In order to investigate the generation and transmission of systemic calcium signals in plants, this study used different damage methods, such as chemical damage and mechanical damage. The GCaMP6s fluorescent indicator, which can record the real-time changes in free calcium ion concentration in the cytoplasm, was used to observe and compare the changes in calcium ion signals produced by Arabidopsis thaliana leaves after stimulation. The long-distance transmission patterns of calcium ion signals induced by different damages in the plant were systematically recorded and analyzed. The results showed that adding water droplets to the surface of Arabidopsis thaliana leaves would cause relatively weak calcium signal production, which was transmitted along the developmental sequence of the leaves. The calcium signals induced by chemical damage and mechanical damage stimuli are mainly generated by damaged tissues and transmitted to adjacent leaves. When using strong acids for chemical damage and cutting leaves for mechanical damage, the long-distance transmission speed of calcium ion signals in plants is faster than other methods. Different damage signals lead to differences in the speed, intensity, and mode of long-distance transmission of calcium signals in plants, indicating that plants adopt diverse long-distance signal transmission methods to adapt to environmental changes. Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic progressive interstitial lung disease of unknown etiology, with a rapid disease course, poor prognosis, and the absence of effective therapeutic drugs. Mitochondrial dysfunction is one of the crucial causes of inducing IPF. Silent information regulator 3（SIRT3） can restore mitochondrial homeostasis by inhibiting mitochondrial oxidative stress, repairing mitochondrial DNA damage, and ameliorating abnormal mitochondrial lipid metabolism. This paper summarizes the role and mechanism of SIRT3 in attenuating mitochondrial dysfunction based on delineating the relationship between mitochondrial dysfunction and IPF, aiming to provide references for finding effective treatment methods for IPF. Based on the foundation pit excavation and support of Xingcun Station of Jinan Metro, through theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and monitoring measurement, the theoretical basis of foundation pit deformation was first expounded in theory, and then the whole process of foundation pit excavation of Xingcun Station was simulated by using the finite element software ABAQUS, and combined with the on-site monitoring results. The horizontal and vertical displacement of the retaining structure, the ground settlement around the foundation pit and the axial force change of the supporting structure during the excavation of the foundation pit were analyzed. The research results show that with the excavation of the foundation pit, the top of the foundation pit presents a trend of gradually moving into the pit, and with the application of the supporting structure during the excavation process, the retaining structure as a whole presents a “bow” shaped distribution of deformation to the pit. The deformation value decreases obviously. Due to the unloading of the excavated soil mass of the foundation pit, the retaining structure appears uplift deformation. The surface settlement curve presents a U-shaped distribution, and with the gradual increase of the excavation depth of the foundation pit, the maximum surface settlement gradually increases, and the influence range of the foundation pit excavation is basically within 0 ~ 20 m. The axial force of each support shows a gradually increasing trend, and the effect of the lower support is more obvious, and the axial force of the lower support is greater than that of the upper support. Infrared spectroscopy has become a common method for analysis and characterization owing to its high sensitivity, high-speed measurement, and ability to obtain many information about functional groups. Although most of the experimental projects in existing textbooks focus on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of compounds, which are mainly based on infrared spectroscopy, there are few experimental investigations on infrared spectroscopy involving intermolecular hydrogen bonding and quantum chemical calculations. In this study, based on original infrared spectroscopy experiments, several common aliphatic alcohols were used as examples to investigate the infrared spectral characteristics of alcohol-carbon tetrachloride solutions with different percentages (V/V%). The hydrogen bond structures were explored in combination with quantum chemical calculations. The improved teaching method, combining macro and micro that is experimental phenomena and molecular structure respectively, may enable students to have a clearer understanding of the original frequency values of absorption peaks and the microscopic effect of intermolecular hydrogen bonds. With the development of the civil aviation transportation industry, the density of flights is increasing, and the shortage of near-airport resources in large airports has become increasingly prominent. The lack of near‑airport resources reduces the efficiency of flight guarantees. In order to develop a comprehensive and effective solution to the problem of gate pre‑allocation in large hub airports, based on the actual situation of airlines, airports and passengers, a multi‑objective parking space allocation optimization model is established, and an improved non‑dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA‑Ⅱ) with an elite strategy is designed to solve the model. The Pareto frontier solution is obtained. In the crossover and mutation operation stage, the crossover rate and the mutation rate are adaptively adjusted for the population individuals in an exponential form, so as to improve the convergence speed of the algorithm and the diversity of excellent solutions. The example verification results show that the optimization results of the model and the improved algorithm are more prominent than the manual allocation and the traditional NSGA‑Ⅱ algorithm for parking space assignment，especially in terms of the bridge rate and the number of used parking stands. At the same time, the performance evaluation index is used to compare the two algorithms, and found that the improved NSGA‑Ⅱ algorithm is more suitable for solving the gate pre‑allocation problem.
