近年来，以箱形截面拟合双曲造型的单层网壳结构的公共建筑越来越多，而相关的施工工艺也亟待总结和整理。以榆林职业技术学院体育馆项目竞赛馆屋盖钢结构为载体，在工期短、控造价的前提下通过比较现有空间双曲造型实现方法的优劣，创造性地提出了“标准杆件+折板弯扭节点”实现空间双曲造型的新工艺，解决了箱形截面杆件空间角度扭转时的错口问题，有效地降低了施工成本，缩短了建造周期，并形成了一套完整的空间非对称NURBS（non-uniform rational B-splines）双曲斜交单层网壳结构施工技术。

Airborne hyperspectral data can reflect the spectral characteristics of tree species, which can be used for precise clas‐ sification of forest tree species. This study applies different machine-learning classification algorithms to classify tree species in hyper‐ spectral images of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). Firstly, a UAV was used to collect hyperspectral data from the Maor Mountain Experimental Forest Farm in Heilongjiang Province, and a series of preprocessing was completed for the obtained data. Then, three different machine learning classification algorithms, namely, support vector machine (SVM） based on Gaussian kernel, random forest (RF), and K-nearest neighbor (KNN), were used to establish the tree species classification models, respectively, based on the fullband hyperspectral data. Meanwhile, tree species classification models were constructed based on the dimension-reduced full-band hyperspectral data using different band selection methods (successive projections algorithm, competitive adaptive reweighted sampling method and uninformative variable elimination method). Finally, the tree species classification model was constructed by combining different band selection methods and hyperspectral image texture features, and the results of different processing methods were com‐ pared. Research shows, the kernel SVM had the highest classification accuracy (87. 55%） among the tree species classification mod‐ els with full-band hyperspectral data. After selecting different bands, the stability of RF is the best among the three classification algorithms, and the accuracy rate was high, while the classification accuracy of the support vector machine based on the Gaussian kernel improved with the increase of feature dimension. The accuracy of the tree species classification model established by extracting texture features based on a grayscale co-occurrence matrix combined with band selection was higher than that of the model established by a single band selection. In particular, the K-nearest neighbor classification algorithm has the greatest improvement, which indicated that modeling with clearly partitioned features can achieve good classification results. This study used different feature selection methods combined with three different machine learning classification algorithms to achieve dominant tree species classification based on hyperspectral data, which provides technical reference for the combination of band selection methods and machine learning algorithms, and it is also of great significance for forest biomass retrieval and carbon storage estimation based on UAV hyperspectral data. Objective To investigate the hemodynamic changes after the occurrence of Stanford type A aortic dissection. Methods Computed tomography angiography (CTA) images of the aorta were collected from 4 Stanford A type aortic dissection patients and 2 healthy volunteers, and the three-dimensional models of the aorta were established and meshed. The above models were numerically simulated by fluid simulation software. Results The blood flow in the aorta of healthy volunteers was approximately laminar. The blood flow field in the true lumen was approximately laminar. Turbulence not only occurred near the intimal tear of the true lumen, but also near the area where the false lumen compressed the true lumen. The wall pressure of the true lumen was higher than that of the false lumen. During the systolic phase, the peak wall pressure of the false lumen was located at the primary entry tear of the dissection, the high wall shear stress appeared around the true lumen compressed by false lumen and the tear of false lumen. Moreover, stress concentration occurred at the intimal tear. Compared to aortic dissection with a single tear, aortic dissection with two tears exhibited lower wall shear stress around the intimal tear. This study used biochemical analysis methods to determine and compare the conventional nutritional composition, amino acid, fatty acid, and mineral element composition and content of the muscles of three breeding populations of Pseudo⁃ crococcheilus bamaensis (Fang), providing reference for the development and utilization of germplasm resources of Pseudocrococcheilus bamaensis (Fang). The results showed that there was no significant difference in crude protein content in the muscles of the three breeding populations of Pseudocrococcheilus bamaensis (Fang), but the crude fat content of the Wuming District population was significantly higher than that of the Xixiangtang district population, and the water content was significantly lower than that of the Xixiangtang district population (P< 0.05). The crude fat and crude protein content of Pseudocrococcheilus bamaensis (Fang) in each population were higher than those of grass carp, Furui carp, Jifu tilapia, and loach. The EAA/NEAA values in the muscles of the three breeding populations of Pseudocrococcheilus bamaensis (Fang) are between 0.75 and 0.8, and the EAA/TAA is about 40%. The AAS, CS, and EAAI indicators of Pseudocrococcheilus bamaensis (Fang) in the Wuming District population are higher than those of the other two breeding populations. The contents of unsaturated fat fatty acids and highly unsaturated fat acids in the muscles of three breeding populations of Pseudocrococcheilus bamaensis (Fang) were not significantly different (P> 0.05), and the Σn-3/Σn-6PUFA ratio is much higher than the recommended FAO/WHO ratio. To sum up, the protein content in the muscle of the three breeding Pseudocrococcheilus bamaensis (Fang) populations is high, the amino acid content and composition are reasonable, the unsaturated fat acid content is very rich, so Pseudocrococcheilus bamaensis (Fang) is a high-quality freshwater economic fish. Objectives: Water vapor is one of the important components of the atmosphere, and its spatial and temporal variations are influenced by various meteorological factors such as temperature and pressure. Therefore, it is important to study the impact factors of water vapor inversion to obtain high-precision water vapor information. Methods: We study the method of precipitable water vapor (PWV) detection using global navigation satellite system (GNSS) and non-measured meteorological data (temperature and pressure) in China. First, we evaluate the data of temperature and pressure provided by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasting (ECMWF) reanalysis v5 (ERA5), and the zenith troposphere delay retrieved by GNSS. Then, different calculation models of atmospheric weighted mean temperature, named Tm, are analyzed to determine the optimal calculation model in China region. Finally, the theoretical error of PWV is derived from the error propagation theory, and the hourly resolution PWV is calculated using the non-measured data, and then the accuracy is evaluated. Results: The results show that the PWV obtained by GNSS in China region is in good spatial and temporal agreement with PWV derived from radio sounding and ERA5. The error of PWV during the rainfall period is slightly larger than that during the nonrainfall period. The theoretical error of PWV obtained by the proposed method is 2.0 mm, and the actual error is 2.1 mm. Conclusions: The inversion of PWV based on GNSS and non-measured meteorological parameters has high accuracy and it is important for studying the spatial and temporal variation and distribution of water vapor in China region. 5G communication, energy internet, new energy automobiles, quantum technology and other advanced and sophisticated fields have put forward new and higher requirements for the performance of semiconductors. The fourth generation of semiconductor diamond is known as the “ultimate semiconductor” because of its excellent physical and chemical properties. It is considered to be the most ideal material for developing the next generation of high power, high frequency, high temperature and low power loss electronic devices. However, the technical bottleneck of shallow n-type doping has hindered the development of diamond semiconductor applications to a certain extent. The research of surface terminals has provided new strategies for the development of diamond functionalization. Diamond has realized important applications such as field effect transistors, Schottky diodes, solar-blind ultraviolet detectors, electronic emission devices and near-surface color center tuning through surface terminals. The mechanism of surface terminals exerting effects is inseparable from the characteristics of their energy band structure. In this paper, the research methods of energy band structure of several common terminals are summarized, the characteristics of their energy band structures are analyzed, the mechanism of exerting effects in combination with the characteristics are introduced, finally prospected. BACKGROUND: At present, the research on the neuroprotective effect of polydatin has gradually become a hot spot in the field of neurology. The research direction is mostly focused on ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and there are few studies on the application of spinal cord injury. OBJECTIVE: With collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold as carrier, polydatin was applied to the injured spinal cord to observe the repair effect. METHODS: (1) Collagen/heparin sulfate scaffolds and collagen/heparin sulfate scaffolds loaded with 0.5, 1, 1.5 mmol/L polydatin were prepared. The third generation of rat neural stem cells was seeded on four kinds of scaffolds, and the proliferation of cells was detected by CCK-8 assay. During inducing neural differentiation of neural stem cells, the expression levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein, Tuj-1 and Oligo were detected by immunofluorescence staining and RTPCR. (2) The spinal cord injury model of adult male SD rats was established and divided into three groups. The model control group (n=10) was not implanted with any materials. The control group (n=10) was implanted with collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold, and the experimental group (n=10) was implanted with 1 mmol/L polydatin/collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold. Meanwhile, sham operation group (n=10) was set up. BBB score was used to test the motor function of the right hind limb within 8 weeks after operation. At 8 weeks after operation, the spinal cord tissues were taken for histological observation, immunohistochemical analysis, and western blot assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) At 3 and 7 days of culture, the absorbance value of cell proliferation on 1 mmol/L polydatin/collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold was higher than that on the other three scaffolds (P < 0.05). (2) Immunofluorescence staining 7 days after induction showed that the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein in 1 and 1.5 mmol/L polydatin/collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold groups were less than those in the other two collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold groups, but the expression levels of Oligo and Tuj-1 were more than those in the other two collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold groups. (3) RT-PCR results showed that the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein mRNA in 1 and 1.5 mmol/L polydatin/collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold groups was lower than that in the other two collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold groups (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of Tuj-1 mRNA among the four groups. The expression of Oligo mRNA in 1 mmol/L polydatin/collagen/heparin sulfate scaffold group was higher than that in the other three groups (P < 0.05). (4) Spinal cord injury repair experiments showed that the BBB score of the experimental group was always higher than that of the model control group and the control group 2-8 weeks after operation (P < 0.05). Hematoxylin-eosin staining showed that the spinal cord defects in the control group and the observation group were filled with scaffolds, and the space between the tissues was smaller than that in the model control group. The tissue continuity and space in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Immunohistochemical analysis and western blot assay showed that the expression of neurofilament-200 protein in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group and model control group (P < 0.05). The expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group and model control group (P < 0.05).
