Osteoporosis (OP) is a common clinical skeletal disease. It is characterized by the deterioration of bone mass and the micro-structure of the bone tissue, and the bone stabilization is damaged and the risk of fracture is increased. As a kind of immune cells, T cells are the main participants in bone steady state. With the in-depth understanding of people's connection between bone and immune systems, more and more views believe that T cells play an important role in OP development. T cells through direct contact or side secretion mechanisms with osteo tissue cells to participate in regulating bone stability and closely related to OP. At present, studies have confirmed that Chinese medicine can regulate T cells to reduce bone loss and maintain bone stability, and the effect is obvious in terms of OP. This article uses the correlation between T cells and OP and the use of T cells based on the use of Chinese medicine to prevent and control OP as a review, bringing new opportunities and ways to the treatment of Chinese medicine for OP. Colorectal surgery originated in early civilizations, since then, its evolution follows a certain pattern. Most surgical techniques have their historical basis and have never been separated from social, technological, and conceptual progress. Given that the development of colorectal surgery and the development of surgical platforms and surgical concepts have mutually reinforced each other, this article collects historical information related to colorectal surgery and provides its historical review from the ancient Egyptian culture to modern civilization, taking into account the development of surgical platforms and concepts. The evolution of colorectal surgery is described as “for an understanding of the future, look to the past”. With the popularization and application of the Internet of Things and the vehicle network， the data at the near user end (data source end) has shown an explosive growth. To effectively deal with these rapidly growing data, mobile edge computing has emerged as a new computing model. Mobile edge computing refers to sinking some resources in the cloud center to the edge of the network, so that data can be processed at the edge of the network. How to efficiently offload tasks and allocate resources reasonably is a hot issue in the field of mobile edge computing research. However, most of the existing studies ignore the security of edge data and computing nodes and only guarantees the security of data and information, and the mobile edge computing can develop comprehensively. Therefore, based on data security, combined with deep reinforcement learning，a task offloading and resource allocation algorithm is proposed under multiple constraints. Experimental results show that, compared with several classic algorithms, the algorithm can effectively improve the task offloading success rate and task successful execution rate，reduces the local energy consumption, and better meets the users QoS requirements. Indoor positioning is currently a research hot topic for industrial and scientific communities. Wi-Fi signal has been a common positioning signal adapted researchers. Received signal strength indicator is a traditional measurement used for indoor positioning. It can be easily affected by many factors such as the change of environment. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve such an accuracy that can be used in practice and hard to deploy the positioning solution in a large-scale. More and more resear-chers are now focusing on using channel state information as the measurement, which contains an essential description of Wi-Fi signal propagation and provides more details about the communication channel. This information can be transformed to a useful measurement for positioning. In this paper, we introduce the fundamental description of channel state information and classify the positioning approaches into three categories, which are fingerprinting-based, angle of arrival-based and ranging-based, respectively. The current states of these technologies have been reviewed in details, and the pros and cons have been identified and compared.
