Peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs) are used as first-line central venous catheters for the delivery of chemotherapy and supportive care in cancer patients. However, PICCs-related complications, such as phlebitis, blockage, infection and allergic dermatitis may increase the level of pain and affect the following treatment. This paper summarized the nursing experience of allergic dermatitis after PICC placement in a breast cancer patient undergoing chemotherapy. Based on analyzing the relevant factors of allergic dermatitis and syndrome differentiation, timely medication, psychological intervention, dietary guidance, and other nursing interventions were carried out to relieve the local symptoms such as sitching, inflammation, rash and redness. (经外周静脉穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)普遍应用于肿瘤治疗中, 但PICC相关并发症, 如静脉炎、导管堵塞、感染、过敏性皮炎等, 不仅增加患者痛苦, 还会影响患者的正常治疗。本文总结1例乳腺癌化疗患者PICC置管后并发过敏性皮炎的护理经验。护理人员积极评估皮损程度, 开展辨证施护, 通过加强皮肤护理、用药护理、心理干预、饮食指导等护理措施, 缓解局部瘙痒, 消除皮疹及红肿, 改善患者的皮肤过敏反应。)

This paper summarized the curative effect of manual lymphatic drainage of the breast combined with blood-pricking and cupping therapy and related nursing measures for a patient with mastitis of Qi-stagnation and Heat-congestion type. The manual lymphatic drainage of the breast was carried out under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation, and then combined with the selection of Dazhui point (DV 14) and Tianzong point(SI 11) for blood-pricking and cupping therapy, so as to achieve the effect of relieving symptoms and expression of breast milk. The manual lymphatic drainage of the breast combined with blood-pricking and cupping therapy, supplemented by symptomatic nursing, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of patients and improve the treatment effect. Objective To observe the effect of auricular acupoint sticking and pressing on postoperative pain of patients undergoing surgical treatment for granulomatous lobular mastitis (GLM). Methods Totally sixty GLM patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. All patients received routine post-operative nursing, and those in the treatment group were given auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy within half an hour after operation. The degree of postoperative pain was evaluated by Numerical Rating Scale(NRS) at 6 h, 24 h and 48 h after operation, and the collected data were analyzed. Results The overall rate of pain relief in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 24 h after surgery (83. 33% vs. 53. 33%, P＜0. 05 ). The overall rate of pain relief in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group at 48 h after surgery (93. 33% vs. 73. 33%, P＜0. 05 ). Conclusion The auricular acupoint sticking and pressing is an easy-to-operate and safe technique of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it is effective in relief of postoperative pain in GLM patients. (目的 观察耳穴贴压治疗肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎术后疼痛的效果。方法 将60例肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组30例。两组均接受手术治疗, 对照组实施术后常规护理, 治疗组在对照组基础上, 于术后30 min内给予耳穴贴压。采用数字评分法(NRS)评估患者术后6 h、24 h和48 h疼痛程度, 评价干预效果。结果 术后24 h, 疼痛有效缓解率治疗组为83. 33%(25/30), 高于对照组的53. 33%(16/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。术后48 h, 疼痛有效缓解率治疗组为93. 33%(28/30), 高于对照组的73. 33%(22/30), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳穴贴压能有效缓解肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎术后疼痛程度, 且操作简单、安全。)

As a key specialty of the hospital, the Department of Breast Diseases has one of the first Tradtitional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing clinics officially authorized by Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and undertakes the task of clinical teaching and practice for nursing students from various colleges and universities every year. This paper reviewed the clinical data of an acute mastitis patient undergoing paracentesis of breast abscess, and summarized the effect and measures of milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder in postoperative pain relief. Nursing assessment, manipulation technique, component analysis of Rutong powder, external application methods and cautions and routine nursing intervention were summarized. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation, application of milk-ejection manipulation technique combined with external application of Rutong powder is effective to relief the pain of the patient after paracentesis of breast abscess. It is an effective Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing technology which helps mothers to build confidence in breastfeeding and ensure the maternal and infant safety. This paper summarized the nursing experience of a patient with Liver-Qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation type hyperplasia of mammary glands treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment rubbing combined with moxibustion. Nursing measures and efficacy observation of TCM ointment combined with moxibustion at Zusanli acupoint were performed. In addition to the targeted interventions by TCM syndrome differentiation, health education on dietary and emotion regulation was carried to achieve the effect of dredging milk collaterals, detumescence, relieving pain and improving gland hyperplasia. Objective To investigate the effect of rubbing therapy with Chinese herbal medicine ointment on pain relief in patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods Totally 40 patients suffering from pain caused by mammary gland hyperplasia were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. All patients received oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine, and those in the treatment group were given rubbing therapy with Chinese herbal medicine ointment. The Numerical Rating Scale was used to evaluate the degree of pain before treatment and 14 days after treatment. Results After 14 days intervention, better pain relief was noted in the treatment group than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0. 05). Conclusion The rubbing therapy with Chinese herbal medicine ointment is an easy-to-operate, safe and effective treatment on pain relief in patients with mammary gland hyperplasia. This paper summarized the effect observation and nursing measures for a patient with patient with postoperative pain after granulomatous mastitis surgery under local anesthesia. On the basis of improving the routine postoperative nursing, auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy was carried out to relieve the postoperative pain of the patients. This paper summarized the nursing measures for a patient with breast milk oversupply during breastfeeding treatment with intradermal needle at auricular acupoint. Key issues of nursing included nursing assessment and health education about operation method and precautions of intradermal needle at auricular acupoint. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing by syndrome differentiation, intradermal needle at auricular acupoint is effective in relief of breast milk oversupply and establishment of maternal confidence in breastfeeding. Fine-grained recognition of untranscribed bronze inscriptions relies on traditional convolutional neural networks. However, this method used overlooks the relationship between localization and feature learning, leading to difficulties in acenrately representing the complex structures of the text and resulting in recognition errors. This paper proposed a model, named MP-CNN, addressed this issues through a pose-aligned multi-part fine-grained recognition approach. In the first stage, it employed a spatial transformer to guide inscriptions to adopt a consistent glyph posture, aiding the model in accurately locating key text regions. The second stage incorporated constructing a cascaded efficient channel attention (ECA) mechanism to guide the combination of feature channels, locating multiple independent discriminative regions and refining the extraction of morphological features for complex text structures. Finally, in the third stage, it built a feature fusion layer to obtain the recognition results. Experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm achieves recognition accuracies of 97.25% and 97.18% on standard and multi-category morphology datasets, respectively. Compared to the traditional convolutional network ResNet34, the method exhibits improvements of 4.63% and 8.89% on these datasets. The results indicate that the algorithm effectively adapts to the actual morphological variations in inscriptions, achieving fine-grained recognition of untranscribed bronze inscriptions. In order to investigate the effect of the fiber weight on basalt fiber suspension and the properties of basalt fiber wet-laid felt, experimental group of different fiber weight and the control group of acid treatment are designed. Basalt fiber wet-laid felt is manufactured by wet-laid technology, and the effect of drying condition on the felt is investigated. The test result shows that the fiber suspension after acid treatment is significantly better than the untreated fiber suspension. When the fiber weight is between 3 g and 3. 5 g. fiber suspension has the best dispersion and the associated product is uniform.The best drying process is drying time 1 h. the drying temperature 90°C.
