Objective ：To establish the indicator system for clinical rationality evaluation of antitumor drugs ，so as to provide reference for the evaluation of clinical rationality of antitumor drugs ．Methods ：Two rounds of consultations were performed on ３０ experts corresponding to the use and evaluation of antitumor drugs by the Delphi method ，and then the indicator evaluation system was developed based on the evaluation results and scores of the indicators ．Results ： The recovery rates of two rounds of questionnaires forms were respectively ９０％ and ９６ ．３０％ ，indicating high enthusiasm of experts ．The authoritative coefficients were respectively ０ ．８３ and ０ ．８６ ，indicating high authority of the experts ．The coordination coefficients of the first level and second level indicators were sequentially ０ ．３１０ （P＜ ０ ．００１） and ０ ．１４２ （P＜ ０ ．００１） ，reflecting that the overall coordination of the experts concerning the evaluation indicators was good and the obtained results were eligible ．Finally ，an indicator system for clinical rationality evaluation of antitumor drugs was established ，which included ７ first level indicators and １７ second level indicators ．Conclusion ：Our study indicates that the selected experts are highly authoritative and their opinions on the subject are relatively consistent ．Therefore ，the indicator evaluation system is quite reliable ． [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application of national essential medicines in Ankang Municipal Central Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"), promote rational drug use in clinic. METHODS: The data of drug use were collected from hospital information system (HIS) during 2014, and the use of national essential medicines were statistically analyzed by using EXCEL software. RESULTS: During 2014, the ratio of national essential medicines varieties in our hospital was 50. 96 % (265 /520). The ratio of western medicines varieties was86. 42 % (229 /265), and the ratio of Chinese patent medicines was 13. 58 % (36 /265). The ratio of consumption sum of national essential medicines versus the total consumption sum was 13. 24 % (3 596. 54 ten thousand yuan /27 154. 25 ten thousand yuan). Of the top 10 national essential medicines ranked by consumption sum, the western medicines were mainly anti-infective drugs and regulation of water electrolyte balance drugs, Chinese patent medicines were mainly promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and improving microcirculation drugs. CONCLUSIONS: The clinical application of national essential medicines in our hospital ought to be further improved.
