目的 调查分析上海市松江区高尿酸血症 (HUA) 的发病情况。方法 2012年1~12月上海市松江区中心医院健康体检者5 098例,男1 969例、女3 129例。采用尿酸酶法检测血清尿酸(UA),比较不同性别体检者的血清UA水平,HUA(男性UA≥417μmol/L、女性UA≥357μmol/L)发病率及发病年龄,分析HUA与糖尿病、高脂血症、高血压的关系。结果 5 098例体检者血清UA水平为(298.08±83.45)μmol/L,HUA发病率为12.10%(617/5 098)、发病年龄为(52.44±15.25)岁。男性体检者血清UA、HUA发病率均高于女性体检者,HUA发病年龄低于女性体检者(P均<0.05)。5 098例体检者中,HUA患者伴糖尿病37例(6.00%)、高脂血症415例(67.26%)、高血压223例(36.14%),无HUA者分别为207例(4.62%)、706例(15.76%)、731例(16.31%),HUA患者高脂血症、高血压发病率均高于无 HUA 者(P均<0.05)。结论上海市松江区部分体检人群HUA发病率为12.10%,男性发病率高、发病年龄低;HUA患者高脂血症、高血压发病率较高,应针对不同人群进行相关健康教育。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
