- Abstract
Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) is a group of cervical cancer precancerous lesions. If CIN is not interfered, some parts can develop into cervical infiltration cancer.Timely diagnosis and treatment of high-grade lesions can effectively reduce the morbidityof cervical cancer. The precancerous lesions are screened mainly through the three-step diagnostic process, including cervical cytology examination, high risk HPV testing, vaginoscopy and histopathological examination. The treatment measures mainly include pharmacotherapy, physiotherapy and surgical therapy.Specific treatment plans should be based on comprehensive analysis and individualized treatment according to the grade of cervical lesions, age of patients, bearing requirement, extent diseaseand follow- up conditions. In order to study the seismic behavior of reinforced concrete-concrete filled steel tube composite frame in traditional style buildings, a 1/4-scale model was tested on the three dimension six degree shaking table with the inputs of El Centro wave, Taft wave, Lanzhou wave and Wenchuan wave. Dynamic characteristics such as natural frequency, damping ratio were assessed through white-noise scanning. Loading process, failure characteristics, acceleration, displacement response, inter-story shear force and strain response were investigated. The test analysis indicates that the natural frequency descends, the damping ratio ascends and the acceleration amplifying factor decreases gradually with the increase of input peak ground acceleration. The column frame is the main component of decreasing seismic acceleration of the model. The maximum inter-story drifts are found to be 1/46 and 1/51 in directions X and Y under the seismic intensities of rare 7 degree which shows that the lateral stiffness of the structure is low. The seismic shear force does not decrease significantly along the height direction. The seismic properties of the connection area between beams and CFST columns and the base of column frame are weak. Base on the experimental study, some design recommendations for construction are put forward. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
According to the experiments of four imitated ancient building connections between concrete filled square steel tubular columns (CFST) and reinforced concrete circular columns ( RC) under low cyclic reversed loading, the failure modes under different axial compression ratios were obtained. The hysteretic loops, skeleton curves, deformability, energy dissipation capacity, stiffness degradation and strength degradation were analyzed. It is shown that the failure modes of CFST-RC column connections are flexural failure, with some characteristics of shear failure. Plastic hinges are formed at the root of CFST column and RC column, and there are obvious shear oblique cracks in the middle and upper part of RC column. The hysteretic loops are full, and the connections have insignificant stillness degradation and strength degradation. As the connections fail, the ductility factor is between 4. 42 and 5.54, and the equivalent viscous damping ratio is between 0. 233 and 0. 311, showing excellent deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity. In the range of experimental axial compression ratio, the peak load and ductility of the connections increase with the increase of the axial compression ratio. The peak load and ductility of the connections with the same axial compression ratio decrease with the increase of slenderness ratio. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
In order to study the failure modes and seismic behavior of the connections between the rectanglar steel pipe column and circular steel pipe column in imitated ancient building, four specimens in 1: 1.5 scale of the prototype model were designed and manufactured. The destruction tests on the specimens were carried out under constant vertical load and low cyclic reversed load. The loading process and failure patterns were observed. The load-displacement hysteretic loops and skeleton curves were obtained. The influences of slenderness ratio and axial compression ratio on the failure pattern, hysteretic performance, stiffness, bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation capacity were analyzed. Test results show that connections damage at the welds near the root of the flange of the rectanglar steel pipe column. The hysteretic loops of the connections are in plump-shape. The connections have insignificant stiffness degradation and high bearing capacity. As the connections fail, the ductility factor of the story drift is between 4. 17 and 4. 97, and the equivalent viscous damping coefficient is about 0. 445 to 0.537, showing excellent energy dissipation capacity and seismic behavior. Based on the experimental research, finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to simulate the properties of specimens. The axial compression ratio, yield strength of steel, widththickness ratio of square steel tube were taken as analytical parameters. The numerical simulation analysis results indicate that with the increment of the axial compression ratio and the yield strength of steel, the horizontal loadbearing capacity is improved, but the ductility of the member decreases. With the increment of width-thickness ratio of square steel tube, the ductility of the member is improved, but the horizontal load-bearing capacity decreases. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
