This paper summarized the effect of blood-letting puncturing combined with cupping therapy and nursing for the treatment of pain in a patient with stagnation of Liver-Qi and phlegm of hyperplasia of mammary glands. In addition to the nursing risk assessment and routine care, the blood-letting puncturing combined with cupping therapy was carried out based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation. The blood-letting puncturing combined with cupping therapy was proved to be effective in relieving the breast pain induced by mammary glands. 目的分析青春期及青春期前重度β-地中海贫血（TM）患儿生育力保存行小儿腹腔镜的术中及术后情况，进一步探讨小儿腹腔镜在生育力保存手术中的应用前景。方法对13例青春期及青春期前拟行造血干细胞移植的 TM 患者通过小儿腹腔镜获取卵巢组织行卵巢组织冷冻（OTC）合并卵子体外成熟（IVM）行生育力保存的病例进行分析，探索小儿腹腔镜在生育力保存手术中的安全性及可行性。结果13名患儿的手术方式均为腹腔镜下单侧卵巢切除，平均手术时长（58.31±20.25） min，术中平均出血（2.46±1.13） mL，13例手术术后均无并发症，平均住院日为（3.62±1.33） d。13例患儿均成功获得卵巢组织可供冷冻，平均冷冻卵巢组织7.77±2.31片；其中11名患儿同时获得成熟卵母细胞可供冷冻，平均冷冻卵母细胞4.92±4.27枚。结论小儿腹腔镜获取卵巢组织是安全有效的生育力保存术式，可在青春期及青春期前血液疾病患者中大力推广。

This paper reported the nursing experience of a patient undergoing Chinese herbal medicine enema treatment for gastrointestinal dysfunction after laparoscopy for adrenal mass. The patient was diagnosed with intestinal Qi stagnation according to the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation. The Chinese herbal medicine enema technique and coordinated integrated nursing measures were carried out after nursing evaluation. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） is the leading cause of chronic liver disease and has posed significant challenges to global public health and medical care. Due to the unclear pathogenesis of NAFLD, lipid accumulation plays a key role in its development. AMPK, as a crucial molecule in lipid metabolism regulation, can improve lipid accumulation caused by NAFLD. This article describes the specific mechanisms of AMPK-related molecules in improving lipid accumulation and treating NAFLD, and lists the current experimental and therapeutic drugs related to AMPK. The potential of AMPK-related drugs in improving lipid accumulation and treating NAFLD is demonstrated, providing ideas and references for future research on AMPK-related drugs for treating NAFLD. The microstructure, tensile properties and fracture morphology of Ni-base superalloy GH93 under different deformation processes were studied by thermal simulation testing machine, universal testing machine, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The experimental results show that the alloy can be more fully recrystallized when compressed at temperature of 1 020 ℃ to 1 140 ℃, strain rate of 10 s-1 and deformation of 30%. With the increase of deformation temperature, the dynamic recrystallization volume fraction increases. The grain size is the smallest in the deformation microstructure at 1 050 ℃, and the grain size grows abnormally in the deformation microstructure above 1 080 ℃. At a compression temperature of 1 050 ℃, the alloy has the highest yield strength, tensile strength and elongation at 400 ℃ and 600 ℃. When the deformation temperature is 1 080 ℃, the grain grows abnormally and the yield strength and tensile strength of the alloy decrease to the lowest. At 400 ℃ and 600 ℃, the fracture morphology of the alloy after deformation at different compression temperatures is mainly composed of quasi-cleavage fracture and dimple fracture. Short term prediction of sector traffic is the premise of accurately implementing sector traffic optimization and management measures. Based on the decomposition integration prediction methodology, a vibrational mode decomposition least square support vector machine (VMD-LSSVM) prediction model is established. Firstly, the VMD method is applied to decompose the traffic into several sectors. Then, the LSSVM model is used to predict the modes . The modal prediction results are added and integrated to obtain the final prediction value. The calculation results show that the prediction accuracy of the VMD-LSSVM model is 0.97 in 1—6 h and 0.94 in 7—12 h. Compared with the first mock exam model of autoregressive integrated moving average model (ARIMA), back propagation (BP) and LSSVM, the prediction accuracy of the VMD-LSSVM model 1—6 h increased by 11.5%, 7.8%, 4.3%, respectively, and 2.1%, 6.6%, 5.4% compared with compete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN)-LSSVM, CEEMDAN-BP and VMD-BP, respectively. Compared with 30 min and 15 min statistical scales, the prediction accuracy is improved by 6.6% and 19.8%, respectively. For the eight experiments of time universality, the prediction accuracy is more than 0.94. For the experiments of 27 sectors, the prediction accuracy of 24 sectors is more than 0.9. The example results show that the VMD-LSSVM model has good prediction performance and good universality, and it is feasible and effective for short-term prediction of sector traffic.
