Objective: To investigate the mRNA level of ATP-binding cassette transporterA2 (ABCA2) gene from individuals in different infection states of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and its ability as a diagnostic marker. Methods: The peripheral blood from patients with active tuberculosis, individuals with latent tuberculosis infection and healthy people was collected. The mRNA level of ABCA2 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. The difference of ABCA2 mRNA in groups and its diagnostic ability to distinguish patients with active tuberculosis from individuals with latent tuberculosis infection were analyzed by statistical softwares. Results: The mRNA expression of ABCA2 from patients with active tuberculosis was significantly lower than that from individuals with latent infection and healthy people (H=83.38, P<0.0001). The area under the curve of ABCA2 mRNA in discriminating patients with active tuberculosis from individuals with latent tuberculosis infection was 0.9235, the sensitivity and specificity were 73.53% (95% confidence interval, 63.87% ~ 81.78%) and 93.55% (95% confidence interval, 78.58% ~ 99.21%) respectively. Conclusion: The mRNA of ABCA2 gene in peripheral blood mononuclear cells is a potential marker to distinguish active tuberculosis from latent tuberculosis infection, and is helpful to tuberculosis diagnosis. BACKGROUND: As an excellent material in recent years, electrospinning membrane provides a new method to promote the healing of wound. Based on the diversity of its fibrous base and active components, it is flexible to build a drug delivery system for electrospinning wound repair. OBJECTIVE: To summarize the mechanism and functional characteristics of the components belonging to electrospinning fiber membrane drug-loading system, and to guide the selection of construction strategies for wound healing materials. METHODS: The literature search was performed in Web of Science, PubMed, CNKI, and WanFang databases. The key words were "electrospinning, wound dressing, nanofibers, wound healing, drug deliver". Ninety articles were included in this review finally.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The construction strategies of electrospinning wound repair drug-delivery system were diverse. Through electrospinning technology, different polymers could be used to carry stem cell components or other small functional bioactive "drugs", thus constructing a variety of effective composite systems. These materials might be applied to all aspects of the wound healing process, and finally achieve the purpose of promoting wound soft tissue healing. The excellent drug-loading system/drug-loading strategies have expanded the vision of wound treatment. In order to solve the environmental problems brought by chrome shavings? it is necessary to make use of chrome shavings. In this paper ? single-factor optimization ? orthogo­nal experiments and response surface optimization methods were used to study the conditions of alkaii-enzyme binding hydrolysis of chrome shavings. The results of single-factor optimiza­tion experiments showed that the best parameters for alkaline hydrolysis of chrome shavings are： the dosage of CaO (A) is 2%，he reaction time of CaO (B) is 3 h,the reaction tempera­ture of CaO (C) is 80 °C. And the best parameters for enzymatic hydrolysis of chrome shav­ings are： the dosage of enzyme (E) is 3 %，he reaction time of enzyme (F) is 1 h, the reac­tion temperature of enzyme (G) is 40°C.Orthogonal experiments and response surface optimization results showed that the best conditions for alkaii-enzyme binding hydrolysis of chrome shavings are: The dosage of CaO is 2. 1 %，the reaction time of CaO is 3. 3h，the reac­tion temperature of CaO is 79. 7 °C，the dosage of enzyme is 5. 6%，the reaction time of en­zyme is 1. 2 h,the reaction temperature of enzyme is 48. 6 °C. After optimization by response surface method, the collagen extraction rate and dechromization rate reached 99. 14% and 98. 9 % , respectively, which were 6.16% and 2. 83 % higher than the singl-factor optimiza­tion results，respectively. For the collagen extraction rate, the nteractions of AB, AC, and BC were significant, while the interactions of EF，EG，and FG were not significant. In this paper, the experiment 'as implemented by adopting vermiculite culture and with two treatments:(i) control ： the roots were fed with the nutrient solution, (ii) NaCl stress treatment: the roots were fed with nutrient solution under NaCl. Vegetable soybean salt sensitive cultivar ' lixianggaochan 95-15 (LX) and salt tolerant cultivar ' lvlingtezao ’ ( LL) were selected as tested materials. The results showed that NaCl stress significantly reduced net photosynthetic rate (P), reduced the activities of peroxidase (POD), corbate peroxidase1 APX), dehydroascorbate reductase (DHAR), glutathione reductase (6R) and glutathione peroxidase (6PX) of two vegetable soybean cultivars and significantly increased their H2O2 content meanwhile. Salt tolerant cultivar LL maintained a relatively higher Pn and APX, DHAR, 6R and GPXactivity and a relatively lower H2 O2 content compared with those of LX. The result of this experiment indicated that the maintaining rapid and effective operation of the chloroplast AsA-GSHcycle to reduce the damage of chloroplast membrane system and keeping the strong photosynthetic activity of mesophyll cells might be one of the important physiological basis of LL to maintain the high Pn of alt tolerant varie ties.
