缺血性脑卒中是一种严重危害老年人身体健康的脑血管疾病,具有较高的发病率、致残率和病 死率。与脑卒中有关的传统危险因素主要包括吸烟、饮酒、肥胖、高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病、心脏疾病等,包括 心房颤动在内的心脏疾病与脑卒中的发生也密切相关,而对心房颤动的识别主要依靠心电图检查,因此,心电 图检查在脑卒中发病风险的筛查中占重要的地位。而 ST-T 改变是心电图最常见的改变之一,其代表心室缓慢 复极过程的电生理变化过程。以往对心电图ST-T 改变的研究多集中于心血管领域,认为其可能与某些心血管 疾病密切相关。但近期研究表明,心电图 ST-T 改变,特别是非特异性 ST-T 异常改变与脑卒中发病风险密切 相关,其可能是脑卒中发生的危险因素之一。该文对近几十年来 ST-T 改变与脑卒中发病风险的相关研究及可 能机制进行了综述,以提高临床医师的认识。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
