粮油安全事关国计民生，大力发展木本油料产业、提升木本油总供给是提高我国食用油自给率、保障国家粮油安全的最佳选择。以油茶籽、核桃、油橄榄3种主要木本油料为例，利用三者2000—2019年的产量数据及前人研究进行测算，得出油茶籽油、核桃油、橄榄油3种主要木本油的同期供给量，建立ARIMA模型对我国这3种主要木本油料及木本油的未来供给进行预测。结合预测结果和国家既定发展目标，从我国木本油料产业存在缺乏优秀人才，科技支撑不足，产业结构不合理，生产加工能力弱，资金投入有限，宣传力度不足等主要问题出发，提出强化科技支撑，做好科学规划，加大政策支持，增加宣传力度等建议，以期为我国政府进行科学宏观调控、推动木本油料产业高质量发展提供数据参考与技术支持。 Grain and oil security is related to the national economy and people′s livelihood. Vigorously developing the woody oilseed industry and improving the total supply of woody oil are the best choice to improve the self-sufficiency rate of edible oil and ensure the national grain and oil security. Taking oil-tea camellia seed, walnut and olive as an example, the supply of oil-tea camellia seed oil, walnut oil and olive oil in the same period was calculated by using their production data from 2000 to 2019 and previous studies, and ARIMA model was established to predict the future supply of the three main woody oilseed and woody oil in China. Combining with the forecast results and the national development goals, starting from the lack of excellent talents, insufficient scientific and technological support in China′s woody oilseed industry, irrational industrial structure, weak production and processing capacity, limited investment and insufficient publicity, some suggestions were put forward, such as strengthening the support of science and technology, doing a good job in scientific planning, increasing policy support and increasing publicity, so as to provide data reference and technical support for our government to carry out scientific macro-control and promote the high-quality development of woody oilseed industry in the future.

Objective To explore the effects of early water intake after elective cesarean delivery on maternal satisfaction and gastric emptying. Methods A total of 90 parturients undergoing elective cesarean delivery under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia between Jan 2024 and Mar 2024, were randomly divided into 2 groups: the W group, who received 100 mL of oral water intake, and the C group, who received 10 mL of water, approximately 10 min after surgery. The primary outcome was maternal satisfaction with early oral intake after cesarean delivery; the secondary outcomes included maternal degree of thirst and hunger, gastric emptying assessed by ultrasonography, body temperature, degree of shivering, thermal comfort score, time to postoperative first flatus, and time to initiation of lactation, and gastric emptying assessed by ultrasonography. Results The VAS scores of maternal satisfaction 120 min after water intake in group C and group W were (46.7±19.8) mm and (76.8±16.9) mm, respectively (P< 0.001). At 30, 60, 90, and 120 min after water intake, the numerical rating scale (NRS) score of maternal thirst in group W was lower than that in group C (P<0.01). At 90 min post-intake, the cross-sectional area (CSA) of gastric antrum in group W had returned to the baseline level. At 120 min after oral intake, there was no significant difference in gastric antrum CSA between the two groups. At 90 min and 120 min after oral intake, the cases of gastric antrum CSA>10.3 cm2 in group W were 3 (6.7%) and 2 (4.4%), respectively, and there were no significant differences between the two groups. Changes in maternal residual gastric volume were consistent with CSA. There were no significant differences in postoperative blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature, the degree of shivering, thermal comfort score, time to flatus, or time to lactation between the two groups. Conclusion Fully conscious parturients who drank 100 mL of water early after cesarean delivery reported greater satisfaction and experienced reduced thirst. Adreno-cortical carcinoma (ACC) is an uncommon tumor, some of them may produce excessive steroid hormone. The prognosis of ACC is quite poor and current treatment options are relatively limited, especially for patients whose tumor is metastatic and difficult to remove by surgical operation. This makes the management of ACC challenging. Existing studies have shown that the mechanisms of ACC are complex. The molecular changes happen in adrenocortical development and homeostasis may explain the occurrence of ACC. This review focuses on recent studies and summarizes the genetic and molecular mechanism changes that potentially associated with ACC in the development process of the adrenal cortex and multi-omics studies, including genomic changes, epigenetic changes, differences in non-coding RNA, immune microenvironment and features found through multi-omics analysis. The relationship between acidic, neutral and alkaline aroma substances in tobacco and tobacco flavour was introduced, and the research status of tobacco aroma components analysis was summarized in detail. Critical genes of diseases can be used to diagnose diseases, predict and evaluate the effectiveness of new drugs or new therapies, so it is very important to identify critical genes closely related to diseases. However, the samples of some diseases are limited. It is difficult to apply the traditional methods based on large sample data to mine critical genes for these diseases. In this paper, for diseases with small amount of samples, we first construct sample-specific network for each sample with the single-sample network constructing methods, and construct a multilayer gene network by estabishing inter-layer connections between genes. A tensor-based multi-layer network centrality approach is then used to assess the interactions between genes in each layer of the network and the interlayer effects to score the genes for importance and identify disease key genes. Finally, the method is used to two asthma datasets and compared with the classical algorithm. The results show that compared with other methods, the approved drug target genes rank higher in the gene rankings obtained by this method. And function and pathway enrichment analysis of the new potential critical genes TP53, PUS10, MAP3K1, etc. indicat that they were closely related to asthma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In view of the underwater single wall steel pile cutting operation requirement, the underwater hydraulic drilling and milling cutting machine was designed and manufactured. The end milling cutter was used as the cutting tool, and the hydraulic cylinder feeding, hydraulic motor driving milling cutter drilling and milling and rotary cutting were used. The design basis and components of the equipment were described in detail. The parameters selection of drilling and milling cutter, drive motor and transmission system was analyzed, and a prototype was made according to the design scheme. Through the offshore and workshop tests of the underwater hydraulic drilling and milling cutting prototype, the reliability of the equipment was verified, and the cutting efficiency and milling cutter consumption parameters of the prototype were obtained. The actual test shows that the equipment is reliable, and the equipment has low processing, use and maintenance costs, which is suitable for underwater single wall steel pile cutting promotion.
