Objective To analyze the status quo, research hotspots, and frontiers of core muscle training (CMT) in domestic research on musculoskeletal pain using bibliometric methods. Methods Literature published from January 1,2014, to December 31,2023,on CMT for musculoskeletal pain was retrieved from databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang, and VIP database. Authors, research institutions, and keywords of the included literature were used as network nodes for co-occurrence analysis in CiteSpace6. 2 software, generating visualizations such as author and institution collaboration networks, and keyword distribution maps. Results A total of 312 papers were included, with the overall number of publications showing an increasing trend, albeit with a slight de- crease in the past two years. Most publications were from medical schools, and authors were mostly from small teams. Collaboration between institutions and authors needs to be strengthened, with low levels of inter-institutional and inter- regional cooperation. Research in this field was mainly focused on the rehabilitative efficacy of CMT for low back pain and lumbar spine function. Conclusion CMT has shown good efficacy in treating low back pain. Future research should focus on improving lumbar spine function, enhancing quality of life, and accelerating postoperative recovery through early application. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To systematically evaluate the development of auditory and language in children with inner ear malformation after cochlear implantation, in addition, to compare and analyze the differences of auditory and language development between these children and children with normal inner ear structure. Methods The 52 children with unilateral cochlear implantation were retrospectively selected and analyzed, they were divided into abnormal inner ear structure group and normal inner ear structure group according to whether the inner ear structure was abnormal or not, with 26 cases in each group. The auditory and language development of the two groups were compared and analyzed before operation, the 1st month, 3 rd month, 6 th month and 12th month after operation. The auditory function was assessed with CAP and ITMAIS scales, while the language function was assessed with SIR and MUSS scales. Results At the 1st month, 3 rd month, 6 th month and 12th month after cochlear implantation, the scores of auditory and language development (CAP, ITMAIS, SIR and MUSS) were significantly different from those before cochlear implantation, which has showed a gradually increasing trend. The auditory function of normal inner ear structure group and abnormal inner ear structure group were compared before operation, the 1st month, 3 rd month, 6 th month and 12th month after operation, there was statistical significant difference (P < 0.001). There was no significant difference between the normal inner ear structure group and the abnormal inner ear structure group in the preoperative language function SIR score (P = 0.303), however, there were significant differences in language function between the two groups at the 1st month, 3 rd month, 6 th month and 12th month after operation (P < 0.05). Conclusion Within one year after cochlear implantation, the auditory and language ability of children with inner ear malformation has been significantly improved, however, there are some differences between the children with abnormal inner ear structure and those with normal inner ear structure. Objective: To evaluate the effect of mindfulness-based intervention(MBI) on posttraumatic growlh (PTG) in patients wilh cancer. Methods: The randomized controlled trial( RCT) literatures on the effect of MBI on PTG in patients with cancer were retrieved from Cochrane library, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CBM, VIP, WangFang Data and CNKI. Two investigators independently screened the studies, extracted data, and performed quality assessment using the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool. Meta-analyses were conducted with Rev Man 5. 3 software. Results: Nine studies were included with a total of 822 participants. Those who received MBI reported sig nificantly higher PTG than respondents in control groups immediately after intervention [MD = 7. 27, 95% CJ = ( 4. 75 - 9. 79), P < 0. 001], and the effect could be maintained until 3 months after intervention [MD = 8. 64, 95% CI = (7. 20 - 10. 08), P < 0. 00 l] . The online intervention model had no significant effect on PTG compared wilh the control group[ MD = 3. 59, 95% CJ= ( - 1. 22 - 8. 41), P > 0. 05], while the face-to-face group intervention model was beneficial[ MD = 7. 87, 95% CI = (5. 19 - 10. 54), P <0. 001). Conclusion: It suggests that mindfulness based interventions could effectively promote the posttraumatic growth level of patients with cancer, and lhe face-to face group intervention model is more effective than lhe online intervention model.
