はじめに : 前稿では、無住五十代、壮年期の最初の著作である『沙石集』に、若き日に学んだ律の痕跡が顕著に認められることを、当時律学のもっとも基本的な文献であった道宣撰『四分律刪繁補闕行事鈔』(以下『行事鈔』と略称)とその注釈書、元照撰『四分律行事鈔資持記』(以下『資持記』と略称)の説話的記事の投影を探ることによって明らかにした。引き続き本稿では、無住八十代、最晩年の著作である『雑談集』に『行事鈔』および『資持記』の説話的記事がいかに投影しているのか考察したい。

はじめに : 無住が最晩年の著作『雑談集』において、日本での享受の形跡がほとんど認められない稀覯書、南宋の宗暁撰『法華経顕応録』の説話を出典と仰いでいる事実については、すでに前稿で指摘した。だが、その後、無住が一見他書に基づいているかにみせて、実は『法華経顕応録』を参照している可能性が高いと推定される事例がさらに存在することに気付いた。本稿では、前稿の補訂も兼ね、無住の『法華経顕応録』享受の具体相をさらに明らかにしたいと考える。

日本原子力研究開発機構は、2014年12月3日に、「原子力平和利用と核不拡散・核セキュリティに係る国際フォーラム-エネルギー基本計画を受け今後の核不拡散向上のための方向性及び人材育成COEのあり方について-」を開催した。フォーラムでは、日米の政府関係者が原子力平和利用と核不拡散・核セキュリティに係る取組みや日本への期待等について講演した。パネル討論では、「国内外の情勢を踏まえた効果的・効率的な核不拡散確保のための方策と技術開発の役割及びその方向性」、「核不拡散・核セキュリティ人材育成の中核拠点(COE)の役割と今後にむけた期待」という2つのテーマで議論が行われた。前者では、核不拡散を確保しつつ効果的・効率的な保障措置の実施及びプルトニウム利用の透明性確保のための制度的、技術的方策、技術開発の役割と方向性について議論を行った。後者では核不拡散・核セキュリティの強化に向けて、各国のCOEが今後、どのような貢献をし、実現していくかについて議論した。本報告書は、同フォーラムの基調講演の要旨、パネル討論の概要及びパネル討論で使用された発表資料を収録したものである。, The JAEA held "International Forum on Peaceful Use of Nuclear Energy, Nuclear Non-proliferation and Nuclear Security -Future direction toward promoting non-proliferation and the ideal method of developing human resources using COEs following the New Strategic Energy Plan -" on 3 December 2014. In the Forum, officials and experts from Japan, the United States explained their efforts. Discussion was made in two panels, entitled "Effective and efficient measures to ensure nuclear non-proliferation based on domestic and foreign issues and the direction and role of technology development" and "Roles of nuclear security COEs and future expectations". In Panel Discussion 1, how to implement effective and efficient safeguards was discussed. In Panel Discussion 2, panelists discussed current status of NSSCs and COEs, new role for COEs and regional cooperation. Control algorithm is studied for the attitude motion of a tethered Space Solar Power Satellite (SSPS). Controllability of the attitude motion of the system is essential for the SSPS to accomplish the mission to collect solar power and deliver to the surface of the Earth. The SSPS is a rectangular solar panel connected a bus unit by four tethers to stabilize the system passively by use of the gravity gradient effect. The attitude motion is proposed to be controlled by a mass moving its position with respect to the solar panel through change of the length of tethers. Numerical simulator is constructed in order to implement the control algorithms to verify the validity of performances of the present control methods., 無人宇宙実験システム研究開発機構(USEF)の提案する、テザー太陽発電衛星(SSPS)について、その姿勢運動を制御するアルゴリズムについての研究を行った。姿勢運動に関する可制御性は、SSPSによって発生したエネルギーを地上に送るために不可欠な技術要素のひとつである。このSSPSは、矩形の発送電一体型パネルの4隅から伸びたテザーがバス部につながっており、重力傾度トルクによって受動的に安定性を得る構造となっている。このバス部をテザー長の変化によって動かすことでシステムの慣性能率を変化させることにより姿勢制御を行う。数値解析の結果、ピッチ方向の運動に加えて、ロールヨー方向においても、基本的な応答特性などの知見を得た。

We have investigated the detection capability of the seismometer on board the penetrator for moonquake events. The noise level of the penetrator seismometer system was compared not only with the amplitudes of moonquake events in time domain, but also with their Power Spectral Densities (PSD) in frequency domain. In the investigation, the characteristics (resonant frequency and damping constant) of two components of seismometers system (sensors, gimbals mechanism and measurement electronics) on board the penetrator after a penetration were used to represent its frequency response. Their values were converted to those at -20 C predicted on the Moon in consideration for temperature dependence of sensor characteristic. The results of the investigation showed that the seismometer system on board the penetrator could detect deep moonquake events which have small amplitudes (about one-two digits) identified by the Apollo seismic observation on the moon.

はじめに : 寿福寺や東福寺といった禅林で学んだ無住の周辺には、入宋経験のある僧も少なくなかったであろう。米沢本『沙石集』巻七第三条「正直ニシテ宝ヲ得タル事」は、冒頭「近比帰朝ノ僧ノ説トテ、或人語リシハ」として、宋国のある「正直」な夫婦の挿話を語っている。……

はじめに : 『吾妻鏡』は説話伝承的記事が豊富に含まれる歴史書である。しかしながら、そうした記事は、歴史学の方面からなされる考察の網からはともすれば漏れ落ちてしまうことが少なくないであろう。だが、説話伝承学的視点からこれらの記事を考察するとき、そこに『吾妻鏡』の編纂や歴史叙述の方法がかえって鮮明に浮かび上がることも稀ではないのである。稿者は以前、『吾妻鏡』に描かれる源実朝像について聖徳太子伝承との関わりから論じたことがあるが、本稿では、源頼朝をめぐる観音伝承と北条泰時ゆかりの補陀落渡海伝承を取り上げ、両者を結ぶ歴史叙述のあり方に光を当てたいと考える。

供給保証に関する国際的な議論に資するために、日本のIAEA核燃料供給登録システム提案をベースとした供給保証システムについて検討した。本稿では、供給保証に必要な追加的なコストと所要期間の想定を行うなど、より現実的なシステムとして実現可能な供給保証メカニズム全体のシステム提案を試みるとともに、供給保証システムに関連する課題を整理しその解決策を示した。主なものは、供給保証の定義,供給保証の対象事由の拡大,「供給保証に関する供給国の宣言」,IAEAでの「供給保証発動諮問委員会」の設置,「供給保証基金」の設置等である。, In order to facilitate the international discussion of the assurance of supply (AOS) system, authors have been conducted studies of AOS. We focused and based our study on Japanese proposal "IAEA Standby Arrangement System (INFCIRC/683)". In this paper, we have been able to show the feasibility of AOS system more specifically by supposing additional costs and the required period necessary for the AOS and present a system we made that we hope as a practical system. And we studied the issues surrounding AOS and presented our proposal of their solutions. The issues we are tackling here are the definitions of AOS; issues on consumer states, supplier states, IAEA and the nuclear industries. はじめに : 金剛王院僧正実賢は東寺長者、醍醐寺座主をつとめた高僧で、三宝院流と金剛王院流の両流を相承した人物としても知られる。無住の著作には、『沙石集』と『雑談集』に複数の説話が収められるが、従来、無住との関係においては、ほとんど注目されてこなかった。だが、実賢の説話を丹念に読み解く時、無住がこの人物に対して少なからぬ関心と好意とを有していたことが看取されるのである。本稿では、無住の実賢に対する関心のありようを具体的に検証することを目的とする。

一 : 『吾妻鏡』に描かれる源実朝の姿は伝説のヴェールに覆われている感が深い。そうした印象を与える理由の一つに、実朝の聖徳太子信仰があることは確実であろう。たとえば、東大寺大仏鋳造に活躍した宋人の工匠、陳和卿が実朝と謁見する場面がその好例である。……

『沙石集』における徳目説話は、従来同時代の教訓的説話群の中に埋もれてほとんど顧みられることがなかった。しかし、それらを微細に見ていくと、そこで説かれる徳目は、北条重時の家訓や『吾妻鏡』で主唱される武士道徳と関連が深く、武家に生を受けた若者無住はそうした徳目に共感しつつ説話を叙している様子が窺える。一方、『沙石集』に北条泰時の説話が目立つことは以前から注目されていたが、その泰時像も同様の徳目によって彩られており、泰時説話は先述の徳目説話と一連のものと見なし得る。そして、それら『沙石集』の泰時説話や徳目説話、さらには重時家訓や『吾妻鏡』の背後にあって、そこで説かれる徳目を支えているのが泰時によって制定された『御成敗式目』の理念であると考えられるのであり、おそらく無住は鎌倉在住時、幕府周辺で鼓吹された式目理念を基盤にもつ武士道徳の影響を直接間接に蒙ったものと推察される。その際、無住と北条政権をつなぐ接点の役割を果たしたのが、寿福寺のような幕府所縁の寺であり、また該寺の僧と関係を持ち得た有力御家人安達氏であったと考えられるのである。

我が国の仏教説話集において聖徳太子の占める位置は極めて高い。出雲路修氏はこの点につき、次のように指摘している。……

There are some problems in relation to unpleasant feeling or cybersickness due to visual stimulus produced by current digital imaging technology. We specified the time-frequency representation (TFR) of image motion vectors that would affect the autonomic nervous activity under vection-induced images. Referring to the trigger points of cybersickness determined by autonomic nervous activity related indices, we found that the TFR contains both the lower frequency components under 3 Hz with several seconds and the higher frequency components with several hundreds milliseconds. Moreover, the similarity between different image motion vectors, which characterizes the TFR by cos29 between different vectors, changed similarly as the distribution of trigger points of cybersickness in time.

一 : 『三国伝記』に含まれる『長谷寺験記』(以下、『験記』と略称)関係説話の数は計一二話、『三国伝記』本朝話全一二〇話中の実に一割を占める。「一寺院の霊験記が一般の仏教説話集にこれほど多く採り入れられた例は少ないであろう」。その理由の一斑については既に触れたことがあるが、ここでは『三国伝記』における『験記』受容のあり方を通して、今少しこの問題の考察をつづけてみたく思う。……

一 『沙石集』が、前半巻五までと後半巻六以後との間に質的に大きな落差を抱えた作品であることが指摘されて久しい。小島孝之氏は、この作品の巻六以後が「説経・欲望・破戒・尾籠・正直等々の個別具体的な事について説話を集めており、教理的論説が非常に少なくなる」のに対し、巻五までは「原理的問題を段階的に説こうとしていることが明白である」と指摘、その要点を以下のようにまとめている。……

一 『今昔物語集』巻一七第33話は、女人と変じた法輪寺の虚空蔵菩薩が好色な叡山僧を学問の世界へと「謀リ」導く顛末を幻想味豊かに語って、本朝仏法部中でもひと際印象深い一篇である。その末尾は次のように結ばれる。……

一 お伽草子『梵天国』は従来、昔話「笛吹き聟」との関連で論じられることが多かった。それは、「御伽冊子が昔話を、写し取ったということになりそうなのである」という柳田国男の指摘からはじまる。……

一 日光輪王寺天海蔵『直談因縁集』天地二冊は、四百話にものぼる「因縁」を収載した注目すべき説話資料である。……

一 『沙石集』全十巻の編成は、いかなる構想の下になされたのか。従来の『沙石集』研究において、この問題が十分に究明されてきたとは言い難い。それは、『沙石集』の錯綜を極めた伝本の状況が、この点の考察を著しく困難にしているという事情によるところが大きいであろう。……

一 「雑談ノ次二教門ヲ引」(序文)と言い、「諸宗ノ肝要、経論ノ至要、文義所々聞ヲキ侍ルヲ、世間ノ物語ノ中二書キ交テ」(「述懐事」)と記す無住は、事実、『沙石集』において多彩な仏典の引用を展開している。……
