his article discusses the main sources of odorants and odors in water bodies, the regulations on odorants in drinking water quality standards, and the detection of odorants in water sources and drinking water in China. Discussed two testing methods for odor substances, their respective characteristics and limitations.Introduced the treatment technologies for odorants, such as adsorption, advanced oxidation, and biological methods, as well as their respective application ranges and advantages and disadvantages. The purpose of this study was to study the effects of plant fermentation liquid added to drinking water on the digestive performance and rumen microbiota structure of fattening lambs. A total of 90 three-month-old small-tailed Han sheep were randomly divided into three groups, with five replicates in each group and six lambs in each replicate. According to the ratio of different plant fermentation liquid to drinking water, a low-dose group（1∶1 000, group T1） and a high-dose group（1∶500, group T2） were set up, and a control group（group C） without fermentation liquid was set up. The experimental period was 120 days. The results showed that compared with the group C, the average daily weight gain of lambs in the group T2 increased significantly（P＜0.05）, and the feed-to-weight ratio decreased significantly（P＜0.05）. The apparent digestibility of crude protein, crude fat, and neutral detergent fiber was extremely increased in the group T1and group T2（P＜0.01）, and the activities of rumen cellulase, lipase, and α-amylase in the group T2 were significantly increased（P＜0.05）. Compared with the group C, the number of rumen OTUs, PD＿whole＿tree index, and Shannon index in the plant fermentation liquid group all increased, the relative abundance of Firmicutes in the rumen phylum increased significantly in the group T2, and the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes decreased significantly. The relative abundance of the Rikenellaceae＿RC9＿gut＿group in the group T1 was significantly increased, and the relative abundance of the nondominant bacterium Muribaculaceae in the group T2 was significantly increased. The study indicates that adding of plant fermentation liquid（1∶500） to drinking water can effectively improve the digestive performance and rumen microbial structure of lambs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的 分析接受内镜下黏膜剥离术 (ESD) 治疗的早期胃癌患者幽门螺杆菌 (Hp) 感染及耐药情况。 方法　选择 430 例行 ESD 治疗的早期胃癌患者, 对患者进行 13C 尿素呼气试验, 判断Hp感染情况。收集患者临床病 理资料, 采用多因素 Logistic 回归分析 Hp 感染的危险因素。对Hp感染患者 ESD 手术切除病变前行放大内镜评估并 切除胃体、胃窦黏膜组织, 采用平皿掺入法进行 Hp 菌株培养和鉴定, 采用琼脂稀释法对获得的Hp菌株进行常用抗 菌药物的体外敏感性试验。结果 430 例患者中, Hp 感染 318 例, Hp 感染率为 73.95%。有家族史、组织分化程度 为分化型、浸润深度为黏膜下癌、周围黏膜高度萎缩、有肠化、高度异型增生患者的Hp感染率分别高于无家族史、组 织分化成为为未分化型、浸润深度为黏膜内癌、周围黏膜中低度萎缩、无肠化、低度异型增生患者 (P均<0.05)。家 族史、浸润深度、周围黏膜萎缩程度、有无肠化、有无异型增生是早期胃癌患者 Hp 感染的独立影响因素 (P 均 >0.05)。取 318 例 Hp 感染患者的胃黏膜组织进行培养, 共分离出 248 株 Hp 菌株。药敏试验显示, 248 株 Hp 菌株对 甲硝唑耐药率 97.98%, 克拉霉素耐药率 57.67%, 左氧氟沙星耐压率 61.69%, 阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮、四环素耐药率均 为 0。其中 0.81% 的菌株对6种抗生素均敏感, 25% 的菌株对单一抗生素耐药, 30.24%的菌株对两种抗生素耐药, 43.95% 的菌株对3种及以上抗生素耐药。结论　早期胃癌患者Hp 感染率较高, 有家族史、深度浸润、周围黏膜重 度萎缩及伴有肠化、异型增生是早期胃癌患者 Hp感染的危险因素; 早期胃癌患者感染的 Hp 菌株对甲硝唑耐药率 高, 阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮、四环素可作为根除治疗的首选药物。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
