目的以阿卡波糖为对照，评价米格列醇对2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的安全性和有效 性。方法本研究采用多中心、开放、随机、平行对照法，2012年1月至2013年12月从全国10家三甲 医院中入选新诊断T2DM患者216例[糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）：7%～10%]，分为米格列醇组和阿卡波糖 组，米格列醇和阿卡波糖起始剂量均为50 mg 每日三次口服，以后根据空腹血糖情况(≥7.0 mmol/L)增 加剂量至100 mg 每日三次。分别于基线、治疗后第12周、24周检测两组HbA1c、空腹血糖和餐后2 h 静脉血糖、胰岛素的变化。观察两组不良事件发生率，还包括血压、心率、血、尿常规、肝肾功能、心电 图等指标的变化。组间比较采用χ2、t 检验。结果治疗24周后米格列醇组与阿卡波糖组均较治疗 前有显著下降，但两组间疗效比较差异无统计学意义[分别为：HbA1c（6.8±1.1）%和（6.8±1.0）%、空腹血 糖（7.2±1.9）mmol/L 和（7.0±1.3）mmol/L 和餐后2 h 血糖（9.6±2.9）mmol/L 和（10.1±3.4）mmol/L，χ2= 0.02, t=0.71、1.26，均P>0.05]。两组血清胰岛素水平治疗前后比较以及组间比较差异均无统计学意义 [均分别为（10.3±4.2）比（9.6±3.7）mU/L和（9.8±3.6）比（9.7±3.8）mU/L，t=1.33、0.55，均P>0.05]。两组不 良事件发生率均低，且差异无统计学意义（均P>0.05）。治疗前后两组血压、心率、血尿常规、肝肾功能 和心电图等均无明显变化。结论与阿卡波糖比较，米格列醇降低T2DM患者的HbA1c和血糖水平呈 非劣效性，其安全性和耐受性良好且相当。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
