Chemical thermodynamics is often perceived as abstract, making it challenging to integrate ideological cultivation into the curriculum. In this paper, we present our practice of seamlessly integrating ideological elements into the teaching of “chemical reaction heat” and share our experiences in achieving the holistic development of students’ knowledge, skills, and qualities. In order to solve the problem of inefficient transit connection at domestic airports, by analyzing the factors affecting the airport flight transfer connection, the concept and calculation method of hit were defined based on the theory of flight wave. On this basis, a time adjustment model was constructed with the goal of maximizing the number of hits of one-day transit connection at the hubs, and taking the time constraints, the detour constraints and the runway capacity constraints into account at the same time. An adaptive simulated annealing genetic algorithm was designed to solve this model, and the idea of simulated annealing was introduced into the adaptive genetic algorithm to improve the global search capability and convergence speed of the algorithm, and compared with traditional genetic algorithm and simulated annealing. Through the empirical analysis of the one-day flight data of the capital airport, the optimal number of hits under the three kinds of time window adjustment durations was solved respectively, and the corresponding flight schedules were iterated. The results show that the improved algorithm can obtain high-quality near-optimal solutions in a shorter time. The optimized time structure presents an obvious waveform structure, and the transit connection performance of the airport has been effectively improved. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

For a reaction occurring between volatile solutes in a solution system, the calculation of the Gibbs function is fundamentally different from that of other reaction systems. This paper discusses the calculation of the Gibbs function and suggests that the significant difference in the calculation should be indicated in physical chemistry textbooks to avoid possible errors in teaching and application. Objective To study the expression and significance of tumor metastasis suppressor gene-1(TMSG-1) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and EC109 cells. Methods Immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to examine the expression of TMSG-1 protein in 136 cases of ESCC and 37 cases of normal esophageal mucosa. We analyzed the relationship between TMSG-1 and clinicopathological data of ESCC patients. EC109 cells were treated with 3μg/mL of cisplatin (CDDP) in vitro for 24h (the intervention group) and the control group was set up at the same time. The proliferation-inhibitory capability was analyzed with MTT assay. RT-PCR was used to examine the expression of TMSG-1 in the intervention group and the control group. Results The positive rate of TMSG-1 in ESCC and normal esophageal mucosa was 52.2%(71/136) and 94.6%(35/37), respectively. The expression of TMSG-1 in ESCC was significantly lower than that in normal esophageal mucosa (P<0.05). The expression of TMSG-1 was related to TNM stage, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). After EC 109 cells were treated with CDDP for 24h, the proliferation inhibition rate was increased significantly compared with the control group (P<0.01). RT-PCR results showed that the expression of TMSG-1 in the cells of the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of TMSG-1 may play a role in the development and metastasis of ESCC. Examination of TMSG-1 may be useful for making diagnosis and guiding clinical therapy of ESCC. 目的观察食管鳞状细胞癌（ESCC)组织中三磷酸腺苷结合盒转运蛋白G2(ABCG2)及P16表达变化， 并探讨其临床意义。方法选取136例份ESCC组织及37例份正常食管黏膜组织（距癌组织>5 cm)，用免疫组 化SP染色法检测两种组织中ABCG2及P16蛋白表达，用qRT-PCR法检测两种组织中ABCG2与P16 mRNA表达。 分析ABCG2及P16蛋白阳性表达与患者临床病理参数的关系，用Spearman等级相关分析ABCG2、P16表达的相关 性结果与正常食管黏膜组织比较，ESCC组织中ABCG2蛋白阳性表达率高(P <0.05)、P16蛋白阳性表达率低 (P<0.05)。与正常食管黏膜组织比较，ESCC组织中ABCG2 mRNA相对表达量高（P<0• 05)、pl6 mRNA相对表 达量低(P<0.05)。ABCG2及P16蛋白阳性表达与食管鳞癌肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期及淋巴结转移有关(P均< 0. 05)，与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤组织学分级无关(P均>0. 05)。ESCC组织中ABCG2与P16蛋白表达呈负相关(r =-0.438，P<0.05)。结论 ABCG2在ESCC组织中呈高表达，P16呈低表达;二者可能协同作用参与ESCC的发 生发展。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的　探讨ASPP2、p53、E-cad在食管鳞癌组织中的表达，分析其与预后的相关性。方法　采用免疫组 化SP法检测136例食管鳞癌及37例正常食管黏膜组织中ASPP2、p53、E-cad的阳性表达情况，分析其与食管鳞癌 患者临床病理特征的关系，采用单因素Kaplan-Ｍeｉer法及Coｘ多因素比例风险模型分析ASPP2、p53、E-cad的表达 与患者术后生存的关系。结果　ASPP2、p53、E-cad在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性率分别为49.3%、89.7%、46.3%，在 正常食管黏膜组织中的阳性率分别为94.6%、21.6%、78.4%(P均<0.05)。ASPP2、p53、E-cad的异常表达均与食 管鳞癌的淋巴结转移情况有关，ASPP2、E-cad的异常表达与肿瘤的组织学分级和TNＭ分期有关，E-cad的异常表达 与肿瘤浸润深度有关(P<0.05或<0.01)。食管鳞癌组织中，ASPP2与p53呈负相关，ASPP2与E-cad呈正相关， p53与E-cad呈负相关(r分别为-0.295、0.620、-0.169，P均<0.05)。ASPP2、E-cad是影响食管鳞癌术后生存的 独立因素。结论　ASPP2、p53、E-cad异常表达在食管鳞癌的淋巴结转移中可能起协同作用，且ASPP2、E-cad与食 管鳞癌的预后密切相关，联合检测ASPP2、p53、E-cad有助于判断食管鳞癌患者的预后。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
