[目的]探讨艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉病的临床及实验室特征。[方法]回顾分析2002年11月至2005年12月本院收治明确诊断为艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉病的53例临床及实验室资料。[结果]艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉病以发热、消瘦、咳嗽、皮疹、贫血等为主要临床特点,皮损主要表现为坏死性丘疹、脐凹状丘疹、溃疡、结节、血痂;外周血CD4^+细胞显著减少;在沙氏琼脂培养基中马尔尼菲青霉呈酵母相(37℃)或菌丝相(25℃);药敏结果显示伊曲康唑、酮康唑对马尔尼菲青霉的MIC值最低,两性霉素B、5-氟胞嘧啶次之,氟康唑最高;病理组织六胺银染色见圆形、椭圆形或腊肠样病原体,部分有横隔。[结论]艾滋病合并马尔尼菲青霉病临床表现复杂,主要发生于CD4^+计数少于50细胞∕μL的患者,真菌培养鉴定结合组织病理检查是确诊的关键,治疗上建议使用伊曲康唑、两性霉素B。

The diphenyl ether herbicide fomesafen is the main herbicide used to control Amaranthus retroflexus L. in soybean fields. However, the resistance of A. retroflexus to fomesafen in Heilongjiang Province is increasingly, significantly impacting soybean yields. Currently, there is no metabolomics research available on the resistance mechanism of A. retroflexus to fomesafen. In this study, the metabolomics analysis of leaf tissues from the fomesafen sensitive populations (SY) group, resistant populations (RY) group, and untreated (CK) group was performed. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Orthogonal Partial Least-squares Discrimination Analysis (OPLS-DA) results showed that the metabolite profile of the sample from RY group was closer to that from CK group. Kyoto Gene and Genome Encyclopedia (KEGG) enrichment analysis and topology analysis revealed that three main pathways are affected by fomesafen: biosynthesis of amino acids, arginine biosynthesis, and 2-oxocarboxylic acid metabolism. CK vs RY and SY vs RY share a common differential pathway: degradation of flavonoids. Therefore, degradation of flavonoids may be a specific pathway contributing to the resistance observed in the RY group. Further analysis using Support Vector Machine (SVM) revealed that 4-hydroxy-2-oxoglutaric acid, citrulline, and L-ornithine are key metabolites involved in conferring resistance of A. retroflexus after fomesafen treatment. Since the Ministry of Education issued the guiding outline for the ideological and political construction of courses in colleges and universities in May 2020, China Agricultural University has paid great attention to curriculum ideological and political construction, and put moral education throughout the teaching, and implemented the educational outline first in China. We put it first above all else that what kind of people we will cultivate, how to cultivate people and for whom we cultivate as the top priority of teaching. We collected and sorted out the ideological and political teaching cases with the support of the ideological and political program. We used the cases in graduate degree course Crop Breeding Methods and Practice, and integrated them into the whole course teaching process, which received good teaching results and was generally welcomed by the students. Objectives: The BeiDou-3 satellite navigation system (BDS-3) can provide real-time precise point positioning (PPP) services to China and neighboring regions through PPP-B2b signals. Because PPPB2b signals do not contain ionospheric model products, the current positioning research mainly adopts ionospheric-free combination. The positioning accuracy can reach decimeter level, but requires about 30 min of convergence time. In this paper, aiming at the long convergence time of PPP-B2b positioning, the improvement of positioning convergence performance based on ionospheric model products is analyzed. Methods: Quasi-4-dimensional ionospheric modeling is introduced into regional ionospheric delay modeling in China and four schemes of 50,100,150 and 200 reference stations uniformly distributed in China (day of year 201—207) are adopted for ionospheric modeling. Results: The results show that when the number of stations used in ionospheric modeling increases from 50 to 200, the accuracy of ionospheric model products increases from 2-3 TECU to better than 0.8 TECU. Compared with the current ionospheric-free combined PPP, the convergence time of BDS-3 dynamic PPP can be deceased by 77%. In addition, the convergence time of GPS+BDS-3 dynamic PPP is reduced from 13.51 min to 4.45 min. In the trial production of natural gas hydrate resources, sand production often forces the operation to terminate. A study, aimed at the construction of low temperature early strength gel materials through reconstruction of hydrate layer frames, is conducted based on the experiences gained in the second trail production of hydrate resources and the theory of intralayer reinforcement and sand control. In the study, the low temperature early strength, the long-term length and the particle size distribution of three kinds of cement, which are Jiahua class G, ultra-fine cement and early strength cement, are compared. Based on satisfying the requirements of reconstructing pore sizes through intralayer reinforcement of frames, the components of the low temperature early strength gel materials are designed. The early strength of the solidification body is increased to a degree that is as high as possible taking into account the fluidity of the cement slurry, the early strength and the cost as the main design targets, thereby leaving more space for the strength decline in subsequent permeability improvement. By studying the ratio of the ultra-fine oil well cement to the Jiahua class G cement, optimizing the early strength agents and their concentrations, a low temperature early strength gel system is developed. The low temperature early strength gel system has 24 h compressive strength in 15 ℃ water bath of 12.86 MPa, good fluidity and controllable thickening time and filtration rate. Compared with other low temperature early strength cement slurries introduced in relevant literatures, this cement slurry has better permeability enhancement and high strength characteristics. This study has laid the material foundation for subsequent researches on frame reconstructing high permeability high strength working fluid systems within hydrate layers. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective This study aims to elucidate the international frontier research trends and literature distribution related to prostatitis and pathogenic microorganisms through bibliometric and visualization analyses. Methods Data were collected from the Web of Science core collection database. We searched and collected research papers related to prostatitis and pathogenic microorganisms published in the past 25 years, and conducted analyses of citation, co-authorship, co-citation, bibliometric coupling, and co-occurrence. Results A total of 512 research papers were included, of which the total number of papers published and total citations in the United States far exceeded those in other countries. Nickel from Queen's University was the most cited author and organization. The most cited paper was published by Krieger. The keyword "Escherichia coli" has been a research focus in this field from 2015 to present. Conclusions Our results provide a comprehensive overview of the development process, current situation, research hotspots and possible future directions of the research on prostatitis and pathogenic microorganisms. it is expected to provide accurate and valuable reference for researchers in related fields to carry out follow-up research work. - Abstract
Considering the issue that nonlinear Hammerstein models exist moving average noise, an intelligent separation identification technique is proposed. The nonlinear subsystem and linear subsystem of Hammerstein model are established by polynomial model and state space model. respectively, and the static nonlinear subsystem and dynamic linear subsystem are separately identified by utilizing designed combined signal. Firstly, analyzing the characteristic that binary signals do not excite nonlinear subsystem, the dynamic linear subsystem and the noise model parameters are identified utilizing auxiliary variables based recursive extended least squares algorithm, which can weaken the interference of moving average noise effectively. Furthermore, in order to improve the identification accuracy and convergence speed of the stochastic gradient identification algorithm, the forgetting factor extended stochastic gradient method is derived. The parameters of the static nonlinear subsystem are identified based on the input-output data of random signal. The simulation results indicate that the derived method can identify the Hammerstein nonlinear model under moving average noise interference. Compared with the recursive extended least squares method, the Gradient-based Iterative method and the auxiliary model based recursive extended least squares method. the proposed method can achieve higher identification accuracy. - Abstract
The growth period, growth, fruit quality and yield of 10 newly introduced muskmelon varieties under the double film small arch ditch planting mode in Tumushuke, the third division of Xinjiang were comprehensively evaluated by fuzzy probability value method. The results showed that Jinsenianhua, Sumi 7 and Saisimi had good growth, excellent fruit comprehensive quality, high yield and good adaptability in this region. They can be used as recommended varieties for popularization and planting under the double film small arch ditch planting mode in this region, among them, the fruit quality and yield of Jinsenianhua was better than the local main variety (Tiandu Yinmi), and its yield was 82.40 t/hm², which could be used as the preferred main variety. Suxiang No. 8. Bosmi No. I and Nongrenmiguan were not suitable for local promotion because of their weak growth, low yield and poor disease resistance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
