采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对兴凯湖梅花鹿的14个血液蛋白位点进行遗传检测,分析其与茸性状之间的关系。结果表明:Ptf、Sag、Tf、Prt-1、Prt-2、Pa、Pr、Alb、Hb、Es、AMY1、AMY2、AMY3和CA分别出现2、2、2、2、2、2、2、1、2、3、1、2、1和2种表型,分别受一个基因位点上的2、2、2、2、2、2、2、1、2、2、1、2、1和2个等位基因控制。Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态分析表明:除Sag为平衡位点外,其他位点均偏离平衡状态。Pa的AA和AB型与主干围度、Sag的AB型与茸根围度、Ptf的AB型与冰枝长度和Prt2的AB型与眉二间距之间均存在显著相关。

As a chronic metabolic bone disease, osteoporosis is characterized by hidden disease progression, which often leads to relatively delayed diagnosis of the disease. Therefore, early screening for osteoporosis has become a major public health challenge. Studies have shown that circRNAs are involved in the regulation of bone metabolism and are closely related to the occurrence and development of osteoporosis. Based on their high sequence conservation and stability, circRNAs can be used as new potential clinical biomarkers. Biomarker studies are generally taken from body fluid samples or adjacent tissue samples, among which blood is the most commonly nsed, which can be specifically divided into serum, plasma, peripheral blood monocytes, plasma exosomes and other sonrces. 本文采用微量量热法测定了两种石油菌在不同温度下的生长热谱图。按限制性条件下微生物生长模型，用三点法进行了数学处理，得出了生长速率常数（k）；计算机拟合k-T非线性方程，得到了石油菌I,II的最佳生长温度(Topt)分别为322.07K和322.85K。按阿仑尼乌斯公式和过渡态理论计算得到有关热动力学函数，并根据所得结果对两种石油菌的生长代谢过程进行了热动力学分析。

BACKGROUND: Central nervous system diseases are often closely related to neuronal apoptosis. Astrocytes are closely related to neurons. It remains poorly understood whether extracellular vesicles, which are derived from astrocytes, especially activated astrocytes, may inhibit glutamate-induced neuronal apoptosis, thereby exerting neuroprotective effect. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role and possible mechanism of astrocyte extracellular vesicles (AS-EVs) and lipopolysaccharide-preconditioned astrocyte extracellular vesicles (LPAS-EVs) in glutamate-induced neuronal injury. METHODS: Astrocyte was cultured in vitro and induced activation model was established by lipopolysaccharide. The supernatant of cells of two groups was collected and extracellular vesicles were extracted by hypervelocity centrifuges, and then identified. PC12 cells were used for preliminary experiments. First, we investigated the effects of AS-EVs and LPAS-EVs on PC12 cell proliferation, and then established the PC12 cells and primary neurons injury model induced by glutamate. Experiment was divided into four groups: PBS group (PBS of the same volume as EVs groups, 24 hours), glutamate group (10 mmol/L glutamate, 24 hours), AS-EVs group (200 mg/L AS-EVs, 24 hours + 10 mmol/L glutamate, 24 hours), and LPAS-EVs group (200 mg/L LPAS-EVs, 24 hours + 10 mmol/L glutamate, 24 hours). The survival rate of PC12 cells was determined by CCK-8 assay. Western blot assay was used to detect the expression of apoptosis related proteins Bax and Bcl-2. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Astrocyte was extracted and lipopolysaccharide-induced astrocyte activation model was established successfully. (2) AS-EVs and LPAS-EVs were successfully extracted, which met the morphological standards of extracellular vesicles and showed positive expression of related markers. (3) AS-EVs and LPAS-EVs had no significant effect on PC12 cells proliferation. (4) Compared with glutamate group, AS-EVs and LPAS-EVs could improve the survival rate of PC12 cells, and the effect of LPAS-EVs was stronger than that of AS-EVs (all P < 0.05, n=3). (5) AS-EVs and LPAS-EVs could inhibit the pro-apoptotic protein Bax expression and promote the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl-2 (all P < 0.01, n=3), and then inhibited apoptosis of PC12 cells and primary neurons, thus playing a neuroprotective role, and the effect of LPAS-EVs was stronger than that of AS-EVs (all P < 0.05). (6) The results conclude that extracellular vesicles derived from astrocytes can inhibit the apoptosis of neurons injured by glutamate, which has a neuroprotective effect, and this effect is enhanced after being stimulated by lipopolysaccharide. To investigate the function of kinesin-1（Kin-1）in the polar growth of mycelia, Neurospora crassa（N. crassa）strain was used as material to obtain its knockout mutant Kin-1KO by homologous recombination technology, and the mycelial growth of strain 87-3, Ku70RIP and Kin-1KO was analyzed. The results showed that compared with strain 87-3 and Ku70RIP, the colony of strain Kin-1KO grew slowly and compactly, the growth rate of mycelia decreased, the diameter of hyphae became thicker and the branches increased. In this study, the knock-out mutant Kin-1KO of Kin-1 in Neurospora crassa was obtained, which confirmed that Kin-1 was very important for the growth of Neurospora crassa. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Influenced by the condition of multiple coal seams and coal mining technology in China,a large number of abandoned coal in the goaf leads to rich coalbed methane resources in abandoned mines or old mined out areas.Reasonable development,accurate assessment and efficient use of the resources of China’s unconventional oil and gas resources are significant issues and how to accurately assess the mine goaf or the drainage of coalbed gas resource is the key problem which should be resolved first.Based on the analysis of the source,space and key influencing factors of coalbed methane,the evaluation model of coalbed methane resources in the mining stability zone (abandoned mine or old goaf) was established based on the idea of ‘indirect subtraction' and a method was presented for mining stable coalbed gas resource assessment.Based on the assessment model and method a surface borehole drainage test of coalbed methane resources in the mining stability area had been carried out in the 5310-workface area of Chengzhuang Mine in Jincheng mining area.Single surface borehole was continuously drained for 433 days and the drainage of 2 432 700 m3 CBM resources was achieved.The drainage quantity calculation result and the evaluation result are basically the same.The preliminary result proves the applicability of the evaluation method. Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of glass fiber post and resin core and metal casting post and core in repairing maxillary anterior residual roots and crowns. Methods: 200 cases of patients with maxillary anterior residual roots and crowns who were treated in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were selected, and were randomly divided into the observation group who were given glass fiber post and resin core and the control group who were treated with metal casting post and core, with 40 cases in each group. The success rate of repairing of suffering tooth, masticatory efficiency after the restoration of 1, 2 years, health index before and after restoration were compared between the two groups. Results: 1 The incidence rates of repair failure of the gingivitis,gingival coloration, fold crown / root fracture, crown loose or off, post and core loose or off of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(2.0%, 2.0%, 1.0%, 2.0%, 1.0% vs 6.0%, 7.0%, 5.0%, 7.0 %, 5.0%), the total success rate(94.0%) in the observation group was higher than that(74.0%) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05); 2The effective improvement rate of masticatory function of the observation group after restoration of 1, 2 years were 94.0% and 86.0%, while that of the control group were 89.0% and 72.0%, and the difference was statistically significant(all P <0.05); 3 The anti-fracture strength, GI, and SBI after restoration of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before restoration, and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05), the anti-fracture strength, GI, SBI after restoration of the observation group were significantly improved than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion: Glass fiber post and resin core has high success rate in the repaire of maxillary anterior residual roots and crowns, it effectively improves masticatory function, and its clinical effect is better than that of metal casting post and core restoration.
