通过改变介质柱之间的距离、介质柱半径以及介质柱的介电常数构造了3种二维渐变的光子晶体,应用时域有限差分(FDTD)法计算了透射谱,并分别对不同形式渐变组合的光子晶体结构进行了比较分析。仿真结果表明,不同形式的渐变组合对光子晶体禁带有着不同的影响,可以获得比一维渐变型光子晶体更大的禁带宽度。

- Abstract
Hardening soil model with small strain stiffness (HSS model) can reflect the nonlinear characteristics and stress correlation of the small strain phase in soil, which has been widely used in deep foundation pit. However, there is a lack of systematic research on the parameter determination methods owing to the model parameters. Sensitivity analysis of HSS model parameters was carried out by numerical simulation method. Based on a large number of statistical research results, the nonlinear relationship between soil parameters and void ratio was established and verified by deformation analysis in two deep foundation pit projects. The results show that the sensitivity of the reference dynamic shear modulus was the highest and the sensitivity of the reference tangent modulus was the lowest in the numerical analysis of the foundation pit, the established nonlinear relationship could better reflect the correlation between the soil modulus and the void ratio, and there was a good agreement between the calculated and measured values of the enclosure lateral displacement, which verified the applicability of the proposed parameter determination method and could provide reference for related projects. - Abstract
Golgi staining is a classical method for visualization of neuronal dendrites and dendritic spines and is still widely used for neuronal morphology visualization. Silver Golgi staining currently suffers from problems such as the tendency to produce black precipitation and incomplete morphological structure of stained neurons. We investigated how potassium dichromate (K2Cr2O7 and silver nitrate (AgNO3 affect the staining effect of the silver Golgi staining method, and realized the optimization of the silver Golgi staining method by studying the change of the mass concentration of the staining solution constituents, potassium dichromate, and silver nitrate, and the different modes of action of the components. The results showed that: the staining effect of the mixture of 35 mg/mL paraformaldehyde (PFA and 20 mg/mL K2Cr2O7 was significantly better than that of 20 mg/mL K2Cr2O7 alone, and during the optimization process of the mass concentration of K2Cr2O7, the best staining effect was achieved by 80 mg/mL K2Cr2O7, and the staining effect of 35 mg /mL PFA mixed with 20 mg/mL K2Cr2O7 and 80 mg/mL K2Cr2O7 optimal staining duration ratio was 3:1, the optimal mass concentration of AgNO3 during the staining process was 10 mg/mL, and in the final staining solution composition and the mode of action of 2 days 40 mg/mL PFA fixation, 3 days 35 mg/mL PFA and 20 mg/mL K2Cr2O7, 40 mg/mL PFA fixation, 3 days 35 mg/mL PFA and 20 mg/mL K2Cr2O7, and 2 days 35 mg/mL PFA and 20 mg/mL K2Cr2O7. PFA and 20 mg/mL K2Cr2O7 mixed solution for 3 days, 80 mg/mL K2Cr2O7 for 1 day and 10 mg/mL AgNO3 for 5 days had the best effect on the visualization of neuronal morphology in brain tissue. The optimized silver-stained Golgi staining method will achieve complete morphological structural staining of neurons, and will also produce less imaging impurity precipitation noise during the staining process. This work will provide a new modified Golgi staining method to achieve staining of the complete morphological structure of neurons. - Abstract
Electromagnetic method of geoelectrical frequency domain has a wide range of applications in exploring Earth's deep structure, petroleum exploration, environmental and engineering surveying, and its accuracy and efficiency of numerical simulation directly affect the interpretation results of data. However, there are currently issues with low accuracy and long computation time in three-dimensional numerical simulation of frequency domain electromagnetic fields, as well as limitations in computational scale. This paper proposes to use integral equation method and direct solution method to improve the solution accuracy, and adopt technologies such as hybrid parallel processing at multiple levels and multiple grain sizes, distributed storage, etc., to greatly reduce the computation time and expand the computational scale. This paper implements a fast, high-precision, and highly scalable three-dimensional numerical simulation method of frequency domain electromagnetic fields, which includes parallel processing between frequency points, parallel filling of impedance matrix, and parallel direct solution of equations. Firstly, the theoretical framework of integral equation method and its parallel implementation solution are introduced in detail. Then, typical cases are selected to verify the correctness of the program by comparing with previous calculation results. Finally, the scalability is tested for a large-scale example with 16 frequencies, 16×12 495 unknowns, and 861 observation points. Compared to a single node with 32 processes, when the computational scale reaches 256 nodes and 8 192 processes, the speedup ratio is 69.69 and the parallel efficiency is 27.22%. This large-scale parallel algorithm is applicable to both geomagnetic and controlled source audio geomagnetic integral equation methods. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The booster-driven hybrid cooling unit using ambient energy for free cooling can work for a whole year as one unit and reduce the annual cooling energy consumption effectively in data centers. Two different type booster and its hybrid cooling units were developed and tested. The suction/discharge pressure and mass flow rate of two different boosters were studied under the annual temperature difference range. The performance and differences of two hybrid cooling units were analyzed. The results indicate that the suction/discharge pressure ratio of the large torque booster (No.1) is less than that of the small torque booster (No.2). In the test temperature difference range, the suction/discharge pressure ratio of No.1 booster decreases by 53.56%,which of No.2 booster decreases by 32.89%. The cooling capacity and energy efficiency ratio of No.1 booster-driven hybrid cooling unit (14.8 kW) is higher than that of No.2 booster unit(9.2 kW) at the same temperature difference(30℃) [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

35. 血清 sICAM-1 水平联合国家早期预警评分对重症 肺炎所致 ARDS 患者预后的评估价值.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1) level combined with National Early Warning Score (NEWS) in assessing the prognosis of patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) due to severe pneumonia (SP) . Methods Totally 121 patients with ARDS due to SP were selected and divided into the death group and survival group according to whether they died at 28 d. Serum sICAM-1 levels were measured and NEWS scores were calculated. Multi-factor Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors affecting death in patients with ARDS due to SP, and ROC curves were used to analyze the predictive value of serum sICAM-1 levels and NEWS scores on death in patients with ARDS due to SP. Results They were followed up after 28 days,37 cases died (death group), the mortality rate was 30. 58% (37/121), and 84 cases survived (survival group) . Compared with the survival group, the serum sICAM-1 level and NEWS scores increased in the death group (all P < 0. 05) . Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that sICAM-1(OR=1. 004,95% CI:1. 002 to 1. 007) and NEWS score (OR=2. 163, 95% CI:1. 374 to 3. 405) were independent risk factors for death in SP-induced ARDS patients, and oxygenation index (OR=0. 963,95% CI:0. 939 to 0. 988) was an independent protective factor (all P<0. 05) . ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of serum sICAM-1 combined with NEWS score (AUC = 0. 883,95% CI:0. 812 to 0. 934) in predicting death in patients with ARDS due to SP was greater than those of sICAM-1(AUC = 0. 783,95% CI: 0. 699 to 0. 853) or NEWS score (AUC = 0. 797,95% CI:0. 715 to 0. 865) alone (both P<0. 05) . 36. 贵州威宁雹暴微物理特征的观测及数值模拟研究.

- Abstract
Based on the quality control of observational data, the heavy hailstorm that occurred in Yangjie Town, Weining County, Guizhou Province on June 28, 2018 is analyzed. The study combines a fuzzy logic hydrometeor identification algorithm with the mesoscale numerical model WRF and uses the X-band dualpolarization radar located in Xueshan Town, Weining County, Guizhou Province. The results show that there is a good consistency between the observation and model simulation results of this hail process, which mainly goes through four stages: development, ripeness (hail formation), ripeness (hail shooting) and attenuation (disappearance). (1) Development: Caused by the riming between ice crystals and surrounding super-cooled cloud water, low-density graupel (LDG) is formed near the cloud layer of -20 ℃ (5.0~6.8 km). Caused by the riming between aggregation (AG) and surrounding super-cooled cloud water, high-density graupel (HDG) is formed near the cloud layer with a terrain clearance of 2.6~4.2 km. (2) Ripeness (formation): AG is the main source of graupel embryo for LDG and HDG. The rain mixed with hail (RH) is initially formed near the cloud layer of - 20 ℃ (4.2~6.8 km) and it is caused by a small amount of HDG which collides with and freezes the super-cooled cloud water. (3) Ripeness (hail shooting): LDG is largely formed by coagulation. HDG develops from two sources: one is the riming with the AG particles (3.4 ~ 6.0 km) as the HDG embryo source, and the other is the gravity sedimentation by the top LDG particles (6.8 ~ 9.3 km), in which the particles develop into a large amount of HDG through coagulation with other ice phase particles during sedimentation. Finally, the HDG develops into the RH. (4) Attenuation (disappearance): HDG grows slowly by colliding with the super-cooled cloud water near the cloud layer of 0 ℃ (3.4 km). While falling continuously, LDG and HDG are gradually converted into liquid precipitation due to obvious melting effect. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The HSS model ( hardening soil model with small-strain stiffness) has unique advantages in the numerical analysis of foundation pit as an advanced constitutive model, which can consider the non-linear characteristics of the soil in the small-strain region. By conducting a series of triaxial tests, standard consolidation tests and resonant column tests, relevant parameters of the HSS model for typical soils in Changzhou were obtained, and the proportional relationships between the modulus parameters were established and compared with the existing researches. Finally, with the aid of Plaxis 3D, a large-scale geotechnical finite element analysis software, the analysis was carried out in the context of the actual project. By comparing the simulation results with the field data, the applicability of the experimental method in obtaining the model parameters and the reliability of the parameters were verified.
