近年来，卫星互联网发展迅速，全球主要国家积极推动卫星星座的建设，星地融合网络成为未来6G的重要演进趋势，手机直连卫星也成为终端厂商的产品卖点。归纳了全球手机直连业务的发展现状，提出3种手机直连技术发展路线，分析手机直连卫星所面临的终端芯片一体化、星地融合、星地频率共享等挑战，总结了手机直连业务所需要攻克的关键技术，如时频同步技术、随机接入技术、HARQ重传技术、移动性管理技术和星上再生网络架构，并对手机直连卫星业务的未来趋势进行研判。

为实现网壳各节点抵抗荷载能力的均匀分布，提升结构稳定承载力，基于网壳结构受力特点，引入了单层网壳结构的杆件构形刚度参数。以结构杆件构形刚度均匀化为目标，将网壳杆件截面尺寸作为优化变量，采用惯性权重改进后的粒子群算法对网壳的杆件截面进行优化配置。优化结果表明，构形刚度方差能较为准确地反映结构的杆件构形刚度均匀程度。通过粒子群算法优化后求得的杆件配置可以使网壳结构接近于等稳定性，最大程度地提升结构的稳定极限承载力。

BACKGROUND: Long intergenic non-protein coding RNA 00707 (LINC00707) and microRNA-423-5p (miR-423-5p) are both involved in the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis. Starbase predicts that LINC00707 and miR-423-5p have complementary sequences, but whether LINC00707 and miR-423-5p interact to regulate the progress of osteoarthritis still needs further research. OBJECTIVE: To investigate whether LINC00707 targets miR-423-5p to affect chondrocyte injury and inflammatory factor secretion in osteoarthritis. METHODS: Articular chondrocytes were divided into eight groups: (1) blank control group was given no treatment; (2) interleukin (IL)-1β group was cultured with 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 48 hours; (3) IL-1β+si-NC group was transfected with si-NC and then treated with 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 48 hours; (4) IL-1β+si-LINC00707 group was transfected with si-LINC00707 and then treated with 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 48 hours; (5) IL-1β+miR-NC group was transfected with miR-NC and then treated with 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 48 hours; (6) IL-1β+miR-423-5p group was transfected with miR-423-5p mimic and then treated with 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 48 hours; (7) IL-1β+si-LINC00707+anti-miR-NC group was co-transfected with si-LINC00707 and anti-miR-NC and then treated with 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 48 hours; (8) IL-1β+si-LINC00707+anti-miR-423-5p group was co-transfected with si-LINC00707 and anti-miR-423-5p and then treated with 10 ng/mL IL-1β for 48 hours. Relevant tests were performed at the end of the intervention. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the blank control group, the mRNA expression of LINC00707, apoptosis rate, protein expression of C-caspase3 and C-caspase9, and levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and IL-6 in articular chondrocytes were increased in the IL-1β group, while there was a decrease in miR-423-5p expression and IL-10 level (P < 0.05). Compared with the IL-1β group, the mRNA expression of LINC00707, apoptosis rate, protein expression of C-caspase3 and C-caspase9, and levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and IL-6 in articular chondrocytes were decreased in the IL-1β+si-LINC00707 group, while miR-423-5p expression and IL-10 level increased (P < 0.05). Compared with the IL-1β+miR-NC group, the protein expression of C-caspase3 and C-caspase9 and levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and IL-6 in articular chondrocytes were decreased in the IL-1β+miR-423-5p group, while miR-423-5p expression and IL-10 level increased (P < 0.05). Compared with the IL-1β+si-LINC00707+anti-miR-NC group, apoptosis rate, protein expression of C-caspase3 and C-caspase9, and levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and IL-6 in articular chondrocytes were increased in the IL-1β+si-LINC00707+anti-miR-423-5p group, while miR-423-5p expression and IL-10 level decreased (P < 0.05). To conclude, inhibiting LINC00707 by targeting miR-423-5p can reduce IL-1β-induced apoptosis and inflammation in articular chondrocytes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the effect of transmembrane activator and calcium modulator cy- clophilin ligand interactor-immunoglobulin (TACI-Ig) on renal damage in rats with IgA nephropathy(IgAN). Methods A total of 24 SD rats were randomly divided into the normal control, the model, the TACI-Ig,and the drug control groups with six rats per group. The normal control and model groups received saline, the TACI-Ig group received TACI-Ig(14.36 mg/kg), and the drug control group received prednisolone acetate (5 mg/kg). Twenty-four-hour urinary protein (24h-UP), serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN),ga- lactose-deficient IgA1 (Gd-IgA1), Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4), Myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88), Nu- clear factor kapра В(NF-кВ) protein and mRNA levels were compared among groups to analyze the influence of TACI-Ig on renal damage. Results The 24h-UP levels in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group, while levels in the TACI-Ig and drug control groups were significantly lower than those in the model group (P<0.05). Serum CRE levels in the TACI-Ig group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05). Deposition of immune complexes in the mesangial area of renal tissues was significantly inhibited in the TACI-Ig and drug control groups. Serum Gd-IgAl levels in the model group were higher than those in the normal control group but lower than those in the TACI-Ig group (P<0.01). Se- rum Gd-IgAl levels in the drug control group were lower than those in the model group but higher than those in the TACI-Ig group (P<0.01). TLR4, MyD88, and NF-kB protein levels in the TACI-Ig group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.05). TLR4, MyD88 protein levels in the drug control group were higher than those in the TACI-Ig group (P<0.05). TLR4, MyD88, and NF-KB mRNA levels in the TACI-Ig group were lower than those in the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion TACI-Ig exhibits therapeutic efficacy in IgAN, improving renal function in rats and inhibiting mesangial matrix expansion and mesangial cell proliferation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的：观察五味甘露藏药药浴对脑卒中后伴肢体痉挛患者肌痉挛的影响。 方法：采用多中心, 随机对照的方法, 将来自16家国内三甲医院的558例脑卒中后伴肢体痉挛的患者随机分为五味 甘露藏药药浴组(279例)和康复对照组(279例)。两组均给予现代康复治疗, 五味甘露藏药药浴组在现代康复治疗 的基础上增加五味甘露藏药药浴治疗, 每天1次, 每周5次, 疗程均为4周。根据改良Ashworth评分, 将痉挛程度为 0—1级作为一组, 1+ —2级作为一组, 3—4级作为一组, 生成1*, 2*, 3*三个痉挛亚组。观察各亚组患者治疗前后改 良Ashworth痉挛评分变化。 结果：对于痉挛程度为1*(改良Ashworth 0—1级)的亚组, 治疗2周, 4周, 随访3个月, 6个月, 痉挛程度差异无显著 性意义(P>0.05)。对于痉挛程度为2*(改良Ashworth 1+ —2级)的亚组, 治疗2周, 4周, 随访3个月, 6个月, 痉挛程 度差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。对于痉挛程度为3*(改良Ashworth 3—4级)的亚组, 大部分数据反映两组患者肌 痉挛情况与治疗起点相比, 差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。 结论：五味甘露藏药药浴可改善脑卒中后伴肢体痉挛患者肌痉挛, 痉挛程度为1+ —2级的患者受益度最大。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Guifii Yi kidney decoction combined with levocamitine in the treatment of patients with idiopathic asthenozoospermia (kidney Yang insufficiency). Methods Total of 80 patients with idiopathic asthenozoospermia (kidney Yang insufficiency) were enrolled and divided into the treatment group (40 cases, Guifu Yi kidney decoction combined with levocamitine) and the control group (40 cases, levocamitine). The treatment efficiency, semen related parameters and overall efficacy of TCM were comparatively analyzed after 12 weeks treatment-Results There were significant differences in semen volume, sperm concentration, forward motility sperm percentage (PR), total motility, sperm DNA fragmentation index (DFI), normal sperm percentage, seminal plasma a-glucosidase (a-Glu), fructose (Fru), sperm malformation index (SDI) and abnormal spenn index (TZI) in the treatment groups before and after treatment (P<0・001)・ There were significant differences in semen volume (P <0.05), a-Glu and TZL (P<0.01), and PR, total motility, percentage of normal sperm and SDI (P <0.001) in the control group before and after treatment, but no significant changes in other parameters (P >0,05). After treatment there was a statistically significant difference in DFI between the two groups (P < 0・ 05), and no significant change in other parameters (P > 0. 05)・ There was a significant difference in the efficiency of TCM symptom treatment DEI the two groups (P <0>01), and the treatment effect of the two groups was strongly correlated with the treatment effect of kidney Yang deficiency idiopathic asthenozoospermia. Conclusion Tlie famous TCM experience prescription Guifu Yi kidney decoction combined with levocamitine has a good effect on treatment of kidney Yang deficiency idiopathic asthenozoospermia, and no obvious adverse reactions occur. They can significantly improve semen quality, and reduce sperm DFI level and improve the symptoms of kidney Yang deficiency which is better than levocamitine alone. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
