本文采用简化的新构造方式,开发研制了一种适用于大吨位应用的TJⅡ型屈曲约束支撑,并确定了其承载力计算方法和刚度、节点设计的准则。利用尝试性的试验结果,改进了细部构造。采用宝钢新研制的BLY225低屈服点钢,制作了两根屈服承载力为650吨、长度为8米的足尺试件,进行了往复加载试验。试验结果表明TJⅡ型屈曲约束支撑具有很好的滞回性能和耗能能力,累计塑性变形能力远超过美国钢结构抗震规范设计规程中的要求。

随着耗能减震技术在高层及超高层钢结构建筑抗震设计中的应用,用于制作消能阻尼器的低屈服强度钢日益受到重视。通过合理的成分设计及轧制工艺,宝钢研制出可用于制作耗能阻尼器的系列低屈服强度钢,并成功实现了批量生产和工程应用,同时对其进行了包括力学性能、物理性能、焊接及应用等性能研究,论述了低屈服点钢应用技术的发展情况,为低屈服点钢的推广应用提供了借鉴。

Objective To observe the effects of rTMS on cognitive function in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 160 patients with traumatic brain injury admitted to Yan’an Hospital of Kunming City from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided according to the admission sequence number by random number table method. There were 80 cases in the treatment group and 80 cases in the control group. The control group was given sham rTMS stimulation on the basis of conventional drug treatment and cognitive training, while the treatment group was given true rTMS stimulation on the basis of conventional drug treatment and cognitive training, once a day, for a total of 4 weeks. Mini-Mental State Examination ( Mini-mental State Examination) was performed before and 4 weeks after treatment. The cognitive function of the two groups was evaluated by MoCA, MMSE, RBMT. Results Intra-group comparison: the MMSE scores ( orientation ability, memory ability, recall ability, calculation ability) of the treatment group were all improved compared with those before treatment ( P < 0.05), while the MMSE scores ( orientation ability, immediate memory ability) of the control group were only improved compared with those before treatment ( P < 0.05). In the treatment group, the RBMT scores ( remembering surname and given name, remembering artifact, remembering convention, picture recognition, immediate path memory, orientation) were all in- creased compared with those before treatment ( P < 0.05), while in the control group, the RBMT scores ( remembering surname and given name, remembering artifact, picture recognition, orientation) were only increased compared with those before treatment ( P < 0.05). The MoCA scores ( memory, language, calculation, orientation) in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment ( P < 0.05), while the MoCA scores ( memory, orientation) in the control group were only higher than those before treatment ( P < 0.05). Comparison between groups: After treatment, the total scores of MMSE, RBMT and MoCA in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group ( P < 0.05) . Objective To explore the efficacy of microsurgical standard pterional approach, interhemispheric approach and combined approaches for clipping anterior communicating artery aneurysms, and the principles for choosing microsurgical approaches. Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with anterior communicating artery aneurysms treated in our hospital from January, 2012 to June, 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. All of the patients were diagnosed with CTA or DSA.39 cases were treated by standard pterional approach, 34 cases by interhemispheric approach and 5 cases by combined approaches. Results According to the Glasgow Outcome Scale, 29 cases by standard pterion approach, 25 cases by interhemispheric approach and 5 cases by combined approaches had good recovery at six months after hospital discharge.Conclusions Early treatment of anterior communicating artery aneurysms by standard pterional approach, interhemispheric approach and combined approaches is effective and has favorable prognosis. K-terminal network reliability analysis with length constraint has many applications in online video and real-time communications.Basically,we calculate k-terminal network reliability under the condition that the length between any terminal-pair of k-terminals is within a given time delay constraint called D.We study kterminal network reliability with length constraint,and propose a truncation-based path constraint method on the basis of the traditional terminal-pair and k-terminal network reliability algorithms.We also build a binary decision diagram(BDD)model to analyze k-terminal network reliability with constraints.The proposed algorithm has strong practical significance for kterminal point-to-point information flow to accomplish transmission under a certain time delay.Experimental results validate the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
