目的:评价锁孔手术治疗高龄患者额叶脑挫裂伤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2015年6月该院神经外科收治的27例施行锁孔手术治疗的额叶脑挫裂伤患者的临床资料，根据格拉斯哥预后评分观察患者术后6个月的临床疗效。结果患者术前平均血肿量为（38.5±3.8）mL，术后平均残余血肿量为（6.1±2.0）mL，血肿清除率为76%～97%。术后6个月恢复良好4例，轻度残疾12例，重度残疾、日常生活需要照料5例，植物生存3例，死亡3例（死于严重肺部感染1例，死于多器官功能衰竭2例）。结论锁孔手术治疗高龄患者额叶脑挫裂伤具有安全、有效、创伤小、出血少等特点，可改善高龄患者预后。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
