葡萄糖激酶（GK）是维持机体血糖稳态的关键酶，主要在人体胰腺和肝脏中表达。GK 作为葡萄糖传感器，感知葡萄糖浓度变化，调节胰岛素/胰高糖素分泌，尤其是改善胰岛素早相分泌， 并促进肝糖原合成，有效维持人体血糖动态平衡。糖尿病患者胰岛细胞和肝细胞的GK活性降低，控 糖激素分泌及肝糖原合成异常，血糖稳态失衡，激活GK的活性可使患者恢复血糖稳态. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
