目的探讨CBL 和LBL 相结合在整形外科进修医师培养中的应用效果。方法对2016—2017 年在北京大学第 三医院成形外科进修12 个月的20 名进修医师进行以病例为基础的学习（case-based learning，CBL） 联合传统授课（lecture- based learning，LBL）教学（CBL+LBL 组），进修结束12 个月后进行问卷调查，观察教学效果。将此期间来院进修6 个月的20 名进修医师作为对照组，并将其进修结束后的理论考试成绩与CBL+LBL 组进行比较。结果收回20 份调查问卷，95%进修医 师认为CBL+LBL 教学模式能够提高学习主动性，85%进修医师认为能够提高临床思维能力，90%进修医师回院开展工作后其 效果有所提高，35%进修医师提高了科研能力。对照组和CBL+LBL 组理论考试成绩差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用 CBL 联合LBL 在整形外科进修医师培养中具有较好的教学效果。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目前国家针对整形外科专科医师规范化培训还未形成统一方案，北京大学第三医院成形外科在整形专科培训的 试点过程中，将面部应用解剖教学引入到整形外科专科培训中，通过尸头标本精细解剖,三维解剖技术应用,并结合临床手术案 例以及临床热点问题开展相关解剖教学，提高整形外科专科培训学员的临床操作和科研能力，为今后整形外科专科医师培训探 索出一条新的高效方法。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
