目的 基于北京协和医院自2021年以来构建的院内卒中救治体系，回顾性分析院内卒中救治体系对院内卒中患者再灌注治疗及预后的影响。 方法 连续纳入2013年3月-2022年1月因非卒中病因在北京协和医院住院期间新发缺血性卒中患者并进行临床资料的回顾性分析。收集人口学资料、血管危险因素、新发卒中临床及影像资料、急性期再灌注治疗、未接受再灌注治疗的原因、出院时神经功能结局。采用NIHSS评估急性期神经功能障碍程度（NIHSS 0～5分为轻型卒中，NIHSS 6～42分为中重度卒中），采用mRS评估出院时功能结局。根据卒中发病时间和是否采用优化院内卒中救治体系将患者分为原流程组、新流程组（自2021年1月以来采用优化院内卒中救治体系：在全院开展卒中识别与预警培训，组建多学科卒中救治团队，定期开展医疗质量控制讨论会及流程演练等）。比较两组患者急性期再灌注治疗[静脉溶栓和（或）血管内治疗]、出院时功能结局良好（mRS 0～2分）比例的差异。采用二分类logistic回归分析院内新发缺血性卒中患者预后不良的独立危险因素。 结果 共纳入院内新发缺血性卒中患者203例，中位年龄为64（52～72）岁，其中男性126例（62.1%）。急性期NIHSS中位数为5（2～10）分，其中中重度卒中100例（49.3%）。接受急性期再灌注治疗者23例（11.3%），其中静脉溶栓2例（1.0%），血管内治疗20例（9.9%），静脉溶栓联合血管内治疗1例（0.5%）。未接受再灌注治疗的原因包括存在禁忌证104例（51.2%）、非时间窗内67例（33.0%）、其他原因（如患者或家属拒绝再灌注治疗等）9例（4.4%）。出院时mRS中位数为3（1～4）分，结局不良103例（50.7%），其中死亡14例（6.9%）。采用原流程、新流程的院内卒中患者分别为145例（71.4%）、58例（28.6%），新流程组接受急性期再灌注治疗的患者比例高于原流程（27.6% vs. 4.8%，P

【Objective】Ethylene responsive factor（ERF）is an important transcription factor involved in the regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis in plants. Screening of StERF genes that may be involved in the regulation of anthocyanin synthesis in potato tubers lays the foundation for the next step of research on the function of anthocyanin-related StERFs genes in colored potato.【Method】Bioinformatics methods were used to analyze their physicochemical properties, subcellular localization, conserved motifs, evolutionary relationships, protein secondary structure, promoter cis-acting elements, and protein interactions, while RT-qPCR was used to analyze the expression patterns of StERFs in potato flesh of different colors.【Result】Seven differentially expressed ERF transcription factors were obtained based on the transcriptome expression profiles of potato tubers of different colors. The seven StERFs are hydrophilic proteins, all of which are predicted to be localized in the nucleus. Motif 1 (RWLG) and Motif 2 (YRG) are the common conserved motifs in the seven StERFs, which belong to the structural domains of the characteristic sequences of AP2. The promoter sequences of the StERFs genes contain hormone-responsive action elements, as well as cis-action elements in response to defense and stress, low temperature and light, etc. The expressions of the seven StERFs were significantly higher in purple potato flesh than in yellow potato flesh, among which StERF72 and StERF110 were closer to known anthocyanin-associated ERFs (IbERF71 and PyERF3). Background Lung cancer is a malignancy of high incidence rate and mortality in China. The fear of relapse can affect the patient's treatment compliance and reduce their quality of life. There have been previous studies on the relationship between fear of lung cancer relapse and disease perception, as well as disease perception and psychological flexibility. However, current research on the status quo of fear of lung cancer relapse and its correlation with illness perception and psychological flexibility is limited. Objective To explore the fear of cancer relapse and its relations with illness perception and psychological flexibility in patients with lung cancer, and to provide references for subsequent related clinical interventions. Methods A total of 96 patients were selected as the research subjects, who were pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer and admitted to Fuyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to July 2022. Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form (FoP-Q-SF), Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire (BIPQ) and Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-Ⅱ (AAQ-Ⅱ) were used for evaluation. Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between scores of various scales, and multiple linear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of relapse fear in lung cancer patients. Results The total FoP-Q-SF score of lung cancer patients was (35. 35±7. 66) and a total of 65 cases (67. 71%) had a FoP-Q-SF score≥34. As relevant analyses showed, the BIPQ total score of lung cancer patients was positively correlated with the total score, social family dimension score and physiological health dimension score of Fop-Q-SF (r= 0. 586, 0. 445, 0. 475, P<0. 05), the AAQ-Ⅱ score was positively correlated with the total score, social family dimension score and physiological health dimension score of FoP-Q-SF (r=0. 485, 0. 652, 0. 513, P<0. 05). According to the results of single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, age (β =-0. 142, P<0. 01), education level (β =-0. 254, P<0. 01), monthly household income (β =-0. 527, P<0. 01), illness perception (β =0. 847, P<0. 01) and psychological flexibility (β =0. 781, P< 0. 01) are all factors influencing the fear of relapse in lung cancer patients. Conclusion Most lung cancer patients have a fear of recurrence. Due to the strong time-varying load condition of fully mechanized mining face, the support hydraulic system will cause large speed fluctuation when moving the support, which makes it very difficult to adjust the straightness of the hydraulic support intelligently. To solve the problem, a new type of rotary bypass type digital speed control valve suitable for bracket working condition was designed. Firstly, through theoretical analysis of the rotary bypass type digital control valve, the main relevant parameters affecting its speed control characteristics were obtained. Then, the simulation X model of the digital speed control valve was established. The speed response characteristics of the bypass speed regulating valve under different parameters was quantitatively analyze.Its speed regulating characteristics was studied. Finally, by building a simulation experiment platform and conducting experimental tests, the influence of load changes on the speed control performance of the speed control valve was analyzed. The results show that when the bypass speed regulating valve is applied to the moving circuit, the fluctuation of moving speed is small. With the increase of spring stiffness, the pre compression shrinkage decreases, the speed peak of speed regulating valve decreases, and the less time it takes to reach the stable speed. The speed response curves are different under different load inputs. Under the same peak load, the speed is the largest when sinusoidal load is input. At present, there was no systematic method for the structural innovation design of large mining shovel, and there was no relevant report on the configuration synthesis of mining shovel. Aiming at the problem, the constraint synthesis method based on screw theory was used to study the configuration synthesis of large mining shovel. First of all, according to the screw theory, the degree of freedom of the pushing and lifting mechanism model of the mining shovel was analyzed and calculated, and the comprehensive desired motion of the electric shovel configuration was obtained. Secondly, using the constraint synthesis method based on screw theory, two configuration schemes were used to synthesize the configuration of the mining shovel, and through the optimization and screening of the branched chain structure, 100 three-chain electric shovel configuration I and 14 two-branch electric shovel configuration Ⅱ were obtained. Finally, the three-dimensional model was established by the modeling software SolidWorks, and ADAMS software was used to simulate and analyze the excavation trajectory of the simplified model of large mining shovel and a new synthesized configuration. The research results show that the motion simulation trajectory of the new configuration of the electric shovel is basically consistent with the theoretical excavation trajectory, which verifies the feasibility of the configuration method and provides more optional configurations for the structural innovation design of diversified mining electric shovels. In this paper，based on the 372 documents of medical insurance fund fraud cases through “China judgment online” from early 2011 to late 2021，it reveals the typical characteristics of fraudulent medical insurance fund behavior are diversified subjects，complex means and behavior concealment.
