随着能源危机和环境污染问题的加剧，光伏发电作为可持续的清洁能源受到越来越多的关注，储能在含光伏电力系统中的应用也日益广泛。然而，储能的大规模应用却面临成本高难以推广、收益衡量困难等瓶颈。基于此，考虑光伏-储能联合系统参与系统频率响应后的经济效益，研究光伏电站配置储能的经济性。对储能系统的潜在收益和其应用于电力市场辅助服务的可能性进行讨论，提出一种储能容量优化配置的方法。结果表明，配置储能并参与系统频率响应调整辅助服务能调高光伏电站的总收益。另外，对储能容量优化配置过程中敏感因素的影响进行了分析，发现天气类型、调频辅助服务电价等均会导致配置结果的差异。

In order to balance the interests of various participants in a microgrid system containing two forms of energy, electricity and heat, a microgrid energy management model based on the improved grey wolf algorithm was proposed. Firstly, the microgrid structure and the functions of various entities within the microgrid were analyzed. In order to comprehensively consider the decision-making ability of source-grid-load, the master-slave game method was applied to the interaction among energy producer, microgrid operators, and load aggregators. Secondly, to address the characteristics of high dimensionality and nonlinearity in the upper-layer model, tent mapping was used to initialize the population, a nonlinear convergence factor is employed to balance the population search capability and the Levy flight strategy was utilized to reduce the risk of falling into local optimum. In the process of model solving, the improved gray wolf algorithm was used for the upper-level, and quadratic programming methods were used for the lower-level. The combination was explored to discover the best strategy that maximize the interests of each entity. Finally, the efficiency of the algorithm and the superiority of the proposed model in improving the participants' revenue and smoothing the load distribution are verified by an arithmetic example. At present, domestic and foreign scholars have conducted research on the dynamic characteristics of gear rotor coupling systems, but none of the above studies have considered the composite fault state of planetary gears and rotors. Therefore, taking a single stage planetary gearbox as an example, a dynamic model of the planetary gear rotor coupling system with rotor eccentricity and root crack faults was constructed, to simulation analyze and experimentally study the vibration response characteristics of the planetary gear rotor coupling system under composite fault conditions. Aiming at the problem of multi-source coupling vibration and composite fault diagnosis in planetary gear transmission systems, a single stage planetary gearbox was executed by dynamic modeling, dynamic characteristics analysis and experimental analysis. Firstly, considering time-varying meshing stiffness, support stiffness, damping, gyroscopic effect, and transmission shaft flexibility, the lumped parameter method and Timoshenko beam theory was used to establish a dynamic model of a planetary gear-rotor coupling system with shaft eccentricity root crack composite fault. Then, the influence of different faults on the dynamic characteristics of the system was analyzed by numerical analysis using time waves, frequency spectrum, axis center orbit and phase diagram. The influence of the root crack propagation of the sun gear on the vibration response characteristics of the system under eccentric state was studied. Finally, the accuracy of the dynamic model was verified by different crack fault experiment. The results show that the influence of eccentricity on meshing vibration is significant and can not be ignored in the analysis of fault characteristics of planetary gear trains. Under the influence of eccentric-crack coupling, the vibration response of the system is composed of unbalanced vibration, normal meshing vibration and fault impact vibration. In the spectrum, there are rotational frequency fr, meshing harmonic kfm and complex sideband component kfm±fr、kfm±fr±nfsc. With the increase of crack degree, the modulation phenomenon is more obvious.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for the compound fault diagnosis of planetary gear-rotor system. Objective To investigate the impact of race and its interaction with clinical factors on prognosis, and to determine whether racial factor is a key prognostic factor for melanoma. Methods We examined the effect of race on survival in melanoma with the Cox proportional hazards (CoxPH) model and two machine learning methods, random forest (RF) model and gradient boosting machine (GBM) model, using the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database. A Logistic regression model was applied to investigate the interaction effects between race and stage/ulceration factors on the melanoma-specific mortality. Results Race showed borderline significance in the Cox model and had low variable importance in two machine learning models. In the Logistic regression model, for patients diagnosed at stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ, the odds ratios (OR) of melanoma-specific mortality in non-Hispanic blacks, non-Hispanic Asians, and Hispanics were 1.76 (95%CI: 1.34-2.31), 1.52 (95%CI: 1.16-1.99) and 1.19 (95%CI: 1.04-1.35) relative to whites, while the results were not significant for patients diagnosed at stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ . Conclusion Race is not an independent prognostic factor for melanoma. It is necessary to strengthen early screening and medical interventions for melanoma patients of non-white ethnicities.
