Objective: To explore the relationship between family cohesion and suicide tendency among graduate student and the role of resilience and coping style between them. Methods: A total of 3 945 graduate students were assessed with the Adolescents' Suicide Tendency (AST), Family Environment Scale (FES), Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC), and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ). The mediating effect of resilience and the moderating effect of positive coping style were examined by using latent moderate structural equations. Results: The degree of AST was negatively associated with the family cohesion scores (β = 0.22). The scores of CD-RISC played a partial mediating role between the scores of family cohesion and AST, and the mediating effect was 3.92 (95% CI: 4.44 3.41), the mediating effect accounted for 43.41% of the total effect. The scores of positive coping style played a moderating role in the relationship between the scores of graduate student' AST and family cohesion (β = 0.06). 【Objective】To provide a reference for finding eco-friendly antibacterial agents, the diversity of endophytic fungi in the medicinal plant Thespesia populnea in mangroves and their antifungal and antibacterial activities were studied. 【Method】Endophytic fungi were isolated and purified from the stem, leaf and bark tissues of the medicinal plant T. populnea in Guangxi Beibu Gulf mangroves, and identified by a combination of morphology and molecular biology. Colletotrichum from Diospyros kaki, Juglans regia, Litchi chinensis, and Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense 1（FOC1), Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense 4（FOC4), and Alternaria cucumerina from Cucumis sativus, as well as endophytic fungus Alternaria alternata from Avicennia marina, and Streptococcus iniae from Oreochromis niloticus, were selected as indicator organisms. The antifungal and antibacterial activities of endophytic fungal extracts were screened by plate confrontation method and filter paper method. 【Result】A total of 60 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated and purified from T. populnea, belonging to 5 genera and 25 species. Among them, the genera Colletotrichum and Diaporthe were dominant, with the isolation rates of 48. 33% and 26. 67%, respectively. The rest were Botryosphaeria, Didymella and Cryptosporella, with isolation rates of 15. 00%, 6. 70% and 3. 33% respectively. The most strains were isolated from the bark tissue of T. populnea, with a total of 4 genera and 23 strains, accounting for 38. 33% of the total isolation amount, followed by leaf tissue（31. 67%) and stem tissue（30. 00%). In addition, 12 endophytic fungi were found to have ITS rDNA sequence similarity of less than 95. 00% with NCBI database, indicating that they might be potential new species. The results of antifungal and antibacterial activities indicated that J1-20 had strong antifungal and antibacterial activities against the 8 selected indicator organisms. The antifungal rates against Colletotrichum of D. kaki, Colletotrichum of J. regia, Colletotrichum of L. chinensis, FOC1 and FOC4, A. cucumerina from C. sativus, A. alternata from A. marina, were 39. 39%, 25. 00%, 19. 10%, 32. 43%, 28. 20%, 89. 00% and 74. 19%, respectively. Meanwhile, the inhibitory zone of J1-20 against S. iniae was 21. 00 mm. 【Conclusion】The endophytic fungi in T. populnea have rich diversity and relatively uniform distribution. Nerium oleander is an important medicinal plant. In order to study the diversity of endophytic fungi from N. oleander and evaluate the activity of its secondary metabolites, the endophytic fungi of N. oleander in Guangxi were isolated and purified, and identified by a combination of morphology and ITS sequence analysis. Then the antibacterial activities of endophytic fungus extracts were screened with five indicator bacteria (including three Vibrio species) . The results were as follows: (1) A total of 19 endophytic fungi were obtained from Guangxi N. oleander. The ITS sequence analysis showed that these 19 endophytic fungi all belonged to the Ascomycota, and covered five orders and seven genera, which including Colletotrichum, Guignardia, Phyllosticta, Neofusicoccum, Aspergillus, Nothophoma and Diaporthe. Among them, the dominant genera were Colletotrichum (the separation rate was 36.85%) and Guignardia (the isolation rate was 21.05%) . Colletotrichum was mainly distributed on stems, and Guignardia all originated from leaves. (2) Antibacterial experiments showed that jing-117 (Neofusicoccum sp.) and ye-130 (Guignardia sp.) had specific antibacterial effects on Vibrio campbellii, ye-136 (Aspergillus sp.) could simultaneously inhibit Bacillus cereus and Vibrio campbellii. ye-135 (Aspergillus sp.) and jing-116 (Colletotrichum sp.) could only inhibit B. cereus, and ye-134 (Guignardia sp.) had an inhibitory activity to Vibrio alginolyticus. The study revealed for the first time that endophytic fungi of N. oleander in Guangxi has a relatively rich diversity based on the ITS sequence. Some antibacterial active strains could be screened, and their extracts could inhibit the growth of aquatic pathogen Vibrio, which will has good development value in the future. Objective To further verify the ability of noninvasive diagnostic method for liver fibrosis in predicting liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis C patients followed up after sustained virologic response（SVR） based on liver biopsy. Methods A prospective cohort study was performed for the chronic hepatitis C patients who attended Beijing YouAn Hospital, Capital Medical University, from October 2015 to December 2017, and all patients were followed up regularly after SVR and underwent liver biopsy. The diagnostic efficiency of the noninvasive diagnostic method for liver fibrosis was verified based on pathological results. The receiver operating characteristic（ROC） curve was used to evaluate the ability of LSM, aspartate aminotransferase-to-platelet ratio index（APRI）, and fibrosis-4（FIB-4） in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis, and STATA and R language were used to compare the area under the ROC curve（AUC）. Results A total of 96 patients were successfully enrolled. The LSM after SVR was significantly lower than that at baseline, and LSM had a significantly larger AUC than APRI（0.89 vs 0.67, P<0.05） and FIB（0.89 vs 0.69, P<0.05） in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis after SVR. LSM at a cut-off value of 7.95 kPa, and based on the best specificity, the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis could be considered when LSM was greater than 9.15 kPa, with a positive likelihood ratio of 5.91%; progressive liver fibrosis could be excluded based on LSM <6.85 kPa, with a negative predictive value of 0.98. Follow-up time and antiviral regimen had no influence on the diagnostic ability of LSM. Objective: To explore the relation between parental cohesion，peer acceptance and the loneliness of left-behind children, and furthermore explore the mediation role of self-esteem. Methods: Totally 427 left-behind children in Hubei Province (275 males, 152 females) were surveyed, and the Parental Cohesion Scale (PCS), Peer Nomination (PN), Self-Esteem Scale (SES) and Children Loneliness Scale (CLS) were used to assess parental cohesion, peer acceptance, self-esteem and loneliness respectively. The relation between parental cohesion, peer acceptance andthe loneliness of left-behind children, and the mediation role of self-esteem wereanalyzed. Results: The CLS scores in left-behind children were negatively correlated with the scores of PCS, PN, and SES (r = -0. 31,- 0. 37, -0. 50, P <0. 01), the SES scoresplayed a mediation role in the relation between PN scores and CLS scores (95% Cl: -1.02 - -0. 01), and between PCS scores and CLS scores (95% C/: -0.18 - -0. 09). Furthermore, the unique effect of the PN scores on the CLS scores (sr2 =0. 10) was higher than that of PCS scores (sr2 =0. 06). Conclusion: The current research indicates that the loneliness, parental cohesion, peer acceptance and self-esteem of the left behind children have a close relationship.
