目的：观察桑叶黄酮对2型糖尿病单纯性脂肪肝大鼠的治疗作用，并探讨其机制。方法将SD大鼠分为4组，MOD、MLF、PGZ 组均行糖尿病单纯性脂肪肝造模，成功后分别予以生理盐水、桑叶黄酮、吡格列酮。 NOR 组不处理，仅予普通食水。分别检测造模前及干预8周后各组的空腹血糖（ FPG）、胰岛素（ FINS）及血清、肝组织过氧化物酶体增殖体激活受体γ（ PPARγ）。结果 与 NOR 组比较，MOD 组 FPG、FINS 均升高，胰岛素敏感指数（ ISI）降低，P 均＜0．01；与 MOD 组比较，PGZ、MLF 组 FPG、FINS 均下降，ISI 均升高，P＜0．05或＜0．01。 MOD 组血清 PPARγ 低于 NOR、MLF、PGZ 组（P均＜0．05）；PGZ 组高于 MLF 组，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。 NOR、MOD、MLF、PGZ 组肝组织 PPARγ 阳性表达分别为10、5、9、9只，MOD 组低于 NOR 组（P＜0．05），MLF、PGZ 组高于 MOD 组（P均＜0．05）。结论 桑叶黄酮可增强2型糖尿病单纯性脂肪肝大鼠胰岛素敏感性、改善胰岛素抵抗、降低血糖，增加体内 PPARγ 表达可能是其作用机制之一。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
