看護師国家試験は，看護師を目指す学生にとって資格取得のための必須要件である.そのため，看護師に必要な専門的な知識や技術，臨地実習等，4年間にわたり過密なカリキュラムをクリアし，４年生には，国家試験に向けて受験準備を計画的に進めなければならない. 学習意欲が乏しい学生に対し，合格率を上げるために，教員が一丸となってどのような取り組みをすることが最善なのか，これまで実施してきた国家試験対策を振り返り，更に充実したものにしていく必要がある. 学生を対象に，国家試験対策の取り組みのひとつとして，グループ学習を取り入れ，学習意欲の向上につながったかを明らかにした.4年生の早期にガイダンスを実施し，国家試験対策の目的・グループ学習の目的については，概ね理解することができていた．グループで話し合いをしながら学習を進めた学生が約7割おり，グループ学習により意欲の向上がみられ，約6割の学生が役にたったと述べており，今後の看護師国家試験対策の学習の動機づけのきっかけづくりになった., The National Nursing Examination is an essential requirement for students who want to become nurses.Therefore, the specialized knowledge and skills required for nurses, clinical training, etc. must be cleared for four years, and the fourth-year students must systematically prepare for the national examination. In order to increase the pass rate of students who have little motivation to learn, it is necessary to look back on the national examination preparation that has been implemented so far and further enhance what kind of efforts teachers should take together to increase the pass rate. 【目的】本研究では言語聴覚士国家試験問題における専門用語の頻出語の分析や共起ネットワーク分析を通して，言語聴覚士国家試験における専門用語の整理を行い，国家試験対策における基礎資料を作成することを試みた。【方法】分析の対象は，1999年から2020年までに実施された言語聴覚士国家試験問題4,400問で用いられている184,557語である。分析方法としては，頻出語分析と共起ネットワーク分析を行った。【結果】言語聴覚士国家試験問題の中でもっとも頻出していた用語は「理解」であり，次いで「難聴」，「声」，「失語症」，「構音」であった。上位５位までの用語は100回以上出現していた。共起ネットワーク分析の結果から頻出語を26のグループに分類した。【考察】本研究の結果から言語聴覚士国家試験問題の出題傾向が明らかとなった。

GPAは多くの大学で用いられている学修到達度の成績評価方法であり，本学においては平成26年より採用している．本研究では本学理学療法学専攻における4年間の学期ごとのGPAの推移および国家試験の得点との関係性を調査した．その結果，理学療法学専攻学生におけるGPAは学期間で有意な変化をみとめ，特に2年次後期と3年次前期のGPAは他学期に比べて有意に低かった．これは学年があがるにつれて専門科目の割合が多くなり，学生にとっては学修到達度への到達難易度があがるためと考えられる．また全ての学期のGPAと国家試験の得点に有意な正の相関を認めたことは，国家試験の得向上にむけて1年次からのGPAを用いた学生指導が有効であることを示唆している．

視覚障害者が東洋医学を学ぶための支援ツールとして筑波技術大学で開発されたタブレット端末用東洋医学用語検索教材（通称：つくばけんさくくん）を，国家試験問題学習ツール「こくしくん」に実装し，その概要について紹介した。また，「つくばけんさくくん」の機能を国家試験自主学習に適したものに改変するための研究プロトコールとして，過去の国家試験問題に即した語彙の追記，鍼灸学専攻の学生を対象とした実用性の検証等の計画について提示した。

｢背景｣平成30年3月4日に柔道整復師国家試験（以下，柔整国試）が実施され，6,321名が受験した．第26回柔整国試の合格率は全体（新卒と既卒を合わせた）受験者では58.4％と過去最低の結果であった．さらに，2020年度から柔整国試の出題基準が改定され現在の出題基準からは大幅に変更となることから，柔整国試対策の実施が急務となる．｢方法｣第1 ～第26回柔整国試を対象とした．柔整国試に出題された｢柔道整復施術の基礎｣についての問題を2020年度出題基準の通りに分類し，出題数を調査した．｢結果・考察｣出題が最も多かったのは｢肩関節烏口下脱臼の診察および整復｣について39問であった．2番目は｢肘関節後方脱臼の診察および整復｣について31問出題されていた．それに対して出題が少なかったのは｢足関節外側側副靭帯損傷の固定｣，｢アキレス腱断裂の固定｣が0問，｢肩鎖関節脱臼の固定｣が1問であった．過去の必修問題では固定肢位や固定範囲などについて聞かれることは少ないことから，対策が必要な分野であることがわかった．, Background; On March 4, 2018 the 26th National Examination for Judo Therapy (NEJT) was held.Purpose; To improve education effect and the pass rate, we analyzed the tendency of the national examination standards of 2020. We focused on the theory of Judo Therapy in questions. The combined success rate of graduates, both new graduates and previous graduates, was 58.4%, the lowest success rate in the history of the NEJT.26 NEJT have been administered so far. Following each NEJT, the questions from the examination are released and the information about the examination increases.Method ; We analyzed from the 1th exam to the 26th exam.We classified the question on ‘Fundamentals of judo therapy treatment’ which was entered on the Flexibility Tournament as the major item of the 2020 question criteria and the middle item class, and examined the number of questions.Results / Discussion; I thought that by examining the examination criteria for the 2020 version of the examination criteria for the national exam, it becomes the national examination measure of the new standard. 39 questions were asked about “the consultation and reduction of anterior shoulder dislocation” which was most frequently asked. The second was 31 questions about “Medical examination and reduction of Elbow Joint Dislocation”. On the contrary, there were 0 questions on “fixation of ankle joint lateral collateral ligament injury” and “fixation of Achilles tendon rupture”. In the past compulsory problem, it is rare to be heard about the fixed limb position, the fixed range, etc. It turned out that it is a field that needs measures.

｢背景｣平成29年3月5日に25回目の柔道整復師国家試験（以下，柔整国試）が実施され，6,727名が受験した．その年度の卒業生である新卒の受験者はこの10年間で最も少ない4572名であった． 柔整国試は現在までに25回実施されており，柔整国試対策の中心となる柔整国試過去問題は毎年増え情報は増している．しかし第25回柔整国試の合格率は全体（新卒と既卒を合わせた）受験者では63.5％と過去最低の結果であり，第23回柔整国試から最低合格率を更新し続けている．これは柔整国試対策の難しさを示唆する数字であるといえる．今回我々は合格率を向上させるために以前報告した続報として，必修問題で出題された柔道整復学についての出題傾向を調べた． ｢目的｣柔道整復師国家試験の必修問題に出題された柔道整復学・理論編の出題傾向を調査すること． ｢方法｣第14～第25回柔道整復師国家試験を対象とした．必修問題（全12回）で出題された柔道整復学についての問題を，全国柔道整復学校協会監修の柔道整復学・理論編の目次にのっとり詳細に分類した．その中から出題が多いものを調査した． ｢結果・考察｣最も出題されていたのは11題出題されていた小児骨折・高齢者骨折の特徴であった．2番目は10問出題されていた骨折の整復法であった．3番目は上腕骨顆上骨折と大腿骨頸部内側骨折から8問出題されていた．過去に出題された傾向と同じく小児骨折や高齢者に多い骨折が出題されることが多い．, Background；On March 6, 2017 the 25th National Examination for Judo Therapy（ NEJT） was held. Purpose；To improve educational effect and the pass rate, we analyzed the tendency of compulsory questions in the national examination. We focused on the theory of Judo Therapy in compulsory questions. The combined success rate of graduates, both new graduates and previous graduates, was 63.5%, the lowest success rate in the history of the NEJT. 24 NEJT have been administered so far. Following each NEJT, the questions from the examination are released and the information about the examination increases. Method；We analyzed from the 14th exam to the 25th exam. We classified all the compulsory questions about the theory of Judo Therapy according to the content of the textbook for the theory of Judo Therapy, which was edited by The National Judo Therapist School Association. Result & Discussion；Nine questions were about “Characteristic of pediatric fractures and elderly fracture” in the general section, with this category predominating. “Reduction method of fracture” of the general section was second（ 10 questions）. It was followed by“ Femoral neck fracture of the lower limb of the particular”,“ Supracondylar fracture of humerus”, in the detail section; each category had 8 questions.There were many questions about the fractures that frequently occur in children and the elderly person in the compulsory questions.

医療技術者が専門家として業務にあたる時、その基になる教育は当然大学などの高等教育においてなされていると考えられる。そのカリキュラムの基盤は、国家試験の出題内容を大きく反映していると思われる。従って国家試験の問題を解析すれば、間接的ではあるが大学等での本質的な教育内容を調べることが出来ると考えられる。 本論文では、医学部の複数学科の教育に焦点を当て、厚生労働省管轄下の9の医療技術者（医師，看護師，保健師，助産師，臨床検査技師，診療放射線技師，理学療法士，作業療法士，視能訓練士）と歯科医師，薬剤師の過去3年分の国家試験問題を調べ、個々の専門性と共通内容について解析した。

A purpose of this study is to improve the scholastic ability of the student by letting the new education method that letthe traditional learning method blend e-learning intervene. This study is an interim report, and the study is not finished.Intervention 1 evaluated an incentive of anteroposterior trial run for an examination and school member results and e-learningthat performed that I gave a problem by an e-mail with showing the DVD of the basic subject. I let I brought a tablet intothe training ground by intervention 2 and learn it and evaluated front and back. As for the result, the incentive for e-learningadvanced. However, I did not influence the result of the trial run for an examination directly, but the relations with the studentwhom results in the study improved were suggested. In addition, it was a student guaranteed the scholastic ability fromentrance to school that I was able to take in significance for e-learning. Because there was not the senior indicating the modelbecause the target school year was the first graduate, it was special that there was less learning technique of the nationalexamination than a school year below.

はり師・きゅう師，あん摩マッサージ指圧師（あはき師）の国家試験（以下「国家試験」）の合格を目標とする本専攻学生にとって，効率よく学習を行うために国家試験の概要等は必要な情報である。これまでに作成してきた視覚障害情報保障教材は国家試験対策に有用であったが，その活用は一部の学生に止まっていた。また，本学では学生に自主学習を推進している関係上，国家試験ガイダンスといった特別な取り組みは必ずしも十分とはいえず，その学習計画の遅れから高学年になってから学習に追われる学生がみられた。これらの国家試験情報や教材を低学年に周知することで国家資格取得に向けた長期的な学習計画の意識づけになると思われた。そこで「国家試験の手引き」を作成し，低学年を対象にガイダンスを行った後，手引きの内容や掲載情報の有用性等をアンケートにて評価した。その結果，本学独自の「国家試験の手引き」は，国家試験情報とその学習方法の周知に有用であり，低学年を対象とすることで国家試験に向けた長期的な学習計画の立案を促すことが示唆された。

背景柔道整復師国家試験は現在まで22回行われている．新卒の受験者をみると第1回の合格率が92.4％，第22回は91.3％と大きな差はみられないことから，高い水準を保っているといえる．しかし，一方では多くの学校で行われている国家試験対策の効果に変化がみられないともいえる．我々の教育的経験上では，国家試験不合格者には，柔道整復理論が約半数出題される必修問題が及第点に及ばなかったものが多い．目的柔道整復師国家試験対策における教育効果を向上し、合格率を向上させるために、これまでの国家試験の出題傾向を調査、分析した．特に重要となる必修問題における柔道整復理論に着目した．方法第14～第22回柔道整復師国家試験問題を対象とした．全９回の必修問題で出題された柔道整復理論に関する問題を、全国柔道整復学校協会監修の柔道整復学・理論編の目次にのっとり詳細に分類した．結果総論｢小児骨折・高齢者骨折の特徴｣の出題が9問で最も多かった．次いで，各論の「大腿骨頸部骨折」が7問であった．6問出題されたのは，総論の｢骨折の治癒に影響を与える因子｣，｢骨折の整復法｣，各論の｢上腕骨外科頚骨折｣，｢上腕骨顆上骨折｣，｢前腕両骨遠位端部骨折｣であった．考察小児や高齢者に多く発生する骨折が必修問題で多く出題されていた．現在こうした骨折は増加しているといわれている．必修問題の柔道整復理論分野には，社会で問題となっている傷害について出題されることが多いと考えられ，そうした社会背景を反映させる国家試験対策を展開する事が，教育効果や合格率の向上に有効であると考察した．, BackgroundThe national Judo Therapist examination has been held 22 times ever. Pass rates of new graduates were 92.4% of the first time exam and 91.3% of the 22th time, respectively. Although, it seems to be keep high pass rate, we can say that the preparation of national exam which held among many colleges and universities, in order to be 100% pass rate, is not successful. There many students who did not earn enough score of compulsory questions among those who did not pass the national exam based on our educational experience.PurposeTo improve educational effect and pass rate, we analyzed the tendency of compulsory questions among the national Judo Therapist examination. We focused on the theory of Judo Therapy in compulsory questions.MethodThe 14th to 22th national exams were analyzed. In japan, these fractures are frequently occurrence and now increasing. In the national Judo Therapy exam compulsory questions, we considered that the questions about the social problem related injury are taken up for the theory of Judo therapy. We conclude that it is important to reflect such a social background in national exam preparation, to improve educational effect and pass rate of the national exam.

There are a technical school and a university in a Judo Therapist training school．The university education is the tenth year whereas technical school education is the 60th year．As for the education career of the university， it is shorter than a technical school．The university attendance at school is longer than a technical school for one year．Furthermore，the university can acquire an attached qualification．Thus， it is no use even if the university education performs reference of technical school education．Therefore it was intended that the future university education took the result of the research in the attitude of the university student of the Judo Therapist training school．

「国家試験合格サポートプログラム」に対する学生の満足度評価および長時間の勉強を促す要因について分析した。「国家試験合格サポートプログラム」を受けた北海道医療大学歯学部第6学年の学生62例を対象とした。記述統計を算出した後、多重ロジスティック回帰分析を用いて、長時間の勉強と関連する要因について検討し、プログラム全体に対して、「不満足」もしくは「とても不満足」と回答した学生は0%であった。多重ロジスティック回帰分析で、長時間の勉強と統計学的に有意に関連していたのは、「プログラム全体」、「毎日の勉強時間を冊子の日記欄に記録すること」に対する満足度であった。「国家試験合格サポートプログラム」は一定の学生の満足度を得た。さらに、プログラムを効果的に実施することで歯学部学生の長時間の勉強を促す可能性が示唆された。

介護福祉士は、1987年、社会福祉士とともに福祉分野におけるわが国初の国家資格として誕生した。資格創設20年目の今年、大幅な制度改革の実施が予定されている。特に新カリキュラムの内容は、これまでの様式と異なり極めて抽象的な体系案となって示されていることから、今後の具体的な科目の配当作業において、様々な困難が予想されている。さらに、これまで介護福祉士と社会福祉士の両資格取得を可能としてきた4年制大学の場合、新カリキュラムでは修学期間内での両資格取得が時間的、物理的に困難となってしまうことさえ予想される。この研究レポートでは、今回の「社会福祉士及び介護福祉士法」改正実施にあたり、資格創設から今日にいたるまでの養成の軌跡を改めて振り返りながら、今後の介護福祉士養成教育のあるべき姿、特に4年制大学における養成教育の意味や課題を考察する視点を確認することを目的とした。, The certification of a care worker was created as one of the first national certifications in the welfare area along with that ofa social worker in 1987. The certification system is planned to be drastically reformed this year on the 20th anniversary of its creation. Especially, the new curriculum, unlike the existing one, has a draft system that is very abstract, so a variety of different challenges are expected to be faced in allocating specific subjects. On top of that, this new curriculum is likely even to make it temporally and physically difficult for students to qualify as both a care worker and a social worker within the study period at four-year colleges where students have so far been able to. The purpose of this study report is to confirm perspectives from which to discuss the way that education to develop care workers should be in future, in particular, what such education means at four-year colleges and what challenges they are facing. This is done by looking back again on how the education has developed from the creation of the certification system to the present in response to ongoing amendment to the Certified Social Workers and Certified Care Workers Law.

医療系学生の試験ストレス（国家試験）と細胞性免疫担当細胞の関係を検討した．試験群は17名，コントロール群は10名を対象とした．ストレス評価は心理的ストレス反応尺度（PSRS-50R）を使用し，免疫系解析はリンパ球サブセットであるCD4，CD8，CD4/8比を検討した． 試験群におけるストレス反応尺度では試験後において試験前より有意に低値スコア（ストレス解消）へと移行した．一方，試験群における細胞性免疫の試験前・後の変動はCD4で試験後に有意に増加，CD8で不変，CD4/8比で軽度高値をしめした．以上より客観的な試験ストレス評価としてのCD4の有用性を認めた．, We studied the relationship between stress and cellular immunity reaction on medical tech students who were facing the state examination. 17 students in the examination group and 10 students in the control group were studied. The PSRS-50R method of the psychological stress reaction assessment was used for stress evaluation. The immune reaction analysis was examined using CD4, CD8, and CD4/8 ratio in T lymphocyte subpopulations. The stress reaction score (PSRS-50R) of the examination group significantly decreased after the exam. Concerning the values of cellular immunity in the examination group after the examination a significant rise in CD4 was seen, CD8 remained stable, while there was a slight rise in the CD4/8 ratio. CD4 was acknowledged as a useful indicator for the objective evaluation of stress during the exam time.

The subjects were 1115 students who had entered Hiroshima Prefectural College of Health and Welfare from 1995 through 1999.752 students have entered with regular entrance examinations, 349 students have entered after special examinations for those who had been recommended by their high school principals, and 14 students have entered with special examinations for adults. The results are summarized as follows : (1) No significant difference was found between students who entered by regular entrance examination and those who entered by recommendation on average academic record during college studies. (2) In the students who entered with regular entrance examinations, the high school record is positively correlated to the academic record during college studies. (3) In the students who entered with recommendation entrance examinations, results of essay tests and high school record is positively but weakly correlated to the academic record during college studies.
