The construction of health promotion hospitals is a systematic and organic whole aimed at improving the health literacy and level of the entire population. It applies the theories, concepts, and strategies of health promotion to establish a healthcare service system centered on patient needs and people’s health, providing a healthy organization with positive interaction and mutual health promotion for employees, patients and community residents. Currently, the construction of health promotion hospitals in China is still in the exploratory and improvement stage. Based on the "Structure-Process-Outcome (SPO)" theory, this study divides the evaluation of health promotion hospitals into three dimensions: structure, process, and outcomes. This study constructed an evaluation index system consisting of 6 primary and 21 secondary indicators by adopting the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This study aims to provide a scientific, reasonable, and operable evaluation index system for the standardized and high-quality development of health promotion hospitals while also guiding the management and quality improvement of health promotion hospitals. The accurate assessment of equipment health is the basis for the development of its equipment combat training and maintenance support countermeasures. In view of the problem that the health status of traditional equipment is difficult to scientifically assess, a comprehensive consideration of equipment life, use and maintenance, and the health status of equipment and its subsystems are proposed. Based on the equipment health evaluation model, combined with the characteristics of multi-classification of equipment health and unbalanced sample data, seven classification algorithms and ten sample balance methods are used to evaluate equipment health. Experiments show that the comprehensive use of Near-Miss, SMOTEENN, SMOTE Tomek sampling method and DT, GBDT, RF classification algorithms can effectively improve the indicators of equipment health classification, and provide an effective method for reasonable evaluation of equipment health status. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of rhein was determined by standard microdilution method, and crystal violet staining method was used to investigate the intervention of rhein on the biofilm formation of S. xylosus. The S. xylosus of glutaminase deletion strains and the imidazole glycerol phosphate dehydratase deletion strains were used as the research object to measure the effect of different subinhibitory concentrations of rhein on the biofilm formation ability of each strain and to investigate the effects of drugs on the biofilm formation ability of bacteria at different biofilm formation stages. The experimental data were analyzed to explore the mechanism of rhein on biofilm formation of S. xylosus. The MIC of rhein on S. xylosus was 64 mg/L. The subinhibitory concentration of rhein could inhibit the biofilm formation of S. xylosus, and the inhibitory effect was better with the increase of rhein concentration. With S. xylosus as reference, the ability of forming biofilm of glutaminase deletion strains and imidazole glycerol phosphate dehydratase deletion strains decreased extremely (P<0.01), the inhibition rate of glutaminase deletion strains in each subinhibitory concentration of rhein was significantly decreased, and the inhibition rate of imidazole glycerol phosphate dehydratase deletion strains was significantly decreased in low concentration of rhein. The intervention of rhein on the biofilm of S. xylosus was mainly at 6 h and 12 h, and the inhibition time of glutaminase was also at 6 h and 12 h. The experiment indicates that the subinhibitory concentration of rhein can significantly inhibit the biofilm formation of S. xylosus. Rhein inhibits the formation of S. xylosus biofilm is the result of the intervention of biofilm by multiple targets, including glutaminase and imidazole glycerol phosphate dehydratase, which play an intervention role. The intervention period of rhein on biofilm formation is in the early stage of biofilm formation, which may play a role in biofilm formation by inhibiting bacterial adhesion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BACKGROUND: Satellite glial cells which are the main glial cell type in the dorsal root ganglia can interact and communicate with dorsal root neuron cell bodies through various approaches to be involved in the occurrence and regulation of chronic pain. Previous studies have focused on the sensitized neuronal cell bodies of satellite glial cells, and there is less concern about inhibitory regulation between them. So far there has been no research on their exchange as well as no discussion on their internal relationship. OBJECTIVE: To review the possible interaction and communication mechanisms between satellite glial cells and neurons in terms of structural morphology, ion channels, protein receptors and interactions between adjacent satellite glial cells. METHODS: PubMed, Web of Science, SinoMed, and CNKI were retrieved with the keywords of “pain, satellite glial cell, DRG, gap junction” for relevant articles published from January 2008 to February 2019. We also traced highly relevant references cited in the literature. Finally, 77 eligible studies were included. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In the dorsal root ganglia, satellite glial cells surround single neurons to form satellite glial sheathes. “Neuron-satellite glial cell” functional units are the base for mutual regulation between adjacent neurons. Majority of the studies have considered that satellite glial cells play an important role in the development and maintenance of chronic pain diseases; however, some studies have found the inhibitory regulation between satellite glial cells and neurons, which activates P2Y1 receptor and glutamate transporters to inhibit the occurrence of pain. Therefore, to regulate P2Y1 receptor and glutamate transporter activities in the dorsal root ganglia can be used as a new target for the treatment of pain. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To summarize the clinical experience of successful treatment of a case of multiple giant pulmonary bulla(MGPB), through reviewing the other treatment methods for pulmonary bulla reported by recent literatures, and improve the understanding of clinical therapy and provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of pulmonary bulla. Methods: The patient with MGPB underwent lung volume reduction surgery under thORAcoscope; that is, the inflatable bullae were broken under thORAcoscope, injecting60 ml of autologous blood and 1000 U of thrombin one time into the anocelia, asking the patient to turn over activities to promote the pleural surface to mix evenly, and undergoing the thORAcic closed drainage. Results: The patient was cured and left hospital with good right lung function and healed Pleural rupture. Conclusion: The lung volume reduction surgery under thORAcoscope has an exact effect in treatment of patients with multiple giant pulmonary bulla,with the advantages of economy,small pain,convenient autologous blood, and easy to accept, which is worthy of clinical application.
