本学は，地域・地域の教育機関と連携した国際交流活動を多く実施してきた。イベントで，留学生が活躍し，自文化を見つめ直し，紹介することを通して，コミュニケーション能力の向上，地域とヨコのつながりの構築をはかってきた。しかし，2020年度，新型コロナウイルスの影響で多くの活動が中止になった。そこで，コロナ禍の2021年度の国際交流活動はコロナ前とどのように変化し，実施されたのかまとめ，課題や効果を検討した。その結果，コロナを経て，オンラインを活用した新たな交流活動が増加し，対面の交流活動の内容の見直しがはかられていることが分かった。

令和2(2020)年度に設置された新潟大学経済科学部では、新潟大学の理念「自律と創生」に基づき、「経済学・経営学を中心とする人文社会科学分野の幅広い学識に裏打ちされた課題探究能力をもって、地域社会の着実な発展に貢献することのできる人材を育成すること」を目標に掲げた。このような分野横断的な人材育成目標に対して、教育・指導を担当する各教員は基本的にそれぞれのディシプリン(discipline)、すなわち、特定の専門分野，研究領域の枠組みの中で研究に取り組み業績を積んで来ている。各教員は、自己の研究の専門性と教育における人材育成目標との間にある隙間や溝をいかにして埋める努力をされているのかとの問題意識から、本稿を執筆した。本稿は、筆者が指導担当をしている経済科学部の演習の実践例(地域社会の課題探究)を基に、同学部の人材育成目標の下での教育・指導の在り方を論じたものである。

本稿は社会教育が今日の我が国の地域社会にどのような役割もち期待されているか，またそのことの意義について述べたものである。2020年度の社会主事講習より新しい「社会教育士」という称号が付与されることになった経緯についても触れ，地域づくりを行っていく必要が強まっているなかで，既存の資格や他の専門職とともに様々な連携によって効果的にコミュニ ティ・スクール化と地域学校協働活動を進めたり，地域課題の解決したりすることが期待される。

徳島県では，全国平均よりも速いスピードで少子高齢化が進行しているが，中でも最も克服の困難な課題の一つが認知症への対応である。本稿は，2020 年度に認知症に関して地域で何ができるのかをテーマとする公開講座を開講した筆者が，一般市民を対象に2021（令和3）年2 月から5 月にかけて実施した認知症への意識に関するアンケート調査をもとに，そこから導き出される地域社会に求められる取り組みについて整理したものである。調査の結果，①不安克服に向けた一般市民への啓発活動，②正しい「予防」のあり方の検討，③孤独や孤立への対応，④介護施設の改善に向けた働きかけ，⑤認知症にやさしい社会の構築等の課題が判明した。これらをもとに，公開講座等を通じた一般市民との対話を継続し，引き続き地域社会に求められる取り組みについて考案・実践していきたい。

国の「地域共生社会」政策で「地域の支え合い」が強調される中、社会福祉学においてその行為をいかに位置付けるかが問われている。本研究では、日本の社会福祉学及び地域福祉の礎を築いた岡村重夫が「相互扶助」をいかに捉え、自身の理論体系に取り入れたのかを明らかにするため、「民俗としての福祉」概念を軸として、「岡村理論」に内在する「相互扶助」をめぐる葛藤を読み解いた。今日の「ソーシャルワーク専門職のグローバル定義」における「地域・民族固有の知（indigenous knowledge）」を先取りした論としても、「民俗としての福祉」概念から再照射した「岡村理論」は注目される。

近年日本では，外国人留学生の留学先地域での就職促進に対する政策的関心が高まっている．その一方，留学生の留学先での就職意志とその規定要因を考察する学術研究はいまだ少ない．本稿は，筆者らが 2019 年度に国立大学に在籍する留学生に対して実施したアンケート調査の結果をもとに，三大都市圏での居住，日本語能力，子どもとの同居が留学生の就職意志に与える影響を考察した．具体的には，留学生を就職意志に従って「留学先地域志向型」，「非留学先地域志向型」，「非日本志向型」に分類し，その規定要因を探る多項ロジスティック回帰分析を行った．その結果，（1）三大都市圏居住に有意な効果はない，（2）高い日本語能力をもつ者ほど，日本の他地域での就職を希望している，（3）子どもと同居する留学生ほど，留学先地域での就職意志をもっている，ことが示された．, Recently Japan has seen a growing policy interest in promoting the employment of international students after graduation in areas where they reside and study. In spite of this, few academic studies exist that examine the type of international students who would like to secure local employment. Using data from a sample of 571 international students enrolled in national universities in Japan, this study investigated how residence in large cities, Japanese ability, and living with family members affect students’ orientation regarding choice of work location after graduation. More specifically, respondents were categorized into three groups according to their orientation (i.e., “local-oriented,” “non-local-oriented,” and “non-Japan-oriented”) and a multinomial regression that predicts the effects of the three variables was conducted. The results showed that (1) residence in large cities had no significant effect on taking employment locally, (2) students with higher Japanese ability hoped to find work in Japan but outside areas of their current residence, and (3) those living with their child/children were more willing to find local employment.

本稿は、地方における新制中学校を事例に、新しい学校づくりに地域社会がどのように関わり、またそれを支える論理がいかなるものであったのかについて考察するものである。具体的には、青森県西津軽郡鳴沢村の新制中学校をめぐって、①設立には誰がどのように関わり、そこでは何が目指されたのか、②設立の過程において、焦点化された課題とは何であったのか、③学校は地域の人びとにどのようにして受容されたのか、④新しい学校は既存の地域社会との間でいかなる関係性を構築しながら成立したのか、を問うことで、地域社会と新制中学校の関係構造の一側面を明らかにする。

本論文の目的は、NHK名古屋放送局にある教育番組『中学生日記』の制作班と地域社会との相互作用について実証的に検討し、戦後日本放送協会の研究ないしテレビ史研究に新たな視点の提供を試みることにある。同番組の制作班の本来の、公式のねらいは、中学生の実態把握と中学生への応援にあった。しかし、地域社会との相互作用の中で、中学生の出演者の「成長」への重視や、学校関係者の立場の包摂などの「意図せざる結果」が生み出されたことが明らかにされた。さらに本研究は、テレビが普及した1960年代以降のNHKと地域との関係をめぐる議論に対して、地域放送局での番組制作への地元の劇団関係者と学校関係者の参加、取材対象として取り上げられた地域の人々と制作班との表象の構築をめぐるせめぎ合いの存在と、地域の劇団関係者と学校関係者を媒介とした放送局と地域との関係の変遷プロセスという3つの角度から貢献することができる。, This study was performed to examine the interactions between the local community and the production team of an educational TV program, Chuugakusei Nikki, of NHK Nagoya Broadcasting Station, and to provide a new perspective for the study of NHK television history in postwar Japan. The official aims of the production team were to understand the actual situation of junior high school students nationwide and to provide support for them. However, the interaction with the local community led to some “unintended consequences, ” such as focusing on the “growth” of child performers and including schoolteachers' positions. Moreover, this study discussed about the relationship between NHK and the local community since the 1960s from three perspectives. First, it is necessary to see local theatre group members and schoolteachers’ contributions to the programs produced by NHK regional broadcasting stations. Second, conflicts exist between the production team and the local people covered in the TV programs over representation. Third, the study showed a transition of the relationship between NHK regional broadcasting station and the local community, mediated by local theatre and education circles.

研究の概要(和文)：本研究はマンションと地域の交流促進に着目し、都心6区（千代田区、中央区、港区、新宿区、渋谷区、品川区）の実態を見ながら、マンション住民と地域コミュニティの状況について調査したものであり、今後のコミュニティ形成のあるべき姿や交流を促進するための仕組み等の可能性について探ることを目的としている。結果として、1）交流促進のための仕組みとして、紙媒体による情報提供が有効かつ効率的に機能していること 2）住民の参加意欲を促すテーマとして、特に「防災」や「見守り」があること などがわかった。, 研究の概要(英文)：This study focuses on the promotion of the community formation between condominium residents and local community. We investigated the situation of community formation between condominium residents and local communities in 6 wards of central Tokyo (Chiyoda, Chuo, Minato, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Shinagawa). The purpose of this study is to explore the ideal form of community formation in the future and the possibility of mechanisms for promoting exchanges. The following were the main results of the study. 1) Provision of information on paper is effective and efficient as a mechanism for promotion of exchange. 2) "Disaster prevention" and "MIMAMORI" are themes that encourage the participation of residents.

本稿は、2021年６月28日から７月２日までの間に実施されたオンライン英語サマープログラム「群馬のグローバルチャレンジ：自然、伝統と現代社会」について報告するものである。主として、プログラムの企画と経緯、趣旨、内容と構成、日本人学生と海外協定校学生との国際共修について説明した。次に、54人のアンケート調査のデータを解析し、プログラムの成果や改善すべき点について分析した。その結果、プログラムの全体に対する評価が概ね高く、日本人学生との国際共修の希望が多数あったことがわかった。最後に、21年度のサマープログラムの実施状況はどのように今後の国際教育プログラムに反映させるべきかについて考察を試みた。プログラムのプロジェクトファシリテーターの依頼、日本人との国際共修に関わるスケジュール調整、授業レベルの適宜調整が22年度のオンラインサマープログラムに反映させることになった。

2011年４月福山市立大学が開学し、公立大学ではじめての教育学部が誕生した。それは、教育コースと保育コースの２コース制の児童教育学科を有し、地域社会に根ざした実践的な児童教育学を追究するものであった。本稿では、第１に、福山市立大学教育学部が既存の教員養成系学部とどのように異なるのか、そして全国の教育系学部のなかでどのような位置を占めるのか、明らかにした。第２に、地域社会と向き合い、地域社会を資源とする児童教育学の必要性について論究した。第３に、児童教育学がどのように発達理論を取り入れながら創造・構築されるべきか、古典的な発達論争や教育改革と結びついた発達理論を踏まえて検討した。, In April 2011, the first faculty of education in a public university was born. Since the opening of the Faculty of Education of Fukuyama City, it has been engaged in education and research on child pedagogy, which pursues practicality rooted in the community through a two-course system of education and childcare courses. The aim of this paper is first to examine the position of the Faculty of Education of Fukuyama City University among all education-related faculties in Japan, second to discuss how child pedagogy deals with the community, and third to discuss how child pedagogy is created and constructed while incorporating developmental theories.

本研究で、カンボジア農村部におけるSDGs エコビレッジに関するインタビュー調査と報告資料から次のことがわかった。農村部の人々の収入は低く、出稼ぎや貧困の問題がある。村の子ども達は高校までほとんど進学していない。都市部で就職するには高卒でないと厳しい現状がある。その観点から、村で産業が確立し、一定の収入を得ることができればそれらの問題を解消することに期待できる。SDGs エコビレッジは、学歴に関係なく職業訓練的な要素を持っている。さらに、近隣の14ある村において、今後中学校や高等学校の誕生にも可能性があり、将来的に子ども達の就職にもつながるだろう。SDGs エコビレッジの取り組みを、主に「1．貧困をなくそう」「4．質の高い教育をみんなに」「5．ジェンダー平等を実現しよう」「8．働きがいも経済成長も」「9．産業と技術革新の基礎をつくろう」「10．人や国の不平等をなくそう」「17．パートナーシップで目標を達成しよう」の項目との関連性についてまとめた。そして、今後も活動に注視し、持続可能な開発目標を目指していく中で、多くの可能性を模索することが必要であろう。, In this study, the following was found from interview surveys and report materials on SDGs ecovillages in rural Cambodia. Villagers have low incomes and have problems with migrant workers and poverty. The children in the village rarely go on to high school. It is difficult to get a job in an urban area unless you have a high school diploma. From that point of view, if the industry is established in the village and a certain amount of income can be earned, it can be expected that these problems will be solved. The SDGs Ecology Village has a vocational training element regardless of educational background. In addition, there is a possibility that junior high schools and high schools will be born in 14 neighboring villages in the future, which will lead to employment of children in the future.The efforts of the SDGs Ecology Village in this study are mainly "1. No Poverty", "4.Quality Education", "5. Gender Equality", "8. Decent Work and Economic Growth","9.Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure", "10. Reduced Inequalities", and "17.Partnerships". It will be necessary to continue to pay close attention to activities and explore many possibilities while aiming for sustainable development goals.

本研究は，教員養成カリキュラムに地域社会との連携に基づく実践的な科目を導入することの意義と方法について，岡山大学教育学部での実践をふまえて論じるものである。全国の大学において，講義中心ではなく学生の主体性を重んじる課題解決型の授業や，地域社会と連携した体験型の授業が増えてきている。また，教員養成においても，学校での体験が重視され，インターンシップが導入され始めるなどの動きが見られるようになった。両者の流れは同じように見えて，教員養成においては体験が学校に限定されている点が異なっている。教員養成という目的の下では，実践や体験の場が学校に限定されるのは当然のようにも思われるが，本研究では，教員養成においても学校外の実践や体験が必要であることを論じたうえで，その考え方に基づいて構想，実践した科目の報告を行う。報告を通して，教員の養成にも学校内だけではなく学校外の実践体験が重要であることを論じていきたい。

The activities of preventive care are important for extending life expectancy and improving the quality of life in an aging society. In order to spread these activities, the role of the community is important. “Ikiiki Hyakusai Taiso,” meaning lively 100-year-old’s gymnastics, is one of the preventive care activities operated by a local community. We analyzed whether there are any differences in the 12 elementary school districts regarding the data on living functions, physical functions, and medical expenses of the participants of the Ikiiki Hyakusai Taiso held in Sanyo-Onoda city. As a result, the Koyo Elementary School district was characterized by a few seconds of standing on one leg with eyes open, and low medical expenses. The community of Koyo Elementary School district has strong ties, and it is thought that preventive care activities are progressing with the help of local people. Akazaki and Motoyama Elementary School districts tend to have a high degree of certifications for preventive care. It is thought that this is because people who serve as self-government chairpersons and civil welfare officers and have a sense of mission play a central role in preventive care activities, and even those who find it difficult to participate alone in gymnastics can participate. It is important to strengthen local ties as a way of promoting preventive care activities. In areas where regional ties are not strong, it is considered effective to involve the chairman of the autonomy and local welfare officers.

本論では、天保期の下肥値下げ運動に関して、杉並区立郷土博物館に寄託されている武蔵国多東郡馬橋村（現、東京都杉並区）の「御用留」（大谷家所蔵文書）を利用して、江戸西郊における情報伝達経路や運動の発生と展開について分析を加えた。天保十四（一八四三）年二月朔日に武蔵・下総国八ヶ所領二八三ヶ村の惣代から勘定奉行へ、下肥の高値を訴え、値段の引き下げを求めた運動が発生した。寛政期に起きた下肥値下げ運動に倣って行われたものである。本論ではこうした現象の情報伝達などに注目し、東葛西領から野方領にある馬橋村へ伝わったのは約二ヶ月要したことが判明した。天保十四年二月に願書が提出されてから、運動が活発になり、通達の範囲が拡大したことが考えられる。馬橋村周辺では、中野村を中心に寄合が行われており、地域社会の実状をみることができた。以上のことから、下肥値下げ運動の波及がわかり、江戸市中を巻き込んだ運動だったと言える。村間における情報の伝達経路をみることにより、江戸西郊における下肥値下げ運動の展開の一側面を明らかにした。

application/pdf, 本稿は，犯罪からの離脱に関する英米の先行研究を，他者という視点で整理することを通して，国および地方公共団体が掲げる，元犯罪者を犯罪に戻さない地域社会のあり方について若干の検討を加えるものである。本稿はまず，犯罪からの離脱に関する英米の先行研究において元犯罪者と交流する他者の存在が共通して確認できることを出発点として，元犯罪者を取り巻く他者について分析を加えることで，元犯罪者が犯罪から離脱した後の生活のモデルとなり，かつ／あるいは，そのような生活を送るうえでのサポートを提供することができる「重要な他者」という存在が，元犯罪者が犯罪から離脱するうえで重要な役割を演じていることを指摘する。そして，当事者がそのような「重要な他者」の好例となり得ることを明らかにした後，英米において，当事者活動が（再）評価されていることや，プロベーション・オフィサーもまた，「重要な他者」と同様の効果をプロベーション対象者に与える存在となり得ることが明らかにされていることを確認する。 これらの作業は，英米において先行して行われている議論を整理することが中心となるが，その作業を通して，犯罪から離脱している元犯罪者は，「（重要な）他者」との継続的な相互作用を通した関係性の構築という「プロセス」の中にいることが示唆される。本稿は最後に，そのような「プロセス」を，元犯罪者がより多くの市民と共有することができるような社会こそが，国および地方公共団体が目指している地域社会のあり方である可能性を指摘する。

Now, the development of leaders in the local community is an urgent issue. In the old community, there was a mechanism to train leaders. However, with the progress of urbanization, the educational function in the broad sense of the local community was lost. It can be said that traditional performing arts performed during events in the local community were also places of education.The author has so far been involved in efforts to foster leaders in the movement of regional collaboration. This time, from the aspect of inheriting folk performing arts, I examined an attempt to train leaders. The community of practice is also a community of learning.The example taken up is Kotsubo Kagura in Kure City. Hiroshima Prefecture is known for its particularly popular Kagura. As the so-called “Hiroshima Kagura”, there is a development that emphasizes“showing”, but Kotsubo Kagura retains the character of Kagura by community , where many of the performers and viewers are still residents of the local community. It was also confirmed that the performers of Kagura are also responsible for other community activities. In this respect, the succession of Kagura creates the sustainability of the community.

近年、地域とのつながりや人間関係の希薄化、意識の変化、暮らし方の変化などにより、子ども会に入らないという選択肢（地域にもよる）も見られるようになった。「塾や習い事で忙しいから」、「仕事で忙しいのに、行事などが煩わしい」などといった理由で入会を拒むことや途中で退会する者も多く、子ども会の維持・継続に支障をきたしている。子ども会の復活は、学校と家庭、地域社会の連関を強めることで、その契機はつくられる。時間と労力を惜しまず、協働体制の充実を図っていくことが求められる。

本学は地域と連携し，国際交流活動を行っている。地域に根差した活動が多いためか，留学生を地域のイベントを支える仲間の一人として受け入れてくださる団体も多く，イベントが留学生の活躍の場にもなっている。このような交流活動は，本学の外国人留学生にとっても，地域の方々にとっても，互いを知り，自文化を見直す良い機会になっている。本稿は，2019年度の国際交流推進室の国際交流活動への取り組みをまとめたものである。

昭和20年代、農村型社会であった日本は、高度経済成長期に入り、工業社会となり急速に都市化が進んでいった。それとともに農村から都市へと人口移動が行われ、過密・過疎など地域社会の在り方に関わるような問題が発生し現在に至っている。こうした地域社会の問題の解決には、地域の住民自らが主体的に解決に当たることが必要である。最近「シビックプライド」と呼ばれる地域社会の問題に対して当事者意識をもち、主体的に活動するという意識を有した人々が、地域社会の問題に対して様々な働きかけをしているという取組が広がりを見せてきている。一方で、社会科教育では地域について調査活動等を通して理解し、地域社会に見られる課題を把握して、その解決に向けて社会の関わり方を選択・判断したり、選択・判断したことなどを適切に表現したりする力を養い、よりよい社会を考え、主体的に問題解決しようとする態度を養うとともに、地域社会に対する誇りと愛情、地域社会の一員としての自覚を養うということを目標としている。そこで、地域社会の問題を改善し、地域社会に展望を開くことができる可能性のある「シビックプライド」について、これまで社会科教育で取り組んできている地域社会の一員として社会参画を目指して取り組まれた事例をもとに検証していくことを目的として考察を行った。

サーフィンは、地域社会の砂浜や海といった地域資源の利用や地域の景観や文化に影響を与えるスポーツである。本研究では、宮崎県のサーフィン・デスティネーションを事例に、サーファー達が地域社会に移住し、地域の一員として生活している実態を見ていく。サーファーと地域社会の交流による地域の経済的、文化的な場所アイデンティティへの影響を明らかにすることで、スポーツの持つ地域創生の可能性を検討する。

本研究の目的は、公立美術館が地域社会や住民といかなる関係性を築いているのか、作家を顕彰する公立美術館の現地調査を行うことを通じて、つながり方のありようを明らかにすることである。そして今後、美術館が地域社会や住民と、どのようなつながりを構築していけば良いのかを考える。 近年、美術館を訪れる人々は、展示作品のみならず、地域の歴史や文化等に触れたいと考えており、ニーズ（需要）は地域の日常的な生活や歴史、伝統芸能などを体験しようとする内容に変化している。美術館がこのようなニーズに応えるためには、住民の協力と理解が必要である。よって、美術館と住民及び、地域社会との関係性に焦点を当てるた、作家名を施設名称に冠した美術館（作家美術館）を本研究の題材とした。 まず、作家美術館の全国的な状況について調査した。全国美術館会議393館のうち70館が作家美術館であり、70館のうち50館が公立であった。研究対象は、自治体直営の公立館に定めた。理由は、指定管理者導入により、管理運営に自治体文化財団や民間事業者の双方が含まれると、比較することが難しくなるためである。その上で、顕彰作家について3つ、施設について3つ、計6つの条件を設け調査対象の選定を行なった。 この結果、北海道鹿追町の神田日勝記念美術館、岩手県花巻市の萬鉄五郎記念美術館、栃木県鹿沼市の鹿沼市立川上澄生美術館、熊本県小国町の坂本善三美術館が挙がった。事例分析には、松本茂章が提唱した「文化政策人材・資金調達・場の管理」の3条件を用い、美術館の実態を整理した。 4館への事例調査の結果、人材については、様々な背景を持った人々が、作家という存在を中心として美術館に集い、支えていることを明らかにした。資金については、住民からの理解や支援を得ることは、美術館が地域に根付く過程において欠かせない要素であることが浮かび上がった。場については、住民が集う場の多くが館外に存在していることが明らかになった。 これらの分析を受けて筆者は、作家美術館と地域社会のつながり方の形に名前を付けた。各事例の特徴をもとに、神田日勝記念美術館を「先人顕彰型」、萬鉄五郎記念美術館を「産業振興型」、鹿沼市立川上澄生美術館を「教育普及型」、坂本善三美術館を「交流拠点型」と名付けた。 さらに、作家美術館の展開可能性を2つ示した。1つには、作家美術館における地域社会とのつながり方の形は、今後も変化、クロスオーバー化し続けること。その結果として新たなつながり方の誕生が期待できるということだ。2つには、作家を中心とした同心円のつながりが、さらなる広がりを見せていくことだ。筆者は、この2 つが作家美術館の展開可能性である、と考えた。, 静岡文化芸術大学, 2021

本稿は、「緊急開拓事業」のもとで成立した戦後開拓地を学区域に含む新制中学校を対象に、1950年代に同校に勤務した教員の目から捉えた地域のありようと教育実践を手がかりとして、「新しい地域社会」のなかで「新しい学校」がいかに形成され、展開していったのかについて考察するものである。具体的には、①戦後開拓地に設立された学校がいかなる特徴を持っていたのか、②地域の人びとが学校をどのように受け止め、関わっていったのか③教師たちはどのような実践を行ったのか、④そこでの教育経験は、地域の教育文化のなかにどのように位置づけられるのか、を問うことで、戦後開拓地という「新しい地域社会」から捉えた学校、とりわけ新制中学校の存在意義を明らかにする。

After the culmination of the 1911 Revolution in the early Republican Period, a rebellion led by Huang Lian broke out in the Xinghua 興化 region of Fujian Province. At first, this rebellion opposed the heavy taxation and regulation of poppy cultivation which, at the time, functioned as an indispensable source of income for the local peasant population. The rebellion then moved on to target and attack churches and Christians affiliated with the American Methodist Mission. The revolt has garnered the high praise of Marxist Chinese scholars, who have tended to see it as a mass anti-imperialist and anti-foreign religion movement. However, the Methodist mission was making efforts to regulate poppy production in cooperation with the government at the time. If such was the case, why did the revolt target Methodist churches? This paper will investigate the anti-church movement led by Huang Lian in connection with the Xinghua region's historical background and socio-economic situation to understand the underlying reasons for this. This paper will also clarify the social background of the Black and White Banners, a secret society who gave Huang Lian their full support in his revolt efforts. From 1912 to 1913, Huang Lian's corps continued to engage in military action across the Xinghua region, clashing multiple times with the regular Chinese army. The so-called Black and White Banners, a secret society which had been in operation across the Xinghua region since the late Qing period, backed these military campaigns. This article will thus clarify the organization's social background in relation to historical scenes of strife in the Xinghua region where multiple feuds occurred between different lineage and villages. In order to achieve the objectives mentioned above, this paper makes use of American, Chinese and Japanese diplomatic documents, American Methodist Mission papers, regional literature, and data collected through oral history methods by this author in Fujian province.

熊野地方・古座川源流部に位置する松根地域と平井地域、中流域に位置する明神地域と直見地域において戸別訪問し、伝統的なニホンミツバチ養蜂に関する聞き取りを行った。その結果、かつてはどの地域でも7～8割の家でゴーラ（伝統的養蜂に用いられる人工巣）を持っていたが、現在はゴーラ所有率が低下しており、とくに中流域で低下の度合いが大きかった。ゴーラ所有率は、自然に関わる職業に従事している家で高かった。ゴーラ所有者が養蜂を始めたきっかけは、家族や周囲の人々の影響、ゴーラを知人からもらったため、など社会的要因が多かった。現在も養蜂を続けている理由は単に蜂蜜採取のためというよりも、趣味と考えている場合が大半であった。一方、ゴーラ非所有者が養蜂しない理由は、養蜂作業が大変とする答えが半数あったが、一方で高齢やハチアレルギーになったために養蜂をあきらめていた場合が2割あった。伝統的養蜂が継続されるためには、自然に関わる生業が成り立つこと、地域の中にある程度の養蜂者人口がおり、養蜂に関する社会的な繋がりが保たれることが必要であることが示唆された。, This study examined past and present situations of traditional apiculture (beekeeping) in the Kozagawa Basin (Kozagawa Town, Wakayama Prefecture), in the Kumano Region of Japan. We interviewed residents living in three different villages: two in upstream sites, Matsune and Hirai and one in a mid-stream site, Myojin/Nukumi regarding changes in traditional apiculture. In the past, about 70% of households in these three villages have maintained traditional hives of Japanese honey bees (Apis cerana japonica) locally called “Gora.” However, over time, the percentage of these households has decreased, especially in the mid-stream site. Families engaged in the primary industries had a higher rate of owning the bee hives while those engaged in secondary and tertiary industries tended not to have the bee hive. About half of the people who still maintained the bee hives stated they started apiculture due to social influences and continued the activity as a hobby rather than to simply obtain honey. About a half of the people who did not own the bee hives thought that apiculture is a troublesome and laborious task. However, about 20% of them stated that they had reluctantly given up their practice due to aging or bee allergies. Inheritance of the traditional apiculture may require certain number of beekeepers and efficient social bonds among village communities.

本研究は，地域との連携を重視し，連携の成果を取り入れながら小学校の「総合的な学習の時間」における食育のプログラム開発を行おうとするものである。平成17年に食育基本法が制定され，平成20年改訂の学習指導要領総則においては，学校における食育の推進が盛り込まれた。さらには，関連する各教科等でも食育に関する記述が充実するなど，食育の取り組みは活発化していると言える。食育は，その内容が広範囲に及ぶことから教科の学習としては十分に扱いきれず，横断的・総合的に取り扱う必要がある。本研究では，平成29年に改訂された学習指導要領の「総合的な学習の時間」の趣旨をふまえて，小学校において食育を効果的に展開するための単元開発に取り組んだ。単元開発にあたっては地域との連携を重視し，教材研究の中で取り組んだフィールドワークの成果を教材化し，地域とのつながりを実感できるプログラムを目指した。

This paper examined "Community Information Magazine WAGO" published by a community hall in Shonai Town, Yamagata Prefecture.\nSpecifically, the following two points were examined. The first point is why the name of the magazine was changed to "WAGO" instead of "HONAMI". The second point is that even if the name of the magazine changes, the number of magazines is inherited.\nBased on the towns and villages merger process that Shonai Town follows, we examined these.\nTherefore, this paper is also an attempt to examine the community media in the context of the local community.
