi. 【Objective】The wild Mzwa germplasms resources were roundly collected in Guangxi province and their genetic relationship and classification status were clarified to provide a theoretical basis for protection and utilization of the wild Musa germplasm.【Method】 Based on chromosome tabletting, morphological taxonomy and AFLP labeled with fluorescence methods, genetic relationship of 14 wild Musa germplasms from different regions in Guangxi Province were investigated and studied. 【Result】 The morphological identification showed that the chromosome ploidy of the 14 wild Musa germplasms were diploid, 2n =22(x = 11). 2 of them were identified as M. acuminata subsp malaccensis, and other 12 were identified as M. itinerans, The interspecific morphological traits exhibited relatively difference. The results of AFLP markers revealed a rich genetic diversity among the wild Musa germplasm in Guangxi province, which were consistent with morphological classification. [ Conclusion] According to the morphological classification, all the 14 wild Musa germplasms belonged to Eumusa. 2 of them were classified into M. acuminata subsp malaccensis, the other 12 were classified into M. itinerans with wide distribution in Guangxi. The results of AFLP showed that significant difference existed among the genetic relationship of the wild Musa germplasms in Guangxi. And they had a distant relationship with cultural Musa.
