Objective The purpose of this study was to describe the CT findings and the diagnostic value in biliary papillomatosis. Methods Six cases with confirmed diagnosis by pathology were analyzed retrospectively， and the literature was reviewed. Results The abdominal CT revealed dilatation of the intra- and extrahepatic bile ducts in 6 cases，including 1 case of boundary distinct lump of the common hepatic duct， 1 case of boundary distinct lump of the common bile duct， 3 cases of boundary distinct lumps of the intra bile ducts，and 1 case with no lump in bile duct. Conclusion CT findings can be regarded as a predictor，and it can improve the preoperative diagnostic rate of biliary papillomatosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
