In order to evaluate the pesticide residue levels in apricots in Shanxi Province, an ultraperformance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) method was established for the determination of 29 pesticides such as imidacloprid and difenoconazole in apricots, and the pesticide residues in apricot samples were analyzed. The results showed that the linearity of 29 pesticides were acceptable in the range of 0.001~0.2 mg/kg with R 2 > 0.99. The average recoveries ranged from 63% to 117% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 0.7% to 7.7% at the spiked levels of 0.005, 0.1 and 1 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.005 mg/kg, which met the requirements of pesticide multi-residue analysis. The established method was used to analyze 42 apricot samples collected in Shanxi Province, and the results showed that the pesticides were detected in 26 of the 42 apricot samples, with a detection rate of 61.9%. Imidacloprid had the highest detection rate (45.2%), and the residue levels ranged from < 0.005~0.57 mg/kg. A total of 13 pesticides were detected, none of which were registered on apricots, indicating that as a distinctive minor crop, there are problems in the pests control of apricot, such as the lack of pesticides available and no standards to follow, which affected the safety of agricultural products. By comparing the current status of pesticide residue limit standards in apricot in China with that in other countries, it is suggested that the pesticide residue supervision should be strengthened in China, and the necessity and feasibility of the establishment of MRL of five pesticides, namely cyazofamid, epoxiconazole, etoxazole, paclobutrazol and pyridaben, in apricot should be further investigated. 光电收发模块作为光通信系统中的两个核心模块,承载着电信号转化为光信号与光信号转化为电信号的核心功能,其性能对整个通信质量起着决定性作用。文章提出一种改进型的高速率、低功耗和低成本4通道25 Gbit/s光电互连收发模块的封装设计,在传统的以驱动芯片和调制器为基础作为发端和以探测器和跨阻放大器为基础作为收端的同时,增加时钟数据恢复电路,优化封装结构,通过抑制链路抖动和减小阻抗失配引起的反射来提高通道带宽。优化后收发模块的背靠背眼图测试结果显示,在25 Gbit/s速率下,系统的误码率在1E-13以下,且收发模块的总功率仅为3.9 W。

Objective To establish a rat model of hepatic encephalopathy and a fecal bacterial transplantation (FMT) model, and explore the changes in the intestinal flora of rats with hepatic encephalopathy after bacterial transplantation. Methods Thirty SD rats were selected, and a rat model of hepatic encephalopathy was established using carbon tetrachloride combined with ethanol. The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, group A was the normal control group, group B was the hepatic encephalopathy model group, and group C was the FMT group, with 10 rats in each group. Group B was given the same dose of normal saline by gavage, and group C was given FMT (gavage at 200 μL/d, and each milliliter of bacterial solution contained 1.5×1011 bacteria). The survival conditions of rats were observed every day. Rat intestinal feces were collected for metagenomic sequencing. Results A total of 9 rats died during the experiment, and no rats died in group A. Before and after FMT, the weight of rats in group C increased significantly after transplantation. Through metagenomic sequencing, it was found that group C can effectively improve the diversity and abundance of bacterial species compared with group B; compared with group A, the content of Proteobacteria in groups B and C was significantly increased, and the abundance of Bacteroidetes was significantly decreased. 光电探测器作为光通信系统的核心器件之一,其性能对通信质量起着决定性的作用。随着光通信数据量的剧增,传统的光电探测器已经不能满足需求。文章提出一种集成氮化硅波导的高性能硅基锗单行载流子光电探测器。借助Lumerical FDTD和DEVICE软件进行建模仿真,通过对波导结构以及探测器尺寸进行设计,最终该结构在1 550 nm波长和-1 V偏压下,响应度高达0.97 A/W,光电流线性输出>30 mA,3 dB带宽高达28 GHz。

为了提高分布式反馈（DFB）激光器与光纤的耦合容差和耦合效率,文章对DFB激光器与单模光纤的耦合特性进行了理论分析,提出了一种激光器与无源光纤的双透镜耦合系统。采用光线追迹软件仿真了该双透镜系统的耦合效率及容差。传统的硅或氮化铝（AlN）光学耦合平台需要集成到激光驱动电路的有机基板上,文章直接采用有机基板作为光学耦合平台,省去了集成到有机基板的步骤,使组装更方便,集成更简单。对该结构进行应力分析,仿真了BT有机材料、AlN陶瓷材料以及FR4的有机材料分别作为基板材料在最高工作温度下产生的翘曲。根据仿真结果制作了此双透镜系统,并进行了测试。测试结果显示该系统的耦合损耗为4.9 dB,表明此结构可为DFB激光器与单模光纤的耦合提供参考依据。

Objective：This study aims to explore the safety and feasibility of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with Da Vinci robotic surgery for advanced gastric cancer. Methods：The respective cross ⁃ sectional study was conducted. There were 151 patients retrospectively analyzed，who underwent radical gastrectomy after two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (SOX) in the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2022，and 120 cases were finally included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. According to mode of operation，all patients were divided into Da Vinci robotic radical gastrectomy group (robot group，60 cases) and laparoscopic radical gastrectomy group (laparoscopy group，60 cases) . The general data， perioperative surgery related indexes and postoperative rehabilitation were compared between two groups. Results：There was no significant difference between the two groups in age，body mass index，tumor size，tumor location，surgical scope，digestive tract reconstruction mode，preoperative clinical stage (cTNM) ，pathological stage (ypTNM) ，cell differentiation degree，tumor regression grade，complete remission and partial remission (P > 0.05) . There were significant differences between the two groups in operation time，estimated intraoperative bleeding and abdominal incision length (P＜0.05) . There were significant differences between the two groups in postoperative pain score，the time of first fluid diet，the time of first ventilation，the time of drainage tube extubation，the time of postoperative hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization (P < 0.05) . There were also significant differences in C⁃reactive protein， leukocyte count，neutrophil count，serum prealbumin，interleukin (IL) ⁃ 6 and procalcitonin between the two groups (P < 0.05) . However，there was no significant difference in the incidence rate of postoperative complications，readmission within 30 days after surgery，and secondary surgery within 30 days after surgery between the two groups (P > 0.05) . In the robot group，the estimated amount of surgical bleeding，the length of abdominal incision，the score of postoperative pain，the time of first liquid diet，the time of first ventilation，the time of extraction of abdominal drainage tube，and the time of postoperative hospitalization were better than those in the laparoscope group，but the operation time and hospitalization cost were significantly worse than those in the laparoscope group. Conclusion：For advanced gastric cancer，the strategy of preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with Da Vinci robotic surgery is safe and feasible，and the incidence of postoperative complications is similar to laparoscopic surgery. So，Da Vinci robotic surgery system is a new candidate for advanced gastric cancer. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Electrospun membranes are widely utilized to enhance the water vapor permeability and drug delivery performance of transdermal drug delivery patches. Due to the lack of adhesion property, however, most of them cannot closely contact with skin, which impedes the delivery of drugs to the skin, thus affecting the transdermal administration. C5 resin is used to endow poly (styrene isoprene styrene）(SIS)electrospun membranes with pressure-sensitive adhesion property. Investigation is performed on how to control the structure, adhesion properties and drug delivery performance of SIS/C5 electrospun membranes loaded with synthetic capsaicin via compositions, drugs and electrospinning conditions. The results demonstrate that the electrospun membrane with a SIS/C5 ratio of 2∶1 has excellent water vapor permeability(7. 17×10－3 g/(h·cm² )and adhesion properties（180（°）peel strength is 0. 2 kN/m, tack force is 0. 64 N/cm², holding power is greater than 7 days). The synthetic capsaicin has good compatibility with the SIS/C5 electrospun membranes, in which no drug crystallizes and the drug loading is beneficial to improve the water vapor permeability. As the drug loading is 8%, the tack force is 0. 6～0. 8 N/cm², the 180（°）peel strength is 0. 2～0. 3 kN/m, the holding power is greater than 7 days, and no residue is left during peeling tests. In vitro drug release indicates that the drug has a behavior of sustained release with a 24-hour cumulative release rate of greater than 50% for all SIS/ C5 electrospun membranes, meeting the requirements of transdermal drug delivery patches.
