The non-destructive testing of the damage of the underwater lining foundation is a difficult problem in the current underwater testing work. In order to solve the problem of underwater lining structure and foundation damage detection, the propagation law of underwater acoustic signal in underwater damaged medium was deeply analyzed by using Biot-Stoll theory. Acoustic parameters for basic damage detection are given. The actual underwater lining foundation damage detection case shows that the underwater lining foundation damage detection technology based on the underwater acoustic signal can effectively analyze the damage type and damage scope of the underwater lining foundation. The backfill grouting of the TBM tunnel with pea gravel and the back grouting of the shield tunnel wall are both very important links in the construction of hydraulic engineering tunnels, the quality of grouting is directly related to the long-term safe operation of the tunnel. This paper analyzed the current situation of backfill grouting detection technology, and used ultrasonic transverse wave reflection technology to analyze and research the backfill grouting detection technology of pipe segments, and combined actual engineering cases to verify the detection effect. The related application shows that the ultrasonic transverse wave array imaging technology can effectively solve the technical issues of the non-destructive inspection of the TBM tunnel pea gravel backfill grouting and the shield tunnel wall back grouting effect, and the inspection effect is greatly improved compared with the existing geological radar method.
