With the aging and obesity of dogs and cats, a series of metabolic diseases are becoming more serious such as kidney, heart, pancreas, respiratory tract, liver, skin and etc. It is wellknown that probiotics can maintain or improve the health status of pets by regulating the balance of intestinal microorganisms and immune function. Therefore, this article mainly reviewed the action mechanism, the effect of probiotics on pets intestinal microbiota and health, aiming to promote the development of new probiotics nutraceuticals and provide theoretical basis in pet diets. [Objective] Exploring the spatial and temporal differences in urban land use efficiency and the influencing factors in the three northeastern provinces can provide reference for high-quality urban development and optimization of territorial spatial pattern in the three northeastern provinces and other less developed regions. [Methods] Spatial and temporal differences in urban land use efficiency and the influencing factors in three northeastern provinces from 2010 to 2020 were analyzed by using super-efficient SBM model, non-parametric kernel density estimation and Tobit regression model. [Results](1) In terms of temporal evolution characteristics, the average value of urban land use efficiency in the three northeastern provinces showed a significant upward trend, but the overall level was not high. In terms of spatial evolution characteristics, there were significant regional differences, the number of cities in the low value area decreased significantly, the number of cities in the high value area increased, and the distribution range of cities in the high value area covered the whole area of the three northeastern provinces from Heilongjiang.(2) In terms of the dynamic evolution characteristics of time series, the polarization degree, efficiency difference and development level of urban land use efficiency in the three provinces showed different dynamic evolution characteristics in different time periods during the study period.(3) From the analysis of influencing factors, the degree and direction of influence of each variable on urban land use efficiency in Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces differed, with human capital, expenditure on science and education, level of economic development, degree of openness to the outside world, industrial structure, transportation infrastructure and urbanization rate having a facilitating effect and environmental regulation having an inhibiting effect. [Conclusion] To achieve high-quality urban development and intensive and efficient use of land, each city should systematically promote from stimulating economic growth, optimizing and upgrading industrial structure, optimizing the business environment, and doing a good job of introducing talents and capital according to local conditions and city-specific policies. 回顾1例连续9年使用胰高糖素样肽‑1受体激动剂（GLP‑1RA）利拉鲁肽的患者，通过随 访其血糖、胰岛功能以及并发症情况，观察利拉鲁肽的降糖疗效和心肾保护作用。患者为69岁男性， 2011年初因左下腹皮下囊肿感染持续不愈至我院门诊，发现血糖升高，检测空腹血糖10.2 mmol/L，餐 后2 h血糖12.9 mmol/L，诊断为2型糖尿病，结合相关检查后考虑合并大血管病变、糖尿病肾脏病，开 始应用基础胰岛素联合口服降糖药物治疗。2013年患者发现冠心病，尽管当时GLP‑1RA的临床证据 并不十分充分，我们仍依据患者的病理生理特点和个体化治疗原则，将利拉鲁肽引入了治疗方案（利 拉鲁肽 1.2 mg/d皮下注射，地特胰岛素 16 U/d皮下注射，二甲双胍 0.5 g、3次/d口服）。在后续的临床 随访中，利拉鲁肽予以加量（1.8 mg/d皮下注射），配合二甲双胍1.0 g、2次/d，伏格列波糖0.2 mg、3次/d 口服，地特胰岛素逐步减量后停用，患者血糖控制平稳、胰岛素敏感性改善和胰岛功能保留，大血管并 发症长期保持稳定，糖尿病肾脏病缓解，蛋白尿恢复至正常水平。通过本例的治疗经验，结合已有循 证医学证据，显示了利拉鲁肽及其同类药物在糖尿病长期治疗中的重要价值。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To screen the potential target proteins of zinc finger protein 750 (ZNF750) in oral cancer stem cell-like cells (CSC-like cells). Methods ① Enrichment of CSC-like cells: CSC-like cells were enriched from oral squamous-cell carcinoma (OSCC） cell lines TCA-83 and CAL-27 by tumor sphere formation assay. ② Screening of the potential target protein of ZNF750 in CSC-like cells: CSC-like cells were divided into the oe-Con group (transduced with empty lentivirus) and oe-ZNF750 group (transduced with overexpressed ZNF750 lentivirus). The differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) between the two groups were identified by TMT-based proteomics technology, and then were analyzed by GO, KEGG and IPR (structural domain) analysis. The candidate proteins which were closely related to ZNF750 were selected from DEPs and were verified by real time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qPCR), such as squalene synthase (FDFT1), glycogen synthase related to glucose metabolism (GYS1), ribosome-related ribosome protein RPL15 and 40S ribosome protein RPS7, keratins 6A and 17 (KRT6A, KRT17) with structural molecule activity. FDFT1 which was related to steroid biosynthesis and enzyme transport activity was selected as the interested protein from the candidate proteins which were closely related to ZNF750. Using qPCR to detect the relative expression of FDFT1 mRNA in CSC-like cells, OSCC cells, and normal oral epithelial cells. Western blotting was used to detect the relative expression level of FDFT1 in CSC-like cells with the ZNF750 gene overexpression or knocking down. Results ① The screening results of DEPs in CSC-like cells transfected with ZNF750 gene： Compared with the oe-Con groups, there were 26 DEPs in the oe-ZNF750 group, of which，9 were up-regulated and 17 were down-regulated. ② Bioinformatics analysis results for DEPs and the verification results of DEPs which were closely related to ZNF750： GO analysis results showed that DEPs were mainly located in intracellular part and intracellular non-membrane-bounded organelle, which were mainly involved in the biosynthetic process and cellular macromolecule biosynthetic process. The involved biological functions included structural molecular activity, glycogen synthase activity, glycolipid transport activity and glycolipid binding. KEGG pathway analysis revealed that the DEPs were significantly enriched in steroid biosynthesis, starch and sucrose metabolism processes. The IPR analysis confirmed that the enriched structural domain included the domain of glycolipid transfer protein. QPCR detection proved that ZNF750 reduced the expression levels of FDFT1, GYS1, RPL15, RPS7, KRT6A and KRT17 (all P<0. 05). ③ Changes of FDFT1 protein expression in CSC-like cells and CSC-like cells with the ZNF750 gene overexpression or knocking down: Compared with the normal oral epithelial cells, the expression of FDFT1 was up-regulated in OSCC and CSC-like cells, particularly in CSC-like cells (all P<0. 05). Overexpression of ZNF750 reduced the protein expression of FDFT1 while the knockdown of ZNF750 promoted the FDFT1 protein expression in CSC-like cell in comparison with those in their matched control groups (both P<0. 05). Conclusions There are 26 DEPs in the oe-ZNF750 groups, of which，9 are up-regulated and 17 are down-regulated； DEPs are mainly related to macromolecule biosynthesis and steroid biosynthesis. The catalytic behaviors of various tin compounds for the conversion of 1,3-dihydroxyacetone (DHA) to methyl lactate (ML) in methanol, as well as the reaction process, were briefly investigated in a batch reactor. The results indicated that metal cations with strong Lewis acidity, in particular Sn2+ and Sn4+, catalyzed efficiently the conversion of DHA to ML. The performance of tin cation was closely related to its counterpart anions, with the halide anions (Cl- and Br-) acting as promoters. Besides, high temperature favored the yield of methyl lactate when SnCl2 served as a catalyst, yielding the DHA conversion and ML selectivity of 98.2% and of 96.0% respectively at 100℃ Moreover, the evolution of reaction products against time suggested that the conversion of DHA to ML proceeded through a combination of consecutive and parallel reaction steps. In the context of the increasing number of telecom fraud crimes and the intelligentization of criminal means, in order to improve the effect of combating telecom fraud crimes, the author uses the literature research method to study the application of social network analysis in combating telecom fraud crimes. The research results show that it is effective to analyze the organizational structure and level of telecom fraud gangs based on the social network analysis method, explore the core members and important intermediaries of telecom fraud gangs, narrow the scope of telecom fraud crime investigation, select the breakthrough point of telecom fraud crime investigation, and infer the mode of telecom fraud gang crime. Meanwhile, it puts forward some specific countermeasures for the current anti-telecom fraud work, such as paying attention to the collection and processing of intelligence, inhibiting the continuous expansion of the criminal group network, cracking down on the characteristic nodes in the cooperative network, and breaking the connection between small groups, so as to provide valuable reference for the public security organs to crack down on the telecom fraud crime. In order to explore the effects of different entrance structures on the flow speed distribution in the cotton conveying channel of the foreign fiber sorter, and improve the stability of cotton flow, numerical simulation analysis method was adopted, and Fluent software was used to simuate and analyze bending channel, straight channel, entrance angle, channel section height and fan diffuser with different divergent angles. The velocity cloudmap, pressure cloud map and velocity curve in different inlet channels were obtained. The results show that the axial velocity was notevenly distributed with in 0~0.4 min the foreign fiber detection channel due to the static pressure difference in the curved channel. Lowing the entrance angle of the channel could reduce the axial velocity fluctuation in the detection channel within 0.1~0.3m, and accelerate the stability of the axial velocity. Reducing the section height of the channel directly reduces the thickness of cotton flow, but lengthens the channel length whose velocity tends to be stable. The fan diffuser could effectively make the cotton flow closer to the middle of the channel, compared with different fan diffusers, when a=11°and b=7°, fan diffusers had the best effect.
